Guest Reviews
- Noel (10/5): - The east lake inn is good for its price!
- Joseph (10/5): - Convenient Location and Friendly Staff.
- Brian (10/5): - Was an older motel, but knew that and for the price, would stay there again as very close to the Hard Rock. Rooms were roomy and clean. Bring your own pillows and towels would be my only recommendation for any one wanting to stay here
- Joel (10/5): - The close proximity to the Hard Rock Casino
- Ugo (10/5): - all wonderful i come in here from 5 years
- Bret (6/5): - No coffee
- Antonio (6/5): - None
- Morgan (8/5): - It was quiet, clean and had everything needed for a night stay
- Franyer (2/5): - The ambient and the people outside were smoking weed and talking loud all night
- Shay (8/5): - The location is good. It's old but pretty clean
- Ann (6/5): - This motel is very run down, but it was clean and decent price.
- Paul (6/5): Improvement needed - Well...if you just need a place to "lay" your head...it was OK. Newer mattress & better updated bathroom area is needed.
The office was a window you stood outside of and spoke through it via microphone. Not real good business practice in my eyes. For the price of the room...simply needs to be better.
Thanks!
- Donald (10/5): - Everything fine, but close to highway so hear traffic all the time
- JohnAaron (10/5): - Great overall
- Sheila (8/5): - Easy to get to places the only thing no coffee pots to make coffee no water in rooms like most hotels/motels.
- RON (4/5): Conveniently located has it’s pros and cons - Hotel was clean, although somewhat rundown & it did have a refrigerator and microwave although it would’ve been nice not to have to go to the office to ask for a remote control for the television, would’ve called the office unfortunately the telephone in the room was a dummy telephone that didn’t walk. There was quite a bit of traffic noise and the daycare right
next door to the hotel was quite noisy in the morning. The location was extremely convenient for our plans for the evening.
Having said that I’m grateful we didn’t have to stay a second night
- Randy (10/5): - Clean and efficient
- Judy (4/5): - People outside room at 12:00 midnight arguing at the top of there lungs
- Gary (4/5): - Bed not comfortable. No tissues. Towels were paper thin. I think i saw roaches.
- Gabrielle (10/5): - Place was clean and staff was helpful. Would recommend
- Cary (8/5): - The property filled the bill and if needed, I would stay there again.
- Christine (10/5): - Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- Kevin (10/5): - Looks like you're going to get murdered here but the rooms looks like the pictures
- Vita (8/5): - It’s okay. Clear!
- Reginald (10/5): - My guy & his family takes great care of me every time!!
- Bradley (10/5): - Great
- UGO (4/5): - CLOSE TO CASINO
- Jason (10/5): - This stay was all about convenance. The room was clean and close to the Mid Florida Amphitheater. If you want extra frills, it's probably not for you but the doors locked, and it was a decent rate for a night's sleep.
- ugo (10/5): stand your feet on the ground and reach to star - very good
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not the greatest - Location is not accessible to food and not in an area to go out and walk nearby. Location didn’t feel safe. We also had no shampoo in our room or lotion.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place - It's what you pay for. Just a typical hotel. The rooms were clean and nice (looks like they were just remodeled recently), no problem checking in and had no problems with loud noice or anything. We'd stay there again.
- Evana (10/5): East Lake - It was a convenient stay from the Hard Rock with a few nice businesses in the area for a close walk through the area.
- David (10/5): Excellent - Clean and comfy will definitely be staying again
- LINDA (10/5): - Good
- Ingrid (10/5): - Is near the casino
- Ingrid (10/5): - Love this place
- Barbara (10/5): - It was planned to just be 1 sleep, from flight to leaving town. But Flight was late. We were there for 6 hours only. Don't remember much except we had no complaints. And they were kind enough to answer promptly when we buzzed in at 4:40 a.m. and they called at 10:55 for our 11:00 am checkout.
- William W (2/5): - I just wanted to let you know that this isn't a place to stay. Old run-down motel in an unsafe area. Check-in outside through a security window, ring the bell and someone appears and asks to pass your driver's license in an opening at the bottom of the window.
- Brian (8/5): - The only complaint we had was the paint on the door had been worn down to the metal. It gave the room less of a clean look.
