• Takako (7/5): 良かったです - 朝のパンケーキを美味しく頂きました。朝食のバイキングをセットにされているホテルが多い中余り食べれないので丁度良かったです。立地も静かで治安も良かったです。 ユニットバスが狭過ぎて体を何度もぶつけました。湯船には入らずシャワーだけでしたが水はけが悪かったです。 お値段が少し高かったです

• Alessandra (8/5): - 駅から近く、公園とドンキホーテが近所です。朝に無料パンケーキサービスがあったり、スタッフがとても親切でした！月曜日の朝にチェックアウトし、午後に忘れ物の連絡来ましたが、火曜日の夜に海外に行く予定があったから火曜日の朝着に早速動いて下さった。

Lamentablemente la cama es bastante rígida, pero lo que más molesta era el incesante ruido de pandilleros bōsōzoku durante las primeras horas de la noche. El hotel no tiene culpa, por supuesto, pero debido a su ubicación, pasan muchos bōsōzoku por ahí cada día.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - 夜中に爆音のバイクが出没し、ホテル周辺地区を周走していたため、とても煩くて寝られなくて最悪でした。ホテル自体は良いですが環境は最悪です。この地区の宿泊はお勧めはしないです。

• サトル (10/5): - 自分は名古屋住みなんですが、知人の送別会を四日市で行うこととなったので、どうせなら泊まりでとラックホテル四日市さんにお世話になりました。 送別会の会場とはホテルから歩いて5、6分だったので大変近く良かったです。ただしっかりと確認して予約をしてなかったので、予約した部屋は喫煙できる部屋だったのでそこは失敗しました。 でも部屋の中はきちんとされてて大変良かったです。

• Sachiko (10/5): Exceptional - The location is the best in front of Kintetsu Yokkaichi train station, after the south-west exit, the highroad (Chuo /central street) comes into views, the building of hotel is also seen with the distinctive blue letters in English “Leo palace 21” (the major estate agency) Le Lac hotel Yokkaichi is shown in the blue katakana, ラック ホテル 四日市 that is surrounded by the Kintetsu department store (Famous shopping mall since the past over Tokai-Kinki areas, there is the import grocery store, the passport center is on the upper floor) APiTA Yokkaichi shopping mall (The popular shopping mall over the cities, cafes and restaurants, supermarket, discount stores, including electronics and tech, budget kind in qualitative certainty, variety of choice) Then, through the arcade mall nearby, you may enjoy the ample cuisines. Yokkaichi has certainly reached the excellent moderate development moreover by use of Kintetsu trains (Limited express with the seat reservation ticket and general ticket, or express train or local train with the general ticket. English is available for the ticket counters and machines) Nagoya is utterly the neighbor, daily trip is easy to Ise-Toba and islands, even to Osaka, Nara-Kyoto is not impossible. The rooms (smoking or no-smoking) of hotel are clean and comfortable, amenities are plenty as the typical aspect of Japanese hotels, such as, toothbrush, kettle, room slippers and night gown, service quality is excellent, the coin laundry is reasonable (100 yen coins are needed) with the soap contained washing machines, hotel has the variety of facilities and rentals. Albeit the language of hotel is defined as Japanese, the necessary instructions are written in English. The tap water (bathroom) is filtered as Alkali Water for health and beauty. This hotel is very reasonable with the valuable service and location, earlier booking is recommended. Night is quiet and safe. I stayed in this hotel for one month (female solo traveller)

• ただひで (8/5): - 応対はとても親切丁寧でとても良かったです。 部屋は綺麗にされていましたが、ベッドの下はマットが敷いてなかったり、備えつけ家具の隙間から見える汚さがありました。 シャワールームのお湯、水はそれぞれの蛇口を回して調整しないといけなかったのが面倒くさかったです。 施設の古さからリピートは無いとおもいます。

• Lawrence (8/5): Good location, friendly staff, great value for clean and adequate room. Caution re limited English. - Pretty much everything other than as noted in the next box. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was neat and clean after each cleaning. Room was smaller than I would have prefered but I knew the size in advance and accepted it for its excellent value. Perfect location only 5 minutes' walk from the Kintetsu-Yokkaichi train station. Only that although the hotel amenities details page as viewed through booking.com before booking indicated that the staff spoke both English and Japanese, and that was one reason I chose this hotel. It turned out that the staff ability to communicate in English was, at best, very limited and I was fortunate that my daughter, whom I was visiting, is fluent in Japanese and could assist. Perhaps that detail at booking.com was correct when the hotel was managed by Reiah instead of its present le Lac.
• Naoto (2/5): お風呂ユニットの修理望む - 洗面台とお風呂が汚い。汚いというと語弊があるかもしれないが、洗面台がどうやら一度重み？でユニットから取れたらしくセメント等で再度つけているが、その取り付けが甘く、また取れそうになっている。その上、セメントみたいなものの付け方が付け焼き刃感がとてもすごく見た目とても汚い。これを見て風呂に入ろうという気が失せました(入りましたが…)。 部屋自体はよかった。ベッドとテレビ台との間には少し間があり(他の四日市ホテルはとても狭い)これはよかった。
