• Chongwen (6/5): - 立地が非常に良く、周辺の宿泊施設と比べても料金は格段に安いです。限られた人員と資金の中で、工夫しながら運営している様子が伝わってきました。 ただし、施設は古く清掃やメンテナンスが十分とは言えず、小さなお子様連れにはあまり向かないかもしれません。客室のバスルームは使用できず、代わりに大浴場と露天温泉が16時〜21時のみ利用可能です。それ以外の時間帯は入浴できない点にご注意ください。 滞在中、娘が客室の押し入れで遊んだ後に体調を崩し、深夜に高熱を出しましたが、夜間はフロントに人がおらず相談できませんでした。翌日は観光を諦めて休日診療の小児科を受診することになりました（幸いクリニックに着く頃には熱は下がっていました）。 料金重視で割り切れる方には適していますが、清潔さや小さなお子様連れの安心感を求める方にはおすすめしにくい宿です。
• Muneki (10/5): - 古い旅館で修繕を諦めて現状維持で頑張ってる感じがしました。古い分安く、過剰なサービスを期待しなければ良い旅館です。 昔の名残があって個人的には良かったです。

• Jeanette (2/5): - The beds were very thin mats on the floor with the worst pillows ever and terrible duvets, more like a quilt in an exposed duvet cover. The room was large but empty. After a long day of taking multiple trains I could have cried. It was pretty much like sleeping on the floor, with sketchy bedding, two sparse threaded towels, the toilet didn’t flush very good and the bidet sprayed water on the floor. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed at and yet paid $370 Yen for one night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!

• KAZUHIRO (4/5): - 部屋からの景色は素晴らしく、周辺環境はよかったです。温泉も内湯の温度はちょうど良く気持ちよく浸かることができました。素泊まりなので、近くにコンビニがあったのは助かりました。 一方で、夏場ということもあり、換気が十分ではないため、匂いが篭りやすく気になりました。

• TOMOKI (10/5): コスパ最高！ - 年始の予定が急遽変更となり、年末にギリギリで予約しました。 宿泊費が他の旅館よりも安く、ギリギリでも予約がとれた上、 多くの口コミに部屋が不潔や温泉がぬるい等の不評コメントが多々あった為、不安を抱きながら伺いました。 しかし、部屋の畳はきれいで温泉も口コミにあるほどの不満は一切ありませんでした。 また、休憩時間中に伺ったにもかかわらず、ご主人に暖かく出迎えていただき、ご親切に周辺のご説明も 勿論、掃除が完璧でない部分はありましたが、この料金でこの広い部屋の温泉宿に宿泊させていただいて

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Nice location, good view from the room. Spacious room. The lobby and halls had a chemical smell, thankfully the room diddnt. The whole place is very dated and in need of a makeover. The bathhouse needs a proper cleaning.
• Hud (8/5): - This is indeed an old Ryokan but price/room wise would recommend this as a budget trip. Staff is very accomodating and the room condition is better than expected. They have both indoor and outdoor bath with outdoor only open at certain hour. We drove there and there are few free parking spaces available in front of the property.

• SHU KAI (6/5): 節省預算的過夜處所 - 飯店服務人員很友善、但服務人員不足，設備比較舊、但維持的算乾淨。我們是在淡季的平日住宿，整間飯店住宿的客人不多，再加上服務人員也少，讓人覺得異常落寞，也因此缺少在溫泉鄉度假的氣氛。不過，或許如果是在旅遊旺季或週末，應該會有不一樣的氣氛。 房間很大、維持的也乾淨，房間有個面臨鬼怒川的小客廳，風景很好。 有溫泉大浴場，溫泉本身不錯，但使用時間限制較多。 如果你只是想要有個過夜的地方，泡溫泉也不講究，住這裡可以省錢、住宿房間也還不錯。但如果想要在溫泉鄉享受一下溫泉飯店的度假質感，建議還是多花一些錢去住其他比較好的溫泉飯店。
• Verified traveler (8/5): vue splendide - L'hôtel est vieillissant. Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel et peu dans le village. La chambre était très bien avec une superbe vue. Le onsen était très bien, le rotenburo était trop chaud et personne n'a pu y rester.
• nicola (8/5): Beautiful onsen - hotel needs an overhaul - This has a very nice onsen - super clean and great facilities, however the rest of the hotel lets it down... front desk hours are limited, decor is outdated, both in rooms and lobby, there are no private bathrooms (you must use the onsen if you want to shower), only way to get food is by ordering from local restaurants, which have limited hours. An overhaul of the decor and the addition of some bathrooms/shower rooms with privacy would make a huge difference. The window didn’t close in our room and would be unsafe for children due to the sheer drop to the river, with no barrier.

• Serhat (6/5): Tavsiye etmem - 30-40 yıl önce guzel bir otel is, ama simdi degil. Uzunca suredir hic yenileme ve bakım yapılmamış. Fiyat dusuk fakat Nikko yakınında kesinlikle değil, ulaşım problemli. Resepsiyon personelinin ilgisi ve İngilizcesi iyiydi.
• Bradley (10/5): Great Hotel great location - The Hotel was great I got a beautiful Japanese style room overlooking the river. The hotel also has an indoor outdoor onsen which was really nice.
• Verified traveler (2/5): 残念 - ハイシーズン(GW)に利用した為、ホテルのグレードの割に高くついた。 ロビーに電子ピアノが置いてあり、自由に引けるようだが、他の宿泊者が大音量で耳障りの悪い曲を演奏していて不快だった。温泉街自体も寂れているので仕方無いかも知れないが、ホテル設備の老朽化も進んでいた。 せめて、清掃をこまめにして古いながらも清潔に保ってくれていればよかったが、廊下には無数のホコリや汚れ、部屋には蜘蛛の巣、浴室には放置されたタオルが散乱する等、不快なところが多数。
• AMH (6/5): 素泊まりするためのホテル - 食堂がなく素泊まり専用ホテルです。鬼怒川温泉駅まで徒歩１０分圏内なので駅前で食事をとる感じになると思います。電話で出前は取れるようです。 立地の割に値段が安いので、値段相応だと思います。 wifiはロビーのみ利用できます。お風呂は露天風呂もあって満足です。

• Jimmy (6/5): Pretty far from Nikko - Like the other reviews have mentioned, this hotel is not in Nikko. It is train ride away. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station. This hotel really needs major updating and cleaning. Definitely not worth the price they are charging.
