Louise (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was lovely and staff were excellent. Great location and an easy walk to the ski field and village for dinner. I stayed in a traditional Japanese room and the view of the village was beautiful. The staff were always helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend.

The free milk/coffee/pudding service at the lounge is a nice touch, especially the fresh milk is very creamy and delicious. They served the famous Zao beef for dinner which was delicious. The room is huge and comfortable with all the amenities
Steven (8/5): Lovely Ryokan - Very well designed and setup. close to bus terminal and walking distance (10min) to Rodeway. The meals were presented in amazing setup. Onsen little small but was great. The staff were top notch despite having some limited English. Nothing much not to dislike to be honest.
Rachel (10/5): Perfect winter getaway - This place is beautiful in every way. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The room was spacious, clean and had the most incredible view of the surrounding snowcapped mountains. Location was great. And the private bathhouse was a plus for someone shy like me.
Constance (10/5): A very good ryokan at Zao. - The ryokan provides transport pick up n drop off from the Zao Onsen bus terminal. All staff from driver, front desk to dining employees were very polite, obliging and provided very good customer service. Dinners n breakfasts were excellent and hosted in private rooms. Snow boots were loaned free. We used the private family onsen (first come first serve basis) for 40 mins and thoroughly enjoyed the sulphur spring water. Please provide at least 2 pillows for each guest.

Mitsuo (10/5): - スタッフの方、皆さま感じの良い対応で感動しました。エレベーターが故障していると事前に連絡を頂いておりましたが、地下2階（風呂）から3階（客室）の往復はなかなかの運動でしたｗでもそのことにたし配慮が多くありドリンクサービスや帰り際の手土産まで頂き、逆によかったと思うほどでした。次、蔵王行く際には必ずリピートしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。あと、かけ流しの温泉は完璧です！
