- Keabetswe (9/5): Elevated Living. Hong Kong’s Best. - The property is perfectly located in Kowloon, overlooking the harbour and just a few minutes' walk from the nearest metro. It’s also close to one of the city’s top tourist attractions, the Avenue of Stars. We booked the executive room with harbour views and club access, which made our stay feel extremely luxurious. The staff were the friendliest I have ever experienced in a hotel. Oh, how I love this hotel—I will definitely be visiting again. I liked everything about this hotel.

We having been going to the Kerry for many years now and it does not disappoint. The staff are so kind and cannot do enough. The sign of a good hotel is seeing the team of staff across reception, to the life guards and hosts year after year. Well done and thank you for looking after us.

- Q8090KCpeterb (4/5): Smoking in rooms - Lovely hotel and staff, great location however I believe they have a serious issue. We booked in for a 6 night stay for my wife’s 60th Birthday. To cut a long story short we had to change rooms twice as both stank of stale cigarettes. It is quite clear they have a big problem with people smoking in the hotel rooms. To me this is a massive heath and safety issue. What is unforgivable is that the hotel gave both of our first two rooms to us despite the obvious disgusting smell. I strongly suspect that the hotel just hope no one notices or they are complicit in allowing it to happen so they don’t loose the majority of their guests who tend to be Chinese. The hotel will say that they have a small sign in the rooms which states they will fine people who smoke 5000hkd but this is clearly being ignored. If people are found to be smoking in the room the fine should be that they are immediately removed from the room and hotel with the fine increased to at least 10000hkd. My fear is that if this is not clamped down on a serious fire will happen and people will be put in danger. To the management, do not turn your eyes away for profit. The health and safety of your customers is a priority.
- Silke (9/5): - Sehr ruhiges Zimmer, sehr gute Betten. Toller 25m Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht! Lage etwas abseits des grossen Trubels, aber noch immer in walking distance zum Central. Im Zimmer steht eine Maschine für heisses, warmes u kaltes Wasser-leider hat das Wasser einen Chlorgeschmack! Das sollte in einem gehobenen Hotel nicht passieren!

Die Lobby ist kalt, laut, uneinladend. Auf unserem Gang hat es immer wieder nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Die Vorhänge waren teilweise ausgerissen und es dunkelte nicht vollständig ab

Amenities are great! Special mention to Marco in Concierge and Nariza from Buffet Lounge. Excellent service and friendly people. I will certainly comeback here the next time I visit Hong Kong. Truly a memorable experience.....

- HenryT271 (10/5): Great luxury hotel convenient for exploring central Hong Kong. - The Kerry Hotel is a well-managed hotel and part of the Shangri La group; it is a first rate hotel. Service was excellent. View across the busy harbour from our very well-appointed room on the 16th floor to Hong Kong were superb. Access to the rest of the island using the MRT was great - there are two nearby metro stations including one 3 minutes walk away at Whampoa. However, for the full experience take the regular, scheduled Fortune Ferry from the pier at the back of the hotel (5 minutes) to Central. Central gives access to the Peak and the rest of Hong Kong. From Central come back using the legendary Star ferry to Kowloon, eat and shop then walk along the promenade to the hotel (half and hour). Everyone was extremely helpful and spoke good English. Restaurants in the hotel did a wide selection of food from Western to Chinese - we ate very well.

- Sandra (8/5): A wee bit out of the way but worth staying at. It is away from the hustle and bustle. - This hotel is a 30 minute walk to the Star ferry or a 7 minute walk to the Whampoa mtr station. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are comfy and rooms are serviced each day. Breakfast buffet was a good. The dockyards food hall downstairs had some great food options. The staff were very helpful.