- Randy (4/5): - This motel is very very basic. You check in from the outside of the office. There is a bed, chair, tv, fridge and microwave. The first room we checked into didn't have working heat so we were moved to the next room. There is no hair dryer, kleenex or toiletries. The towels are small and thin. The shower was dirty. For $300 for two nights I feel over-charged.
- Hilario (10/5): - It's a nice place.
- UGO (10/5): - HELLO THE ONLY RESON IS BECAUSE
THE CASINO VERY CLOSE
- Reginald (10/5): - Being going here for years and I can guarantee the best of the best ‼️
- Verified traveler (2/5): Get what you pay for. - Checked in after 8 and they were able to accommodate a downstairs room. The room was mediocre clean as the ac air filter was filthy and you can seen the dirt build up in the tiles. Our shower wouldn’t drain fast so you stood in water as you showered. The towels were very stained. They came to tidy up our room while we were out. I took off the top sheet and blanket because my son’s diaper exploded over night and they put the same clearly dirty linen back on the bed. I went and picked up new sheets to put on myself. They use all flat sheets so the sheet comes off in the middle of the night. Floors made our feet black. The beds were a little firm. It overall ok. It is a “get what you pay for” situation.
- Joseph (8/5): - It was clean and friendly customer service.
- Sarah (8/5): Weekend getaway - The room was cleans and it looks good inside. There is no shampoo or coffee. The outside looks sketchy and a little run down. The bed is not comfortable. Not bad for the price
- Jen (6/5): - Very few ammenities. Had to request shampoo etc. AC super loud and kept us up all night. Can hear all conversations in rooms surrounding you.
- JENNIFER (10/5): - Great little Hotel to stay in, if going to a concert at the Amphitheater.
- Susan (10/5): - Quick Uber to the amphitheater and casino.
- Amarcus L (10/5): - Clean quiet
- Mary (10/5): Great value - I was highly impressed with east lake inn. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room was newly renovated and clean. Plenty of outlets and usb ports. Great location being a mile from hard rock casino and right off the free way, Room looks just like the pictures.
- Ann Mari (6/5): Clean but kind of icky - It was ok. We basically slept there. The bed was comfy but they did not provide shampoo, hair dryer. The towels were small and very thin. They did provide a small microwave a d refrigerator. There were no bugs but the outside stairs needed to be power washed. Will not stay there again
- Matthew (8/5): - Room was very clean only problem was the beds aren’t real comfortable for more than one night
- Dominique (10/5): - Love the staff
- Susan (10/5): - The rooms and property were clean and quiet, and the neighborhood felt safe. Perfect for a one night stay after a concert. You could technically walk to the ampitheatre or the casino, but we chose to Uber which was quick and convenient.
- Jason (10/5): - Room was clean, AC was cold although it wasn't on when we got there. Overall would stay there again.
- Cassandra (8/5): - The hotel was convenient as far as travel
- David (10/5): East Lake Inn - The hotel was clean and tidy. Perfect for my one night stay.
- Ann (10/5): - Very , clean , modern and comfortable. Definite hidden gem.
- Michael (2/5): - I did not stay it looked like a war zone and not a safe area at all.
- Cynthia (10/5): - The hotel was clean, easily accessible to activity sites and shopping. It appeared to be recently refurbished with updated furnishings and low step shower. Staff were friendly and available when needed
- Dorothy (6/5): - Not friendly check in
- SANDRA (8/5): - Our room was on the 2nd floor and it had been remodeled. It was clean and comfortable. A fridge was in the room.
I didn't like that there was no coffee or coffee pot provided. It was a comfortable stay for 1 night but don't expect the Hilton.
- Glenn (8/5): Hidden gem - Pleasantly surprised, small motel, clean and comfortable.
- Julian (2/5): Don’t every stay here - This place is awful they make it look way better with the pictures.
- John (8/5): In the price range, the best of the group -
For what this hotel is it was extremely clean and relatively inexpensive compared to the rest of the market
- Spyro (10/5): - Clean
- James (6/5): - Room was not too clean. Very noisy. You could hear people talking outside room all night
- Sandra (8/5): - Was ok we stay for one night and comeback home
- Kathy (6/5): Fair - I wasnt impressed... The room was just decent, but disappointed that not even a coffee pot, nor coffee was available anywhere. The location was good for our purpose, but wouldn't spend more than 1 night there.
- Mark (6/5): - Old, small parking lot.
