Guest Reviews
- Georgie (5/5): - The staff were nice The bed was so noisy in room 6, it was very difficult to sleep. I did email the hotel last week to ask about a lost hat and I haven’t had a response which is pretty poor.
- Lisa (8/5): - Gut für eine Übernachtung, wenn man in der Gegend was zu tun hat, gutes Frühstück Wir mussten das Frühstück extra bezahlen, obwohl es bei der Buchung über Booking im preis inbegriffen war.
- Paul (9/5): - Friendly, helpful staff
- Phyllis (8/5): Lovely place to stay fairly close to Heathrow Airport - Room was very clean and tidy. The pub is on a busy road but noise wasn't an issue. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good. Went for a walk after breakfast in the lovely park opposite, very nice. Nothing particularly, everything was fine.
- Sean (10/5): Rugby stay -
- Christine Harris (8/5): - Stayed there so close to Heathrow. Had nice meal there and staff very friendly. close to Kew Gardens also. Was a nice place to stay.
- Wayne (10/5): - 👍👍👍 😁
- Timothy (8/5): -
- John (8/5): Good accommodation in a traditional public house with more televisions than you could shake a stick at - good for watchi - A public house with a clientele that leaves something to be desired but the food and the room were very good. The tobacco smokers in the pool table room
- Ronald (8/5): - Fun facility. Enjoyed the convivial atmosphere.
- Marc (8/5): -
- Konstantin (9/5): -
- Derek (8/5): Would return if breakfast was include in £120 per night stay? - Location & friendly staff Price. We thought £120 per night included Breakfast ? Sadly it didn’t ?
- Andrew (8/5): Convenient for Heathrow and the tube to the city - Good value. Parking Traffic noise
- Katie (9/5): Very comfortable stay and friendly, helpful staff. - Excellent and friendly staff.
Very comfortable room! Noise, but totally appreciate the timings of my stay for a Saturday night.
Some cracking singers for the karaoke.
- bigyun (8/5): - The parking was free, the facilities were clean & tidy. The bathroom was clean & well appointed with a good shower. The lack of a chair in the bedroom.
- Jodie (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - Location, very comfortable clean room.
Excellent breakfast & dinner. Staff friendly & helpful.
- Russell (7/5): - Access to rooms via fire excape Windows need updating. Couldtnt watch tv. Bad signal.
Plastic horrible cups in bathroom.
- Sebastian (8/5): - The staff were all kind and ready to help, the general atmosphere was positive, there was a pub, it was close to the rugby stadium, nice warm shower and comfortable bed Noise from the road, but it was manageable.
- Sean (10/5): - Stayed muliple times. Excellent staff in the pub. Great place to stay.. looking forward to our next stay in a few weeks time.
- Ralf (9/5): - Nice big room, comfortable bed charging ports for my phone and tablet. The shower was very good with nice hot water and big towels to dry oneself. I would stay there again. As it is a pub, there was some noise coming from the pub. It didn't bother me, but for someone who likes to sleep early, it might affect them. I think it would be nice to have a separate entrance so as not to walk through the pub all the time.
- Rebecca Brook (7/5): Lovely stay, ideal for Twickenham Rugby! - Staff were execeptionally polite. Car park was great. Plenty of spaces. The room and ensuite was a great size and clean and comfortable. The room is in an old building which gives a nice character. We stayed for 1 night as we were going to a game at Twickenham stadium. We got an uber easily from and back to the property. (£14 there, £8 back) so good location for games. We didnt stay for breakfast as we had to get back. Overall, was a very nice stay, ideal for what we wanted. Nothing.
- Wayne (10/5): -

- Pearce (7/5): Okay as a stopover to Heathrow - Very friendly and a good breakfast The room was very cold
- Robin (8/5): Everything I needed. Excellent value. Would definately stay again. - Very clean room. Everything I needed was there. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent parking. Fab full English breakfast and excellent coffee. Looks a bit tired from the outside.

- David (9/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Chaya (7/5): I was a nice stay b - It was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. It was too far away from things. Transportation was expensive. Also staff wasn’t there late at night.
- JOHN (8/5): Good for price but heating was disappointing. - The bed was very confortable. Shower exceptional, already set at a very good temperature. Large bar area. Room was cold. Apparently the heating was supposed to come on automatically but it never did. A member of staff got it working mid afternoon but by time I got back late evening it had gone off and that was it.

