Family run business and the owners are genuinely beautiful people. We organised laundry here too. Excellent location - right near the big food market and 5 minute walk to the plaza. So nice we stayed twice!

A localização é perfeita, bem central, proximo a praça principal e cheio de comercio em volta - o que é essencial! O café da manhã é simples mas tem uma vista EXPETACULAR DOS VULCÕES! Quarto com cama boa, e bastante apoio! Mesmo bem antigo era bem cuidado e limpo! Eles deixaram nossas malas até nosso retorno! Nosso quarto não havia NENHUMA ventilação! As janelas eram fechadas permanentes então o quarto era bem abafado!

• Annkathrin (10/5): - Wir haben aufgrund einer Krankheit 6 Nächte im Park Hostel verbracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, das Hotel ist super sauber, jeden Tag wird überall geputzt. Das spanischsprachige Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hat sich immer wieder nach mir erkundigt. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man viel Zeit verbringen. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und im Preis enthalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

• ewamirek (10/5): Polecam! - Super uczynna obsługa. Dostaliśmy pokój mimo że przybyliśmy dużo wcześniej niż dozwolona godzina zameldowania. Na dachu super taras gdzie jest serwowane śniadanie. Blisko głównego placu oraz runku z lokalnymi produktami. Pokój duży i przestronny. Cóż, jest to prawie główne centrum więc można się spodziewać że będą hałasy z ulicy. Ale pamiętam że ktoś mocno opierniczył grupkę hałaśliwych lokalersów i hałas ustąpił.

Blisko głównego placu oraz runku z lokalnymi produktami. Pokój duży i przestronny. Cóż, jest to prawie główne centrum więc można się spodziewać że będą hałasy z ulicy. • Valerie (10/5): Wonderful stay thanks to Juan and Sandra - The hostel is very well located in the gerar of Arequipa with a beautiful view on the mountains from the rooftop where you have a great terrace. Its a beautiful old and well decorared house and the areas are spacious. The room was perfect as well. Juan and Sandra are there from morning till night keepinf the hostel (which is very big) clean and comfortable, always there with a smile and ready to help you with any questions. It was nice to have this personal contact with them. They are wonderful, hardworking people! The water ran out of the shower box, despite of It having a protection screen, so the bathroom always flooded. I recommend leaving a mop in the bathroom
• Amalie Asmind (10/5): Autentisk centralt hotel. - Virkelig søde ejere. Meget hyggelig, autentisk og rustik stemning. Jeg er sikker på at ikke to værelser var ens. Fantastisk tagterrasse med god udsigt over byen og vulkanerne. Super god beliggenhed tæt på alle attraktioner, men uden støj. Wifi var langsomt.

• Marta (8/5): Céntrico y personal muy amable - La ubicación es buenísima, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza de armas, y la mujer que nos atendió un encanto. Muy amable y sonriente. Nos dejó hacer check in antes de la hora. El precio además es competitivo. El baño era un poco viejito y la terraza de arriba generó algo de ruido a primera hora de la noche. Si escoges este alojamiento y quieres dormir pronto, comenta en recepción que te den una habitación alejada de las escaleras de la terraza. A ese precio, la calidad está muy bien.

• Nadine (9/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut- super zentral. Die Dachterasse bietet einen sagenhaften Ausblick auf die Berge und Vulkane. Die Betreiber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich direkt wohl und sicher gefühlt. Leider ist die Hauptstrasse laut und kann störend sein. Da mein Zimmer direkt beim Eimgang war, hörte ich auch die Klingeln wie das Bellen des Hundes.

