Sulla scrivania c’era dei residui di unghie tagliate e sotto il letto c’era una pinza per capelli ed un gruccia per gli abiti. A colazione nessuno ti veniva a chiedere se volevi qualche bibita calda ma dovevi cercare tu i camerieri per ordinare. Ho chiesto una cioccolata e mi hanno portato qualcosa che sembrava più da spalmare che da bere (allego foto). Ho poi chiesto un the e mi hanno portato dell’acqua in un contenitore sbeccato (allego foto). Da un Hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato maggiore attenzione al cliente ma così non è stato! Le attenzioni erano solo per un gruppo della Turchia a cui hanno anche riservata un’ampia zona della sala mentre gli altri clienti sembravano di secondo ordine.

- Giuseppe (6/5): Spero che non tutti i BV HOTEL della catena siano così!! - La colazione Nonostante fosse previsto il check-in alle ore 13.00 è stata consegnata la stanza alle 14:30, e questa mattina al momento del check out che era previsto per le 12.00 ci hanno chiesto di anticipare perché avevano bisogno della camera,ma dato che ne avevamo bisogno anche noi l’abbiamo lasciata all’ora,prevista.Quando siamo arrivati ,visto che la nostra camera non era pronta,ce ne hanno data un’altra al pianterreno pulita al volo e senza essere dotata del minimo necessario per il soggiorno (cuffie per doccia e pantofole nonostante fossero descritte nella prenotazione),ma dulcis in fundo ieri alle 16.00 la camera non era ancora stata rifatta e la giustificazione dell’addetta alla reception è stata che siccome l’albergo era pieno ci voleva più tempo per sistemare tutte le camere!!!!!Al di là di suggerire di convocare qualche persona per le pulizie in più in queste occasioni..ringrazio la signora addetta alle pulizie della nostra stanza che è stata disponibile e gentile….Altra importante pecca la totale mancanza di insonorizzazione che ci ha costretti al risveglio alle 6.40 del mattino quando è suonata la sveglia della persona che aveva la camera a parete confinante con la nostra!🙄🙄🙄

- David (10/5): - The hotel was perfect for us. The room we stayed in had 2 separate rooms...one for my wife and one for our son. Lots of room and always very well kept. The gym was a bonus, breakfast was good and had a good selection and there was an abundance of parking spots at the hotel (never had to worry about not having a spot to park in when I returned late). Will definitely return to BV the next time we visit. A pool would have been a nice feature. Other than that...everything was great.

The tax is not included in the price and is charged at checkout without ever being shown the amount on booking. It does not make a great difference, but I would have liked to have known prior to booking the hotel.

- DAICHI (8/5): 良き休憩所 - きれいで朝食が美味しかったこと。 スタッフさんが優しかったこと。 スイーツルームの隣がジムになっており、ジムを利用する人の話し声や機器の操作音がうるさかった。 (でもスタッフさんが静かな部屋に替えてくれました)
- Domenico (9/5): - Un soggiorno eccellente. La camera era super confortevole, con un grande parcheggio privato molto comodo. Il personale, sia alla reception che a colazione, è stato estremamente gentile e preparato. Quando ho detto di essere intollerante al lattosio, lo staff del buffet mi ha aiutato subito, mostrando grande premura e professionalità. Un hotel da consigliare assolutamente per la qualità del servizio e l'attenzione al cliente.