- Judy (6/5): - No lobby…had to checkin through bank style window. No continental breakfast of any kind. No complimentary toiletries. No kleenex. Nothing on the walls. Not even a table and chairs
- shaun (2/5): - Roaches in the motel. Didnt sleep there.
- Maria (10/5): - Very close to the casino Hard Rock that we love to always go.
- Ugo (6/5): - SOME PEOPLE ARE VERY LOUDER OUT SIDE TILL LATE
I THINK SOME PEOPLE BRING IN THR ROOM LITTLE INSENT THE BITE
- Bruno (8/5): - It looks unappealing from the outside of the building. Inside of room is very clean and updated.
- Marley (2/5): - I’m very dissatisfied with my stay. First thing, the room was no smoking but there was definitely a tobacco/marihuana smell . Second , the bathroom was not clean, there were hairs in the tub probably from previous customer. I had already checked in and they don’t do refunds so I went all the way to Walmart, bought cleaning products , towels, and sheets to be able to stay there. When I was about to check out, I called and there was no one at the reception. A cleaning lady approached me and said there’s no one there, I can take the keys. I called the hotel property directly hoping to speak with someone to see if it was ok to give her the keys, no answer, so I just handed the keys to her. Before that I almost forgot to mention, I also noticed a cockroach in the counter and I took photos that will be attaching below. Last thing, there’s no security, I didn’t feel safe at all, there was even a lady walking around naked. And yes, she was staying at the hotel!!! Nobody cared or said anything to her.
- Nick (8/5): - Surprisingly pleasant for the price, room was nice, clean and updated.
- Wes (6/5): - Place is in poor condition and no shampoo in shower
- Anna (10/5): - Simple, clean motel-style inn. Walking distance to Hard Rock for shows
- Jasmine (10/5): Hidden secret 😊 - Stay here! I felt like it was a bit pricey for it not to be a namebrand hotel but how clean and wonderful the service is was definitely worth 140 it’s near the casino easy access to everything
- Austin (4/5): Decent room parking lot way too small - Had random people knocking on my door at 1 and 2 a.m. both nights and the fire station or something was right next door because all I heard all night were sirens the parking lot is super tiny barley enough parking and someone ended up hitting my truck in the parking lot in the middle of the night and just left the owner looked through the security cameras but I waited over an hour and just decided to leave the room was clean, comfortable and everything and within walking distance to the casino
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very accomodation to our needs. Reasonable in price. A win, win for all
- Leanne M (8/5): - Property is very close to a main road so you hear the traffic all night long.
- Rebecca (8/5): - It was convenient for visiting the casino. Great price too! It was clean. No coffee and ice macine and stairs were sketchy for cleanliness.
- David (10/5): - The bed was great. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
- JOHN (6/5): - You get what you pay for but i will return
- william (10/5): Good Deal for the Money - The place was dated, neighborhood was questionable but the room were clean ,bed was comfortable. Over all I was please with my stay. I would stay there again.
- Sarah (10/5): - Room looked freshly renovated
- Jeane (10/5): - Very nice room. Very clean. Was very happy there
- Deborah (6/5): - I was looking for an affordable room, and this was. It’s very no-frills, but it’s clean, had NO bugs, and it’s in a great location. The room had a fridge and microwave (an unexpected perk). The towels are small and thin, but that’s ok. You can’t call the “front desk”, a minor inconvenience. Overall, I was pleased and found it a good value.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean, comfortable room. Would stay here again.
- GENE (6/5): - My room was clean and been recently updated. The AC or heat did not work and went I went to tell them they had a NO VACANCY sign and no one in office. I had trouble communicating when I checked in and the lady had to get someone else to check me in. Not the worst place i've ever stayed but I will find somewhere else next time in Tampa.
- Clifton (10/5): - Quiet
- Silvana (6/5): Noisy! - Too close to a main road so much noise
- Robert (10/5): - Clean, inexpensive, quiet
- Marlisa (8/5): - Inside was more updated then I expected. Area was a bit sketchy. But for a cheap hotel for one night before boarding a cruise, I’d come back.
- Donald M. (10/5): - Quiet
- Ugo (10/5): -
hello i like the position because of the casino
but 90 dollar to much im thinking going to ""fairy ground hotel for 55 dollar 10 dollar for taxi at list im safe
- paul (10/5): Quick getaway weekend - The place was just what we expected. Room was comfortable but we spent our time out & about. Walking distance to Hard Rock & Amphitheater.
