Vi boede i lejlighed med køkken, men intet virkede og der var intet i køkkenet til at lave mad med eller spise med og køleskabet kølede næsten ikke. Hver dag lagde de kun 1 håndklæde selvom vi var 3 mennesker. Morgenmaden var det dårligste vi nogensinde har fået, alt var koldt, ingen vand og flere dage gammelt brød. Vi brugte ikke poolen, da det hele bare var meget beskidt og frastødende. Vælg et andet hotel!!

Victoria (6/5): - What was shown as advertisement is not what I saw in my suite. False advertising, specifically I was shown a balcony for my room but there was no balcony. My view was a rooftop for another building that was lower that had lines of clothes hanging from them. Every week day, I heard a lot of construction machines. I did not go out all the time so it was loud and annoying. Though it had a full kitchen, there were no plate and eating utensils. The pots were very warm causing all good to stick to the pot. I bought food to cook that I could not cook because of this. Not good for cooking pancakes or anything that needed a coated pan or pot. Some of the furniture is too worn. It was very clean and the staff did a good job of cleaning each day. The staff provided items that I needed and eventually provided dinnerware and eating utensils with knives and spoons to cook. I will not stay here again. My observation are not as bad because I’ve been to Nairobi a lot and expect some things not to be according to American standards of a nice suite. I wish I could have gotten a monetary credit for these inconveniences. Perhaps that is possible since I purchase through your app. You really should send your reps to make sure what is being advertised is what is true. Apparently, you have not. Thanks.
Shawn (10/5): - The Landmark is a bit dated, but the apartments are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Excellent location, just down the block from Westgate Mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. One negative: The fitness room is barely usable. The bench was rickety and nearly falling apart, and there was one set of 10kg weights, no other sizes. Please upgrade!

Breakfast service worst than of the cheapest 2 star joint ( at least there is someone to ask if you needed something, here a simple toaster was msssing for 2 hours ) and they call themselves suites ? Jan (4/5): Not a good choice before 2027 - First, the hotel should have put a big post on their website, warning people that the hotel is next door to a big construction site, that is so noisy that you were hardly able to have a conversation in your room or in the reception. Every day except Sundays they will work from 8am to 5 pm. We booked a superior apartment suite with two bedrooms for three people. At arrival the apartment had a total of 2 towels, NO cups, NO glasses, NO plates NO utensils or other kitchenware. After complaining, we were brought 3 of each. The aircondition in one of the bedrooms did not work. The fridge did not work and was not suitable for food. I complained and a technician came and looked at it, but could not repair. He came back the next day but could not repair. He came with a colleague the third day, but they could not repair. On day four I asked to talk to the manager, because I was annoyed. The manager was not able to talk to me, as she did not feel so good. The reception happily told me that they could move us to another room, as they were not able to fix the fridge. We accepted that, and we were moved to another apartment. This of course had no towels or kitchen stuff, so we started from scratch again. I asked for a compensation or discount, but was told that it was not possible, as my booking was made online (BS). Overall the worst hotel experience in 15 years. The construction is over by the end of 2026, but noise is the least of the hotels problems.

(8/5): Ok men kunne være beder - Jeg havde booket værelse med en king size seng men værelset havde kun queen size seng Der er byggeri ved siden af hotellet som starter fra kl. 8.00 til 17.00 hvilket ikke fremgik af deres hjemmeside, så der var meget støj Der var lidt mug/skimmel svamp i brusekabinens loft Og lejligheder havde køkken men jeg skulle bede om at få tallerken og bestik og da der ikke var et fuldt sæt Sengen var meget hård men de var hjælpsom med atat gøre den mere comfortable, ved at give mig 11 puder som kunne laves om til en”topmadres” hvilke hjalp lidt Det var små ting som de bare skulle fixe som vil være nomalt på andre hoteller, så ville hotellet være rigtig godt sted at overnatte Men byggeriet ved siden af er der nok 2 år endnu måske mere, så der går mere tid en det før jeg måske kommer tilbage.

OssiSaarinen (6/5): Great location and OK price value - The hotel is right next to the Westgate Mall and there are several bars and restaurants in the area. That's the best part. The hotel feels a little bit old and the rooms aren't that nice. But the value for the price is good. When we arrived in the middle of the night we got a room on the ground floor and all of the windows were wide open. One of the windows wouldn't lock at all. So it didn't feel safe. We got moved to an upper floor the next day. The room felt a little bit nicer but there was a problem with one window there also. The rooms had full size kitchens and fridges which was nice. The breakfast isn't anything special for the price ($15). But the staff was mostly nice, especially the lady who filled our water bottles (because there was no water in the buffet). We also got small breakfast bags to our safari because the pickup was early. Although one lady in the reception was pretty rude, wouldn’t greet you or answer questions. All in all I would recommend staying here if you want a great location for little money and you're not going to spend too much time in the room.

