The price and the apartment itself were good The employees are very friendly and helpful There was a (not mentioned before) fee for electricity and water. The air conditioning was not really working well

Damage to door was not fixed adequately. After locking door still had MAJOR access for future break in attempts. I could move the door lock with my fingers. I left the room immediately.

Er werd ons wel verteld dat er een zwembad en terras waren, maar dat was geen waar. Hier waren we niet zo blij mee maar Booking heeft ons korting gegeven. Aucune proposition n’a été faite pour conserver nos bagages malgré un départ tardif. Nous devions libérer l’appartement à 11h alors que notre bus pour Bangkok était prévu à 20h30. Il nous a simplement été indiqué, de manière polie, de nous rendre au centre commercial Maya où se trouve un service de consigne payant.

- Jeffrey (10/5): Great spot near everything - This place is well-located and comfortable and a great value for the price. The location next door to the Maya mall made it convenient for transportation and walking to the old central area of town. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We did not cook while we were there. The shower was warm enough water and the pressure was good as well. The sofa is very uncomfortable, but we didn't use it so it didn't matter for our use. The pool we saw was not functional, but we weren't interested in using it, so wasn't a big deal for us.

- ShoFa (3/5): 予約画面には嘘が多くあるぞ！ - 便利な場所にある。 ◯プールが使えない。 ◯バルコニーが無い。 ◯物干しラックが無い。 上の３点は予約画面に記載有り ⇒故意に記載しているので詐欺だろう！ 洗濯機が何回も故障した。 室内の電灯が点かず、修理依頼をした。 水道工事が有り、真っ黒な水が出てきた。３日目でも濁りが残っていた。 高額な電気代がかかる、特に水道代は１０倍も多く請求された。どうせ分かりゃしないだろうと、故意にやっている感じ。メーターの小数点を間違える訳が無い！

- Verified traveler (6/5): 不満もありますがプラス思考で乗り越える - 空港に着きホテルに手配してあった車に乗って市内に向かいました。着いたというので荷物を下ろしたら何と別のマンション。そのマンションのレセプションに間違いを指摘され、且つ正しい場所を教えてもらい深夜に到着しました。 チェクインは凄く分かりづらかったが、メールでのやり取りで丁寧に教えて頂いたので何とか無事に出来ました。 部屋は全体的に暗くメインの照明も切れていてその旨を連絡するために部屋に置いてある案内書にあったsaid, パスワードでwifi接続にトライしましたが接続不可(昔のdataでした)。仕方なく国際電話で連絡をとりやっとwifiが可能になりました。翌日は電球は替えてくれましたが、電子レンジが使用不可、シャワーがぬるすぎる、で担当を呼んでもらいレンジは交換、シャワーは調整をしてもらいました。 長期の滞在でしたので部屋に洗濯機があり助かりました。 色々不満はありますが格安で何と言っても地の利がよく MAYAはじめショッピングにも便利で、マンションの入り口にいる管理人さんのような人がとても感じがよく良い滞在になりましたのでまた利用したいと思います。

Wouldn’t/Couldn’t use the wardrobe because of the smell inside. I bought cleaning products to clean and freshen up myself, including the windows, witch were pretty bad.
- Caleb (5/5): I mainly had to work, so I just stayed as I didn't want the hassle of moving. - Close to the mall and Nimman, which has plenty of restaurants and shops, etc. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Staff is prompt in their communications and responsive to my messages and requests. The pool is out of order and that was not shared with me before booking. There is no view to speak of, as the unit I was in was on the second floor...even though it stated in the listing that I would have a mountain view. The building looks dated and unloved. Apartment was not fully clean when I took over. They did come to clean when asked, but did not address all areas that I mentioned...though it was much better after the second cleaning and they gave me a fresh sponge to wash dishes with. The cooking pans need to be replaced as the non-stick coating is flaking off (it is very unhealthy to consume that). Mold in the cabinet under the sink. Pillows on the couch are old and dirty.

Not secure. There was a condo employee who would sit outside our unit and chain-smoke and then hack. Very unhygienic. The advertised pool was empty. Very disappointed in the facilities. Do not recommend.

We could not find Apartment so could not stay in an apartment that is not where it was claimed to be. I want a full refund.

- Verified traveler (2/5): チェックインについて - プリチェックインのメールが届き完了しましたが、残念ながら、チェックインの手順とロックボックスの情報は、メールでは送られなかった。こちらから到着前に電話して、チェックイン時間を指定すろ。そして当日現地についたらまた電話する。そして初めてアパート1階の入口付近から電話したまま部屋番号を聞いて、部屋の前に行き、部屋の入口横にあるロックボックスのパスコードを初めて聞いて、そのボックスから部屋の鍵を出し解錠した。そしてその場で500Bをボックスに入れるように指示されたので現金を入れてボックスを閉め、パスコードをランダムにした。そして電話をきった。民泊ではよくある話です。だだ初めてのアパートで私は非常に不安になりました。

- Momin (6/5): Overall good with some inconveniences - Clean and in a good location. Was not told about having to pay bills when staying for a month, the swimming pool wasn’t available. Also the lock on the door was very worn out to the point it was very hard to lock the door and that led to the key breaking in the lock for which I had to pay for the locksmith to come and open the door.