- marian (10/5): Een buitengewoon verblijf - Een buitengewoon fantastisch hotel. Goed gelegen tov musea. We gingen naar musea met de taxi, rond 10 euro per rit. Hoponhopof gingen we per veer naar victoria harbour. Wij vonden de stad niet geweldig, veel beton, veel mensen, veel winkels. In hotel heerlijk ontbijt, in de avond aten we in dock yard, prima eten rond 10 euro. Fijn zwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen. Als ik nogmaals zou gaan, zou ik dit hotel weer boeken. Er was gern exursiebalie zoals vermeld in de tekst

- Alexandre (8/5): Très bel hôtel, très beaux équipements, un service à améliorer légèrement - Le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement et la qualité des chambres et des équipements. Un service pas tout à fait au niveau d’un 5 étoiles, le service n’est pas proactif (au bar, à la piscine), il faut pousser un peu pour obtenir une carte, un verre etc. Mais le personnel est très aimable et traite ensuite très bien la demande.

- Olga (10/5): Замечательный отель с новыми номерами и шикарным видом - Чудесный отель, очень чистые просторные номера, есть кофемашина и вода в номере, что редкость для Гонконга, шикарный вид на воду, хороший завтрак. Очень приятный персонал, качественная уборка, комфортный заезд и выезд! Качественное постельное белье, очень удобные кровати, шикарный фитнес с баней и джакузи Чуть дальше от центра, чем мы думали, но на такси везде быстро, а рядом - красивая ухоженная набережная.
- Sonja (10/5): Perfektes Hotel in Hongkong - Sehr gute Lage. Über Promenade kann man am Wasser sehr schön bis in die Stadt laufen, wo auch die Fähre zum Central ist. Frühstück war eins der besten, die ich je hatte. Zimmer sehr schön. Bequeme Betten. Groß. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Wenn man irgendwas nennen möchte, dann war es Schade, dass es weder eine Klobürste, noch einen Wasserstrahl zum Säubern der Toilette da war. Ein bisschen unangenehm, manchmal braucht man sowas.

- Tanja (9/5): Ich würde diese Hoel wieder buchen. - Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Fluss. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Wenn man auf die Insel möchte, hat man die Fähre direkt vor der Türe. Wenn man auf dem Festland etwas anschauen möchte, muss man immer Taxi oder Bus fahren.

- VADYM (8/5): Змішані відчуття - Забронювали цей готель через позитивний досвід із мережею Шангрі Ла. Чудове місце розташування, розкішне фойє, достойні номери та гарний сніданок - все майже на рівні. Що можна покращити: чистота. Я думаю, що багато залежить від публіки, яка зупиняється в цьому готелі. Розумію, що за такі гроші клієнтам впадло підняти баночку від Ред Булу, яка впала на підлогу у розкішному фойє, і зовсім нема необхідності вважати, щоб не розлити каву на гарний ковролін (в нашому номері було аж три плями від кави, які намагались вивести, судячи із слідів) - звісно це іронія. Але все одно, готель такого рівня може і має піклуватись про чистоту. Також, звукоізоляція між номерами була не на 100%.

- Robert (10/5): Fabulous place to stay and take in the sights and atmosphere of Hong Kong - We were delighted with our choice to stay here. Our room was spacious and clean with a great view of Victoria harbour. The breakfast was delicious with great choice, and the roof top bar was a great place to see the spectacular views in comfort. The staff overall were very good and the reception helped so much with our transfer to the airport via The Big Buddha.

My harbour view corner room was fantastic. The size and the view were amazing. The hotel was well maintained and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic view from our well equipped room, harbour and Hong Kong skyline. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and always ensuring everything was in order. The breakfast was such a pleasure, staff always on hand, no table was left messy and such an array of breakfast foods that were always well stocked. This was a wonderful hotel in every way. It was a real treat.

- Sisiree (9/5): - The room is very nice, luxury, and very big. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Staffs always smile. Will definitely be back. On the third day the house keeper entered the room while I was taking a shower and even entered the bathroom and saw me in the shower with nothing covered my body. I was so very embarrassed. Every morning the housekeeper would knock and yell at every room on the floor i stayed because they just didn’t know if the guests are in the room or not. They always knocked and yelled to check if there’s guests in the room. That’s odd because it seemed unprofessional. The manager later apologized and offered me a free ride to the airport.