- KONSTANTINOS (9/5): -
- Karan (7/5): - Bedroom was comfy and clean. Would have preferred breakfast being served earlier.
- Lowe (9/5): Repeat customer . Excellent all round -
- Andrew (6/5): Could be great but needs stuff sorting out - Good location and selection of beers. Nice beer garden too. Since my last stay, the mattress in room 8 seems to have got a lot worse and was very uncomfortable. It was also difficult to control the temperature in the room as despite turning the radiator off, it remained on at full blast. The shower also needs unblocking and there was a general drainage smell coming from the toilet / bathroom. Only saw two people in my entire stay, the barman who checked me in and a waiter (?) on the morning I checked out. No feedback forms either. Unfortunately I won’t be staying again.
- Lowe (9/5): - Great location with parking at no extra cost
Clean comfortable room
Will stay again na
- Belinda (10/5): - Friendly staff and made to feel welcome.
- Ian (9/5): -
- Paul (7/5): Good value, good location, noisy at night - The property is in a great location, 5/10 mins walk to Isleworth station. Shops and cafes nearby, which is handy.
Our room (12) was clean and tidy, in need of some tlc in the bathroom but shower was good.
Food in the pub was good, pub grub at a decent price and staff very friendly. You have to remember this is a room above a pub. Saturday night was quite noisy with either a singer or karaoke until past midnight. Not great for a restful sleep after a full day.
The noise from the road and airport was distracting it you could tune out eventually.
Overall value for money but take earplugs if a light sleeper
- Adrian (8/5): - Clean and comfortable
- MARINO (9/5): Nice rooms - Room very cosy Too many steps to reach the room
- Helen (9/5): -
- Shelly (10/5): Had everything we needed, staff were lovely - Super friendly staff, lovely room
- Mara (10/5): - They never answered me back on my request to have an invoice
- Lorna (7/5): I enjoyed staying at the Milford Arms as the staff were very helpful and friendly. - It was a quiet room, considering it was over a pub. The shower and bathroom facilities were very good. The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was lumpy but I still managed a good sleep.
- Hassan (10/5): Amazing idea with pub on bottom and rooms on top. Comedy night great success - Reception really friendly, and lunch was 🙏🏼
- Christopher (10/5): I'd 100% book again. - I was here for 2 weeks and the room was great, the service was good, and the drinks are reasonably priced in the pub downstairs. Wi-fi is strong enough to work remotely in the room, and there are tons of meal options close to the hotel if you don't want to eat in the pub every night. I also had no problem getting to central London at most times of the day.
- Peter (8/5): My stay was exactly as I wanted it to be. -
- Becky (9/5): Perfect for what we needed, would stay again - Very clean, great breakfast, staff great! Nothing
- Steve (9/5): - Very friendly and efficient staff. Very comfortable room and the food was excellent. Lots of parking. I had no need for WiFi so I cannot comment on that. Nothing, everything was great.
- Maxine (6/5): -
- Louise (6/5): Lovely staff but needs some tlc. - Good location Windows rotten, mattresses and beds old and bathroom smelt damp.
- Daragh (8/5): Bed room - Simple Nothing
- Sarah (10/5): -
- chloe (9/5): - L'ambiance de l'établissement, vrai pub anglais et la déco très anglaise mais au goût du jour. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon, le service agréable et détendu, un hôtel humain sous tous ces aspects.
- Belinda (10/5): Great, we will be returning. - Location was great for rugby match . Room was clean and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t get a clear picture on a number of stations on tv.
- Ginger (9/5): -
- David (10/5): - The young lady running the bar etc when we arrived at the property was friendly and very helpful, sorted out our rooms and looked after us at the bar. The 3 rooms we booked where all well decorated and very clean. After our day at Twickenham we headed back to pub, had a great burger and chips and a few drinks. Breakfast in the morning was well worth the extra £12.00. Would definately stay here again when in rugby trip at Twickenham. 30 min walk to stadium or a 10 min cab ride.
- Dennis (7/5): -
- Sid (6/5): -

- Vee (9/5): Great located Pub hotel with parking on site. - Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. A little bit dated.