TV Internet not working, bathroom is in bad shap walls chipping, I could only get lukewarm water after room service lady was running the water for 20 minutes. Surprisingly this property does not provide any basic amenities like toothpaste, brush soap slippers I do not know why Tripadviser gave 4.5 rating to this hotel. You should remove this hotel from trip advisor. One advise do not go hear. The staff can not help.

Also I recommend to provide a sponge or dish cloth for customer to have a choice to clean their own dishes and not be charged for a dish cloth also there should be more than 2 pots to use for cooking. The receptionist was very very nice and helpful . I recommend there should be more dining choices and the pool should have inside lights and heat. I really wanted to get in but it was cool . Overall the staff and everyone was awesome , even with a small misunderstanding with one of the housekeeper and the different pricing given on the beverages. We would still would stay again THANK YOU

The bedding was changed everyday and cleaning was done everyday too. Location is very good especially if you like going to the mall. The only challenge we had was from the construction at Westgate mall that was insanely noisy. I suggest they need to get a better internet connection as we had problems with wifi. Overall we had a great stay with great staff around!
Sherry19841105 (6/5): Needs some care.. - The hotel is well situated with close proximity to the Westgate mall and City Center. Staff was nice and helpful. It's a very compact apartment building. The apartment size is good, but the furniture could use an update. Their cleaning standards did not meet my expectations, there were visible stains on pillows, some of the towels were ripped on the sides, stained curtains, etc. Some bathroom fixtures were missing/broken and water leaks out of the shower even though all the doors are shut. Certainly could use some care. The gym has about 5 pcs of old equipment in a tight room. It is closer to a 2 star facility. The pictures on the website must have been taken when it was brand new, which I realized after getting there, unfortunately.

The rooms are large and clean, Having a clothes washer/dryer in the room was incredibly helpful. The staff are professional, friendly, and provide excellent service. Janet, the ladies at reception, Christopher at the restaurant, and the guards really helped make the stay comfortable and made us feel well cared for. Any questions were quickly resolved. The hotel is also located right next to Westgate Mall.

C6884JIrobd (10/5): Incredible - I was lucky to get a big suite room, more space than needed. That said I think this would apply to any guest. My room had ample hot water. There was a big TV. Internet worked well - the room had its own wifi. I would say that the design/layout might be improved, maybe this was just mine but the closet was in the hall in one case, it would have been more accessible in the bedroom. That said, most of the furniture was good. Breakfast was great, and very complete. The regular breakfast has cereal, juice, coffee, toast, bacon & egg available, fruit. You won't go hungry, and it's included. I also highly recommend the "Indian Breakfast" (aloo paratha option, also included) which was just so delicious with coffee, especially if you like things on the spicy side. For dinner, I would go with the staff recommendation, I had Chicken Mughlai that had a very nice sauce. One thing that stood out were the staff. Janet and Sharon were just so helpful with any little detail. It is worth asking them for help with anything because they really want to assist.

More utensils / glasses / plates could have been provided for a self catering apartment but the reason was explained as it was because of COVID. Duvet and Duvet covers were dirty.

Scenic00035 (10/5): Good service and management - I have stayed at the Landmark suites several times for periods of 2 to 5 days. It was always during COVID 19 time. The room was sanitized and the staff used masks and gloves all the time. The service was always very polite and effective and the suites I had were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good beds. And literally 45 seconds walk from Westgate Shopping mall, and 5 minutes from other 2 malls, so the location is really convenient. I recommend it.

fabriziobS3346MN (2/5): Terrible management - Forget the restaurant. Food below terrible. No washing machine. Took away from before. So you need to pay crazy prices for washing. I stayed 10 days. Of which 4 cold water in the morning. Light on top of table never repaired since day one. Breakfast no butter but margarine. To cut it short the owner and manager save every shilling. Result terrible quality. And managers not qualified. Even treat you badly if you complain. Never again.to attract ppl at restaurant they now play at weekends live music. So loud u can’t rest. I asked to be moved. They said no. Even the hotel was almost empty cos of COVID. Even if u r Kenyan or resident prices are in dollars. So change every time. Never ever again
Sydney (8/5): Just shy of perfect. - The hotel was much better than I had expected. The 2-bedroom suite is spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right next to Westgate Mall. Really, the only issue is that there is no air conditioning or fan, so it gets a little stuffy after a while, which made for not the best night's sleep ever. Secondly, there are no mosquito nets. Mosquitoes are hardly an issue in Nairobi, but it only takes one in your ear to ruin a good night's sleep.

