На сніданок до кави є круасани, джем, нутела, при тому що цього немає заявлено. Дуже чисто, охайно, стилізовано. Кожна деталь продумана. Асе к аишуеаному вталійському стилі. Дві хвилини до метро,поряд декілька супермаркетів, ресторанчиків та кафе. Навіть парасольки на випадок дощової погоди є, що дуже нам допомогло, гуляти по Мілану в дощову погоду і насолоджуватись містом. Дуже раджу це місце . Тепер завжди будемо приїжати саме сюди.

Et très facile d'accès à tous les monuments, gare de train aussi très proche. 10 sur 10 pour nous! Le seul inconvénient était qu'il n'y avait pas de divan ou salon confortable lorsque nous revenions de nos journées épuisées

• Tali (9/5): a spacious well located apartment with a superb host - We enjoyed our stay at Angelica House very much. Angela the host was exceptional. She was very available and friendly beforehand, met us to give us the keys and instructions and added useful recommendations and answered our questions, and when the toaster didn't function she was very quick to replace it. The apartment itself is very spacious (the kitchen is small but the rooms are very big and the bathroom is comfortable), quiet and beautifully located. The building complex is immediately above the Metro station and it was very easy to get everywhere. There are supermarkets and a lovely pizzeria in a short walking distance. The apartment was clean and well equiped, we didn't cook so I didn't check that, but for eveything else we had what we needed and it was nice that there was alreay jam and oil and stuff like that. It is obvious that the host made a point of being generous and I appreciate this attitude very much. There's a nice small balcony where we enjoyed the sun. Overall is was a wonderful experience and I was very happy with staying there. The apartment is a bit old. The beds were ok but by the last day I had a bit of a backache because the matress is on the soft side. The furniture and kitchen are a bit dilapidated. The air in the apartment was a bit stale (it's clean, just a bit old)

• stefano (9/5): Great 1st time visit to Milan, would have no hesitation to rebook this apartment for my next visit. - The Apartment was within walking distance of many of the major attractions, shopping areas and very close to a metro station. It made getting around Milan very easy and convenient. The apartment is located within what could be described as a migrant area of Milan and has many migrants of very many nationalities. For the first couple of days of our stay, consistently hearing languages other than Italian in cafes and the like caused some cogitative disconnect "am I really in Italy" type moments. After several days of observing the 'actors" on the streets and cafes, I became fascinated watching the interaction between the migrants and the Italians. The cultures seemed to blend seamlessly, each maintaining their own cultural identity whilst adopting and respecting elements of the others culture. Observing the interaction of cultures became for me as big of a highlight as all of the historical, cultural centres I visited. There was nothing of note which I could say I disliked.

Clean, tidy and unique Construction being completed so one balcony closed. Not very close to the hub of restaurants and sightseeing.

Très bien situé pour aller en centre-ville avec le métro au pied de la résidence et direct jusqu’au Duomo. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre, dans une résidence très calme et sécurisée. Commerces à proximité immédiate. Rien, tout était parfait !

L'appartement est très vaste et bien équipé. Le concierge très serviable. Il y a la possibilité de garer la voiture dans la résidence. Une station de métro est situé devant l'entrée de l'immeuble, ce qui facilite les déplacements vers le centre historique de Milan. Dans le quartier, il y a de nombreux petits restaurants et des supermarchés.

It is really very good idea, even better than most of the fancy hotels' room. It was really clean and kitchen was very good to cook everything. The owner was very helpful. I regularly visit Milan for business and leisure, I will definetly stay here if it is available. I can recommend all of my friends who wants to visit Milan.

Highly recommend - -Host - Angela is super helpful … -The apartment was fully stocked with tea/ coffee/ snacks/ water / detergents/ washing detergents , basically everything you needed … -More than enough bed linens/ towels ( may not be very new ones, but very clean ) -Excellent location, just as you exit Pasteur station/ adjoining mini super market / 20 -25 mnts walk to central station too if u fancy walking. If not Pasteur station is just adjoining . There’s nothing we didn’t like … ( TV didn’t work but it wasn’t an issue for us ) A suggestion is if curtains/ towels/ bed linens are new that wud give a sophisticated feeling to guests.

She let us check in early and left us some water and breakfast snacks. Parking was also close by. There’s nothing really to mention.

The apartment itself is just beautiful in a very nice neighbourhood, right in front of the metro station "pasteur," which goes directly to duomo in about six stops. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with all neccesery facilities. There is also a coffee machine with lots of coffee capsules.it was a real pleasure drinking coffee with corrnetos, which also was a gift from the host in the morning at the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay, and i would deffinatly recommend Angelica's house to anybody. Thank you. I have no complaints at all.

The apartment was lovely and pleasantly furnished with a nice sitout balcony. Thought of all the little things from coffee to bottled water to toast and nibbles like toast and rusk etc. A very helpful host let us in and gave us a few recommendations on what to do in Milan. The water in the shower could have been a little warmer.

