Micul dejun saracacios, localnicii primeau in plus omleta, noi doar ou fiert. Lipsa prosoape de față, pahare.

• Detti (8/5): - Jó helyen volt. Közel a busz, Besiktas hajóállomás, éttermek. Nagyon büdös volt a fürdőszobában. Nemdohányzó szoba ellenére dohányszag volt. Egész éjjel ment a légkondiknal a külső egysége, ami pont a szoba ablakánál volt lerakva a lépcsőre. Az utcára néző szoba zajos volt. A szobákat fel kellene újítani, régi bútorok, fürdőszoba. Reggeli egy tányér sajt, vaj, uborka, paradicsom, fekete tea. Cappucinot hiába kértünk, nem kaptunk.

• Nika (10/5): - We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is outstanding — everything is close by and very well connected with public transport. There are many great facilities, cafés, restaurants, and shops around the hotel, all located in a beautiful part of Beşiktaş. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

• ayse (4/5): Nur verheiratete Paare dürfen das Hotel besuchen - Haben es über Booking gebucht mit meinem Freund bzw Verlobten. Weil wir nicht verheiratet waren mussten wir das Hotel verlassen. Hab mich so gefühlt als ob ich was schlimmes gemacht habe. Also man sollte vielleicht doch in der Seite vom Hotel angeben das nur verheiratete Leute das Hotel besuchen dürfen. Sehr sehr enttäuscht.

• Paola (2/5): Bene il personale, ma per il resto pessimo - Personale gentile e disponibile, buona la posizione in zona caratteristica non vicina al centro, frequentata da molti giovani L'hotel è fatiscente e poco pulito. La colazione è minimal senza possibilità di scelta, solo salata e poca quantità, bevande inesistenti.

Limited continental breakfast Room very small and was noisy into early hours of morning as faced out onto busy street. Shower small. Room shabby and dated. Had to use stairs due to lift breaking which probably wouldn't meet UK health and Safety. Lift however promptly fixed.

• Kamran (10/5): A great place to stay in Beşiktaş - A great place to stay in Beşiktaş, very near to the Beşiktaş ferry, from where you can go to the Asian side of Istanbul. You can walk to the Büyük Mecidiye Mosque, and the Dolmabahçe Palace is also within walking distance. A great collection of restaurants is downstairs. The staff was very kind and they placed our luggage till the night as our flight home was late at night. Love from Pakistan! Nothing at all

• Rabih (10/5): Perfect family stay - Everything was perfect as we wanted. The room was up to our needs. We got two rooms double and twin for my family. The shower is with hot & cold water with perfect pressure. A/C, toilet amenities, towels, cleaning service. Daily breakfast at the roof provided by a lovely and friendly team. Big thanks to Mr Ali with his smile and warm welcoming every day at the reception after 10days stay we were treated like a family to them. The location is amazing everything is around the hotel and transportation is nearby. The area is safe recommended to families and people who wish to spend a joyful holiday.

• Lucia (2/5): - The personnel was very nice and corteous. The hotel was basic, but decent. The location is excellent. However, I found traces of bed bugs in my room (the black spots around the mattress rims plus some small debris that are usually shells they leave when they grow); I notified the hotel and asked for room change. The owner/manager and assistant did a room change without a problem, but they totally dismissed my concerns after a quick inspection on the room where they did not find the live animals. They are probably unaware that live animals hide on daylight and are hard to find, and the small remains (shells) and bed bug pooh should be enough to establish there are some bed bugs around. So there was a climate of denial; maybe their concern was if I were to ask for a refund, so tried to deny. But I am concerned it was a legitimate denial, which means they will not spray the room or follow up on inspections, until the infestation is so noticeable that one can find loads of live animals roaming in daylight, in a month or two. If the had shown some signs of concern and intention to follow up with professional inspection, I would be less concerned, since this is a known problem afflicting many hotels, but they dismissed me.

Our flight was in the evening and our check out time was originally scheduled for lunchtime. So we requested to keep the room for a few more hours and was a little disappointed to be charged a full day rate.

Duvarlar ince bu yüzden yan odaların tüm tv sesi gece üçte aynen odada oluyor. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil. Çeşitlilik açısındansa oldukça zayıf. Yine de fiyat performans diyebilirim. Otelin en iyi yanları konumu ve ilgili personelleri.