Ole (6/5): Underlig oplevelse... - Har boet her 2 gange før og havde et rigtig godt indtryk. Men denne gang var det anderledes. Det så pludselig slidt ud, trin på trappe var løs og blev ikke lavet, ingen papir at tørre hænder i på toilettet og trods jeg gjorde opmærksom på fejl i motionscenter blev det ikke ordnet. Og så værelset - ingen drikkevand, ingen sæbeholder i bruser og vandet løb ud gennem fliserne, vand fra vask løb på gulvet og blev aldrig fikset helt. Men værst var min kollega havde ubudne gæster midt om natten og der blev intet gjort for at finde ud af det! Personale er flinke og venlige, men et par tjenere misforstod flere ordre. Politiet kom og konfiskerede al alkohol da de ingen licens havde - den afventede godkendelse. Så fra at være rigtig godt med skønne store værelser, god mad i restauranten og gåafstand til flere centre, så er sidste oplevelse så dårlig at de kun kan få middel oplevelse. Kommer næppe igen.
Vera (10/5): Awesome stay - We had an absolutely Fantastic stay at Landmark suites. The location is awesome & close to several amenities & shopping centres. The staff are very helpful & an absolute delight to deal with.
Verified traveler (6/5): Dirty bling bling ? - I stayed at the Landmark suites testing them in the search of serviced apartments in Nairobi for my business travels. And I am not convinced. The building is located close to the Westlands Mall and the apartment I got looked great at first view, maybe too much bright and bling bling, but whatever. Unfortunaltely, I found the walls very dirty, the door of the washing machine broken and the hose of the shower of the main room heavily filtering, so I got more water there than in the shower steam. I also foud that they do not take credit cards and, moreover, did not have change when I paid in cash my expenses. Another inconvenient is the strong curry smell in the common areas in the morning. Maybe the other apartments are better and the smell disapears during the day, but I will not come back soon.
Zubaida (8/5): Great location suites living - This is a very convenient business stay hotel that offers suites for the same price a a room elsewhere. The staff is great and location excellent for shopping and meetings and transport. Only problem which can be serious is the level of noise. With Single glazing all the outside noises come in and early in the morning one can hear noise. Also this time when I stayed, I had very noisy neighbors who made one night impossible and after I complained heavily to the reception next night they were contained.

Catherine (10/5): I came two day early and they accommodated me. - I came two day early and they accommodated me. They gave me an upgrade since my room wasn't ready. I stayed 4 nights instead of 2. Everything was just beautiful. The best suite to stay in if you are in Nairobi. Everything is just right there.
Edmond O (10/5): Always my choice in Nairobi - As usual Landmark Suites was a great place to stay while in Nairobi. It has become a tradition for myself and friends to always stay here. The location, the apartments the staff and service are all great.
Verified traveler (8/5): Very modern Landmark Suites - We only spent one night, arriving at 2 am and leaving the next morning. The hotel is new and very modern which not be to everyone's taste. The location in Westlands is very convenient to most international organizations' headquarters.
LAVAZA (10/5): A lovely choice no regrets worth the money - My stya at The Landmark was very very good and comfortable, the stuff were friendsly and ready to help i was impressed by the standard of the apartment and i will definately recommend to others and looking forward to come back again
Rebecca (4/5): Better options for less in Nairobi - Staff were friendly and tried their hardest, but not well trained. Since I'd booked on Hotels.com, it took me 45 minutes to check in - they were very confused. Always friendly and kind, but confused. No hot water in the room and WiFi that didn't extend into all parts of the room - I had to sit next to the door to get a signal.
Andreas (8/5): Very comfortable apartments in Westlands - Again a great stay at The Landmark Suites in Westlands Nairobi. Perfect location and just next to Westgate Shopping Mall. Friendly staff. Beautiful and large apartments with fully equipped kitchen, nice furnitures.

omar (6/5): Good one - No AC in the room very hot. Alot of noise outside. Other wise is ok. The place OR hotel is new and did have alot to improve. The food available is only indian. There is no proppar Gym yet.
Anna (8/5): Great location, but noisy and unflexible - After staying at Landmark Suites previously I will probably not stay here in the future when I return to Nairobi. The reasons being that although the location is brilliant, the night time shift is really service oriented and the apartment is well set up - however the disadvantages of constant drilling in the area, no policy for noices (usually produced by the establishment itself - reconstruction, water features etc), unreliable WiFi and a unflexible"managment" balances that out.
Barcode (10/5): Beautiful decor nice staff - Made a change from.the regular hotels, its a boutique suites with all the amenities of home. Living room nice bathrooms bedroom etc, you can cook for yourself or use their room.service. very nice experience def recommended.