- Oliver (10/5): -

- Michael (10/5): Great stay. - Excellent location.
Great rooms.
Lovely staff and owner Stuart lovely bloke even if supports spurs 🤣 Nothing
- Dennis (8/5): - Great location for Twickenham. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast.
- Christopher (9/5): Stay here regularly for twickenham matches.great staff, good value, fabulous breakfast - Perfect location for the Rugby Nothing
- Suzanne (10/5): Friendly & welcoming. - Made to feel extremely welcome from check in to check out. Great breakfast & location for our Twickenham.
- Paula (5/5): Work needs to be done but food was good. - The pub was close to the train station (ten minutes walk) and not far from Twickenham (35 minute walk), so it was perfect for our day to the rugby.
Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The room we had (5) had very squeaky beds, a light fitting not attached to the ceiling, a broken loo seat and a tap at the sink that was about to fall over.
Thought the beds would be uncomfortable but they were actually fine, if not noisy when turning over in your sleep!
- LEE (9/5): -
- Fessey-Saliba (10/5): - The staff were all fabulous.
The room was clean, tidy and just what was needed for an overnight stay, and secure with electronic key.
We were informed that there was entertainment on that evening in the bar but it didnt effect our stay.
Breakfast was beautifully cooked fresh and the latte drink was stunning.
The location was great a 10 min walk from Isleworth train station and there was a Tesco Extra or Sainsbury's local if you needed them.
Isleworth was very clean also.
Would highly recommend as a place to stay if around this area.
- Joanna (9/5): - The staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The rooms were basic but with pretty decor and a good shower. Warm and comfortable and a very good breakfast.
- Craig (4/5): Resmmmmmm - Staff were very polite and helpful Bathroom was not clean and it stunk of mold and damp all
- Mario Enrique (8/5): La mejor opción en la zona - La limpieza y el excelente estado de las instalaciones El límite de horario para el check-in
- Miller (8/5): Great Location great staff - Froendly Staff Nothing
- Virginia (8/5): Comfortable Stay - We are so glad we found the Milford Arms. We needed accommodation with parking (free for guests which was a big plus), close to a tube station as we needed to get into central London (Osterley Underground station was 0.8miles away and an easy 17/18 minute walk) and within a 45 min drive of RHS Wisley. The staff that we met at the Milford were really friendly and although we didn’t eat there in the evening due to meeting our son for a meal in London, the menu looked good. We did have breakfast though which was great. The full English was delicious. The bedding and towels were nice and the shower was powerful and hot. We had tea and coffee making facilities in the room and really felt very comfortable for a 1 night stay. We would definitely return if in the area again. The Milford is at the end of a residential street with the junction of a busy road. Our room was on the second floor and faced onto the busy road. So we did hear some noise from the traffic below even with the windows closed and being so close to Heathrow you do hear the planes from time to time. There was karaoke in the bar the night we stayed which you could still hear in our room on the second floor but this finished at midnight. I did manage to get enough sleep but you need to be prepared and if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs maybe!
The inside door handle of the en-suite door was loose (we did tell reception) but we managed.
- Beth (7/5): - Staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly free parking
- Laura (10/5): - The location and rooms at the Milford Arms was great. Within walking distance of Twickenham! The room was on the smaller side but had everything you needed. Breakfast could be added and the food was lovely.
- Charlotte (7/5): Good value and would stay again! - Good value, staff very friendly, lovely food.
Easy 30 minute walk to Twickenham Stadium Room was hot and tap in bathroom sink loose, no plug - missing.
Noise from planes but when on a flight path it is expected!!
- Vicki (7/5): Very location for either Twickenham or Brentford stadiums. Smell of sewage in the area was really bad but that is not to - Location to where we needed to be and the breakfast was fab Smell of sewage, smokers standing in the inside doorway which then went into our bedroom window.
- Dawn (9/5): Definitely worth a stay - Friendly staff, ideal location (walking distance to Allianz Stadium, Twickenham). Great breakfast that sets you up for the day, delicious pizza. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Certain areas are looking a little tired, in need of updating, but doesn't affect your stay.
- Maksims (8/5): -
- Ricky (7/5): Happy overall . Staff great . Great price . Food good . Locals - Location and price was great . Staff were helpful and friendly . Food was good. Bed not very comfortable . Pub furniture extremely uncomfortable .
- Lee (7/5): -
- Christel (9/5): We enjoyed our time there - It was convenient to all the things we wanted to do in the area and away from the city. It was part of an English pub
- Mark (8/5): Good pub accommodation - Location was quite good, prob a 10 - 15min walk from Isleworth station and on a bus route.
Free on site parking which in London is a massive bonus. It's a pub car park and you just put your car registration into the machine inside the pub.
Bedside plug sockets
Bathroom was modern and with a good shower
It's a pub so you have a bar downstairs
Full English Breakfast was £13.50 I think it was but was cooked fresh and a was good quality It's on the Heathrow airport flight path so from about 5am we were awoken by airplanes lanfing despite the double glazing.
Limited channels on the TV. Couldn't get GB News which was disappointing.
- Kathleen (5/5): Stay only as Last resort - In city I needed to stay in Parking essentially non-existent. “free parking” only for 4 cars and reserved in advance. NO hot, or even lukewarm water (until we told the front desk at breakfast-time. Water warmed up after breakfast. Stained sheet. Narrow stairs making carrying luggage difficult.
- philip (7/5): Jonesy london - Room 10 i love. Had room 3 before but 10 is great. Lots of hot water. Great bar service
- Ross (10/5): -
