- Ian (6/5): Very difficult to begin with, then things improved - When we finally had access (see "what we didn't like") the room was large, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Easy to find and plenty parking. Massive problem in that we were not informed that reception would be closed. So what were we to do? There was a phone number in the window but of course we didn't have mobile phone access for Canada and no way to join the hotel wifi network.So we had to drive into town and park outside a bar with free wifi. Then we had to try to make contact with someone. This all took time. We were then given instructions to find our room and to open the coded padlocks. Why was this not sent to us in advance via booking.com or directly? I wondered at first if the whole reservation process was a fraud.

I could not recall being greeted by a more grumpy, unpleasant, unlikeable person, even from a minimum wage teenager working in a McDonald. We were clearly bothering here for checking in, and she is the owner. We just gave you 200$ for staying in your room for a few hours.... At least show a freaking smile. Never going there again

- Britanie (7/5): Attention ! - La suite était le fun. Par contre, l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait 25. Mais c'est bien équipé. Et très très très propre. Pas trop insonorisé.... et aussi qu'il me demande mon permis de conduire. Je pensais que c'était pour vérifier mon identité.... mais la madame de la réception à fait une copie de mon permis de conduire sans expliquer et sans mon consentement. Quand c'est illégal depuis la loi sur les renseignements confidentiels. Faire attention!!!! Qu'ils vous disent que c'est à cause que c'est si jamais il arrive quelque chose dans la chambre.... quand tu réserves en ligne, ils ont déjà tout l'information. ! Sinon qu'il prenne un dépôt et des assurances comme tout le monde. Ca m'a beaucoup refroidi, surtout qu'il n'explique pas et que je n'ai pas donné mon consentement. J'aime 100 fois mieux donner un dépôt vs me faire voler mes renseignements ou identité. J'ai réussi à regler ce problème, ils m'ont redonner la copie. Mais c'est la première fois en 8 ans de voyages au travers le canada/usa que je me fais faire ceci. Regarde sur le CAI du gouvernement. Ca ne se fait pas. Je leur ai expliqué et après on a discuté d'autres choses. Je trouve ca très plate car sinon j'aurais écrit 10 sur 10.

- Katja (6/5): Good room, but had hotels with better service for less money - The Room was nice and clean and had a good size. The shower was big and it seemed that the hotel was recently renovated. It took really long until warm water was coming from the shower. And during the night the fridge did make a lot of noise which bothered me in my sleep. I had to wait for the reception for over 30 minutes until I was abel to get my keys and settle in. Also in Google are there pictures of a pool, unfortunately you cannot use the pool if you are only a hotel guest.

- Melanie (9/5): clean and nice room - the room were clean we locked ourselves outside by mistake and i know its nobody’s fault but when we called the emergency number the person on the phone did not came to unlock the door and did not know the code to access the keys. we waited outside with our sleepwear on and my phone for almost 3 hours! and when we called to have news they ignored my called and text or barely responding me. like i said we locked ourselves outside but still 3 hours?

It was clean and had everything we needed to have breakfast and make snacks/lunch for skiing. Very close to some great spots in St Donat. Spa was not open or available during our stay. Stairs were snowy and icy with no sand or salt nearby.

- Julien (8/5): Base camp for hikes in the area - Accessible and friendly staff. Size of room. Tv could be moved in several directions. For size of room could have an extra sofa chair and the one they had was not comfortable.

- Catherine (8/5): This is overall it is a really nice, comfortable place to stay with a great location. - The spa facilities were really nice-an indoor and outdoor pool, steam room and sauna. The checkin had a spa feeling with the scent of lemongrass and the rolled towels in the back. The large rooms had robes and many towels. The bed was comfy. Also in the room were a small fridge, microwave and large Keurig coffee maker. There could be 2 comfy chairs in the room for both people, now there is a comfy chair and a desk chair. There could be more lighting in the bathroom.

New owners are very nice and friendly people, they will give you a guided tour and even leave you milk, cream and muffins for your morning's breakfast. This place is my number one favorite and will definitely go back soon .

- Masdanile (8/5): Beautiful and pieceful place to be. - Beautiful place to relax, enjoyed the experience of Sauna and pools. It was that time of letting go and enjoy the spa experience. The room was so clean and neat, bathroom had enough soft towels. Everything was so close by .
