Refused to give her name & wouldn’t discuss any available upgrade rooms that might be available.

Paint faited on walls, spider webs on the light fixtures. The breakfast was nasty and the front desk ladies were unfriendly.

John (6/5): Great location, decent price, sometimes frustrating details. Mixed positive. - The location is excellent, and probably this hotel's main selling point. The room was very spacious and beautiful. We were very close to the nearest parking area. I love the aesthetic of the hotel. Their prices fluctuate wildly, usually due to events in town, but I was pleasantly surprised at the room rate this time during a very busy weekend in Natchitoches. The walls between rooms are pretty thin. The bed was very hard. The HVAC unit was right outside our window and was quite loud, but was also having some kind of mechanical issue and making a "thunk" noise at irregular intervals. This made it hard to sleep. The shower has no direct spray nozzle and no way to control the kind of spray you get from the main. The breakfast is cafeteria style instead of serve-yourself. That's fine, but it really limits the options if you just want to grab some coffee or food and go back to your room. They could use some packaged pastries or something. The coffee was self-serve, but there were no lids for the disposable cups, so you had to be very careful if you wanted to bring coffee back to your room. Also, they need to rethink their creamer situation. They had three or four different kinds of sweetened flavored creamer, but they very quickly ran out of basic half and half (which is probably what most people would want, based on how quickly it was used up).

We had to park a block away, and couldn’t see vehicles. It wasn’t that hard for us, but older or handicapped folks would have a problem.

RODNEY (7/5): A little unhappy - Nice big rooms This hotel used to be the best I have seen the decline in it in the last couple of times and the breakfast is terrible the service is good They need a bit of variety of foods the fruits are old they don't even have decaf coffee In the cafe I remember the first time I went there years ago and that was one of the most best breakfasts I had ever eaten I don't know what happened maybe they changed cooks. The sausage and eggs was over come ,and that all have .Everybody don't eat grits . The fruit was old. Also Tv's is outdated don't even no how operate it and coffee never works and towels are hard and digit. The associated was nice. I was there July 2025 and wasn't that great so I decided to try one more time haven't gotten any better last time elevator wasn't working and never got coffee pot and food. I think I done . I had some family staying the same time I was and they say same. Let's try do especially the food

Lila (7/5): Decent stay!! - The location was great, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was really good, the room was clean and comfortable although very basic. The onsite parking is super limited and extra parking is way offsite. My room was super humid and I had to keep the AC turned really low to keep the floor and furniture from sweating. Payment for the room was drafted 3 days prior to my stay even though it was suppose to be pay at the property.

The breakfast wasn’t that great, even though the staff serving were tremendous. It looked like they made everything at once and kept it in large serving dishes instead of making smaller batches to replenish periodically. The rooms could use a little touch up and deep cleaning as could some of the other common areas. Lack of carpet in the rooms made our noisy neighbors even more noisy. Our shower had very little pressure and the shower fixture needs work. It was loose and there was a gap between the shower wall and the shower control knob.

It was right downtown town parking was good beautiful interior very well put together. Definitely would stay again. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything about our stay went well.

Centralize location - Breakfast- the crew responsible for the breakfast was super friendly, personable and on top of the guests needs. The grits ( which I normally do no eat) were phenomenal! You could tell they were not the quick minute kind. Keep in mind, when you get to the hotel, if you do not book through the hotel itself...you will have to pay extra for wi-fi (Aprox $23.00 per day).....A DAY! Very clean rooms and hotel! The extra charge for the WiFi.... Only sausage as a protein during breakfast on both days...no bacon...nor waffles (it would just have been nice to have a little variety the next day)

I’ve stand at this location twice and my room was changed without my knowledge both times. Checkin was at 4pm and I didn’t get a room until almost 5. I was informed only 2 housekeepers were working. Upon entering the room, sheets/blankets wasn’t changed. The dirt and stains were showing. The supervisor and the front desk was informed. No other rooms were avail, so the supervisor asked one of the housekeepers to change the sheets and blankets.

THEODORE (2/5): Awful - Location and parking We were issued a room near the elevator and ice machine. The ice machine beeped (similar to a fire alarm) alllll night long. We were not able to sleep. There was a missing soap dispenser in the shower. The towels had holes in them. The floors were sticky like being mopped with apple juice. We complained to the front desk and no one called!!! The sole purpose of a hotel is a restful night sleep after a long day traveling. “F”

Karl (8/5): Classic older hotel in downtown Natchitoches. - Great location one block off Main street in Natchitoches. Private parking is great. Room pretty basic, but adeguate for our short stay. Nice breakfast.

Grizzle (5/5): Unimpressed, exra fee’s, not worth the hastel but great location - The location The room main door had to be lifted up to fully shut and the locks nearly didn’t lock due to the door. The bed frame had dust all behind it and the decretive pillow had stains on it. I was charged extra $23.02 for a “amity fee” when I got checked in.