• Carmen (3/5): Estancia agradable por el trato del personal y la terraza, pero con habitaciones mejorables. - El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La terraza, como ya había leído en otras reseñas, es realmente maravillosa y sin duda lo mejor del lugar. La ubicación también es buena y el ambiente del hotel en general es agradable. Nuestra experiencia con la habitación no fue tan buena. La que nos tocó no daba al exterior y resultaba bastante húmeda y fría. Tampoco viajamos en la mejor época, ya que durante nuestra estancia llovió mucho y llegábamos al hotel con los zapatos empapados cada día, por lo que se agradece especialmente tener una habitación confortable donde poder calentarse y descansar, cosa que en nuestro caso fue difícil. Además, las habitaciones que nos asignaron no se correspondían con las que aparecen en las fotos. En cuanto a la limpieza, eché en falta un poco más de atención. En general estaba todo correcto, pero no completamente limpio; por ejemplo encontramos algunos pelos del huésped anterior en el baño y probablemente también en la moqueta. Con la humedad que traíamos encima cada día, preferí no fijarme demasiado, pero sí es algo que podría mejorar. El desayuno es bastante sencillo. En general, para una estancia corta de una o dos noches puede ser suficiente si estás de paso, pero para varios días quizá se echa en falta un poco más de comodidad en las habitaciones.

Propriétaires sympathiques et arrangeant. Hôtel calme. La terrasse est très agréable. La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer. Salle de bain modeste et peu éclairée. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus généreux et travaillé. Le café n'est pas bon, normal c'est du café soluble de mauvaise qualité.

La colazione viene servita sulla ampia terrazza panoramica. Il bagno non era molto pulito (capelli ovunque). La camera aveva una finestra ma non apribile, quindi inutilizzabile. Colazione un po' scarsa, anche se presente. La struttura è anche bella ma un po' trascurata.

• Julia (9/5): - La localización y el personal son lo mejor del alojamiento. El desayuno muy completo, la terraza muy bonita y tienen servicio de lavandería. Hay un cartel que indica que cualquier daño o mancha en sábanas y toallas debe ser afrontado por el cliente y las toallas que te dan tienen alguna mancha y algún roto. Creo que habría que cambiar las que estén en mal estado si se pide al cliente que se haga cargo de los desperfectos.

• CLAUDIA GIANELLA (6/5): Noches Acojedoras - El hotel es muy cálido, bonita decoración y limpio, el personal muy amable y servicial. Camas muy cómodas y habitación amplia, su terraza para tomar desayuno tiene bonita vista al Misti. No es que no me guste, pero el hotel ya tiene sus años, y el piso de madera hace ruido, el techo que me toco dentro de la habitación le hacía falta reparación, ya que tenía avería por humedad. Pero por lo que se pagó las noches fueron muy cómodas.

• Judith (8/5): Nette Unterkunft im Zentrum - Sehr zentrale Lage. 2-3 Blocks entfernt von der Plaza. Sehr nette Besitzer. Kleines Frühstück, aber dafür im Preis integriert. Tolle Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Vulkane Chachany, Misti und Pichu Pichu. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank. Es fehlte eine Klobürste. Die Türen und Fenster sind nicht sehr dicht, es ist eher hellhörig.

• María González M (10/5): Excelente alojamiento en Arequipa - Viajé con mi hermana gemela y llegamos al alojamiento bastante temprano, los dueños nos recibieron súper bien y con mucha amabilidad. Nos dejaron desayunar en la terraza con unas vistas increíbles a los volcanes mientras preparaban nuestra habitación. El desayuno que ofrecen está muy rico. También nos ofrecieron usar un baño para poder asearnos durante la espera. La habitación era muy amplia, con una decoración colonial que nos encantó, baño privado con agua caliente y cómodas camas. La ubicación perfecta a 5 minutos de la Palza de Armas. Sin lugar a dudas repetiría alojamiento y 100% recomendable. nada.

• Claudia Elizabeth (7/5): - Es un hotel antiguo pero todo limpio, es céntrico, a 3 cuadras de la plaza de armas. El cambio de moneda me llevo por sorpresa. La señora es amable. Tenía un balcón que se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle y el televisor no tenía cable. Solo dieron un jabón pequeño y un papel, y dos toallas, éramos dos.

Ademas tiene un terraza donde ver el atardecer con vistas al Misti (y algun edificio de por medio pero bien) El cambio de.moneda hace que todo te cueste mas de lo esperado. Por favor booking poner los precios en Soles, ellos no tienen la culpa y los clientes tampoco.