Outside area there were supermarkets , restaurants and coffee shops on walking distance . I was missing the italian restaurants next to us 😀. • Vlad (8/5): A spacious apartment with plenty of room! - During my Italy trip, I stayed at seven apartments booked through Booking.com. That gives me a good point of reference to compare them all. Out of the seven, this was my third favorite. The apartment is located in a gated apartment complex. And it’s a huge apartment by European standards! The biggest property out of the seven spots I stayed at. We’re talking two spacious bedrooms, a good size kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and hallway. You won’t be cramped staying here. Angelica also left me some freebies which was much appreciated. We’re talking a large bottle of water, plenty of snacks (including croissants), and spreads like Nutella and jam. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay. I had the entire apartment to myself but with how large it is, there’s plenty of room for a group or family. Since I got in pretty late, I didn’t explore the area but there are lots of restaurants close by. The apartment seems to be located in Chinatown. On the flip side, getting into the apartment was a bit of an ordeal. Given when I was arriving on a Sunday, Angelica left my keys in another apartment she owns across the street. While not a far distance, I had a heavy suitcase, carry-on bag, and backpack with me so it was quite a bit of work. It was like I was checking into two apartments back-to-back. The check-in instructions were a bit confusing so that didn’t help either. There was also a bit of a language barrier communicating with Angelica prior to my arrival. It seemed to me that she was using Google Translate so a couple of things got mixed up but we were eventually able to work things out. The décor is a little old-school, not quite at the level of grandma’s house, but in the same style. Overall though, good value.

• Frederick (10/5): Fantastic location, we cannot wait to return! - The location could not have been better. The Pasteur Metro stop is literally steps from the gate into the complex, and the Metro stop is also in front of a grocery store. Angelica left three types of coffee, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and of course salt and pepper. The were cases of bottled water, plus cornettos and melba toast with jam and Nutella available also. The bed was a bit soft for me, but that is a personal choice.

Great location- Metro at our door so it was easy to get to places. Grocery store under the apartment so very handy. Very comfortable apartment. All good- the air conditioning struggled with the heat but it was heat wave conditions while we were there!
• Thi (9/5): Family-friendly accommodation in Milan. - Well-rounded value for money stay in Milan. The property is located just right to one metro exit and in walking distance to another metro line's station, make it so easy and cost efficient to travel to every part of Milan. The property offers sufficient facility for our 5-day stay. Host is attentive and responsive communication. We did not have any unpleasant experience during our stay.

• I (10/5): Lovely - The apartment was very clean and beautifully presented. Air conditioning kept us cool, helping us to enjoy sleeping in the comfortable beds. The facilities were excellent. We didn't expect the free coffee, water and croissants, but they were very much appreciated. The bathroom was great, nice shower, luxurious towels, and all necessary shower toiletries. The apartment is further from the centre than we thought, but it is directly adjacent to the metro station. There are some great local restaurants, but the district is a little undesirable. This did not impact on our holiday at all though.

We were told which keys for which doors, once inside the apartment the host showed us around and talked us through a map of Milan, she was very helpful. The apartment was two bedrooms, which both had seats / couch in as well as TVs, in addition to this, the apartment had a bathroom with washing machine and a kitchen with a seating area and balcony. The kitchen had all the essentials and a fridge/freezer. Everything was spotlessly clean. On the last day I forgot my hat and the host was able to find it and bring it to her B&B so we could collect it before heading to the train, again the host was fantastic and went well out of her way to help in anyway she could. Very impressed with everything and would highly recommend it. None

• Vineet (10/5): Great place to stay for families! - Perfect place to stay in Milan when travelling with family. We - myself, my wife, my 20-yr old son and 17-yr old daughter - stayed at Angelica house from June 12th to June 15th, 2023. The place is approx a 20-min walk from Milano Centrale, but we took a taxi due to our heavy luggage. It's conveniently located right next to the M (Pasteur, M1) and there is a Pam Local market right outside as well, which we used daily. The place is spacious, with a separate bedroom for my wife and I, and one for my children (who had separate beds). It is also very clean. And Angelica was a fantastic host, in constant communication with us before and during our stay, and also providing wonderful snacks and water for us upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Milan. Nothing.

It is my preference but I found the mattress in the main bedroom to be really, really soft and spongy. Other people might prefer this but I could not get a good nights sleep because of the soft mattress.

• Miss (7/5): Comfortable 'Retro' Apartment (in front of metro station) - Angela (who owns the apartment), was kind and met me at the premises, at an earlier than usual check-in time, as I left another apartment at 11.30am. She was extremely helpful in helping me carry my very heavy extra box. It weighed a tonne!! The kitchen was well stocked with mineral water (still & sparkling) and lots of breakfast pastries. Upon my agreed late check-out, she offered to store my luggage in her other apartment and fortunately, the nice cleaning lady met me outside waiting for a taxi, and brought some items I had forgotten in their freezer!! The apartment is very clean and well maintained, though a bit dated - think 1970's retro style. This is very evident in the bathroom, with the navy blue sink!! This is not a criticism, but more a taste preference. Angela's willingness to make my stay comfortable, made me overlook the apartment's somewhat dated style.

• Нели (10/5): Amazing apartment - This is a big and useful apartment which felt like home. Housemates took care of everything. There were coffee, sweets and even domestics left. Comfortable beds, many towels, quiet zone, right next to the underground station and between two very good supermarkets. It was very clean and we felt amazing. There isn’t such thing.
