The Room was very spacious it was quiet and Clean . I did tell the manager I am used to a Softer Bed , the bed for me would of been more Comfortable with a Softer mattress but it was ok for the nite .

I have been going to Puerto Vallarta for over six years now and this breakfast one of the best and it’s included in ur stay. The staff was super friendly, very helpful and willing to help. They’re very attentive to what your needs are. If I have to complain about something, I would want the bedding a bit more softer but now I’m just being a princess! Lol

The bed was very comfortable, and the overall environment of the house was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was very good and well-balanced, a great way to start the day. They also offer daily room cleaning if needed, which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it! I don’t have anything to say!

El desayuno está muy medido en cantidad y recibíamos presiones para desayunar rápido porque la mujer estaba estresada con tareas pendientes (aunque en 3 ocasiones le pedí que no me metiera prisa y no sirvió de nada; y aclaro: somos muy rápidos comiendo y no era a primera hora de la mañana). Sobre lo de la altura, ya lo avisan todos, pero como positivo, hay un ascensor gratuito que te baja directamente a zona céntrica junto al mar
- Martin (10/5): - What a very nice boutique Bed and Breakfast in a great area of Zona Romantica. The place has very nice character and the staff is super nice. Logan was a great host and Ellie is super sweet. They offer breakfast, which is really nice, but I am not a big breakfast person, so Ellie made me a very nice and healthy shake each morning and had it waiting for me in the fridge for when I woke up. There is a very nice rooftop that is quaint and comfortable with a small pool. My room was spacious and quiet and very clean. There is a funicular that runs until 10 pm to take you up the hill to the B&B or if you want to get your steps in, there are 102 of them (I counted). I did it several times without difficult. This shouldn’t put anybody off in my opinion, because going down is a breeze, but if walking is an issue for you, the funicular runs from 9 am until 10 pm, and if you are out by the clubs, it was literally just 40 or 50 pesos to take an Uber to the front door. Playa Los Muertos is a stones throw and lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. This is a highly recommend for me; in case it wasn’t obvious. :)

- emily (10/5): Perfect stay - I took a friend for her birthday and the staff helped me arrange for balloons and chocolates to be in the room upon arrival. They also considered her mobility issues. The staff and breakfast were very good. The location was honestly perfect; so close to restaurants, the beach, the pier, shopping, the best churros etc We stayed for 6 days and loved every minute. Highly recommended!

- Allen (10/5): Worth the extra walk: a beautiful property with exceptional hosts to welcome you. - This is a beautiful property, like staying in someone's mansion. Only a few guest rooms here, so you feel very private. The room (19) was very large, with a big comfortable bed, had its own private patio. Very nice shower and plenty of hot water, exceptionally clean. All water is filtered, so no worries. You have access to a common living room area with books and TV, a large dining room where breakfast is served each day, and there is a small rooftop pool. Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious, with exceptionally attentive staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Although it's nice to be up on the hill and away from the fray, it's quite a walk to get up there... with lots of steps. There is a funicular that covers much of the distance, but still quite an uphill before and after. At my age this was a challenge in the hot weather, and the funicular stops at 10pm. From town you can get a taxi instead, but I would have preferred an easier access walk.
- AlvaroCRC (10/5): A perfect stay with amazing facilities, exceptional staff, and the best location in Puerto Vallarta - I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Lola. The facilities were amazing, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was excellent, with plenty of space, spotless cleanliness, and a bathroom large enough for two people. Everything worked perfectly, which made the stay even more relaxing. The staff was truly the highlight of my experience. Eli and Rosa made me feel right at home, always ready to serve a delicious breakfast and happy to share advice about the city. A special thanks also to Logan, who went above and beyond when I accidentally locked myself out at the end of my stay. His diligence and kindness saved the day. The location is exceptional, on a safe and quiet street, yet just steps away from all the energy and action of Puerto Vallarta. In conclusion, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend Villa Lola, especially for solo travelers.

Gorgeous villa, well situated, the rooms are clean and comfy and the staff were exceptional. We'll definitely be coming back!!! Only small downside are the stairs needed to get to and from the beach (I personally had no problem, but I imagine it could be difficult for some). There's nonetheless a kind of elevator that leads all the way up (for a small fee, if I'm not mistaken).

The staff is so delightful. They even did our laundry for us on our last day and it didn’t cost extra. The property provided clear and concise information leading up to our stay to help us navigate arriving from the airport, etc. The breakfast is hearty and really good. There was also wine and cookies available in the evening. The pool is awesome. The location is incredible! Two blocks from the heart of Zona Romantica but much quieter than we were expecting. The stairs leading to and from the beach are easier than we expected. Don’t hesitate, just book it!! If I HAD to nitpick—maybe they can add a system for people to label stuff they put in the communal fridge? We bought special craft beer to enjoy later and someone drank it. Also small thing to be aware of: if you book room 39 there is no ceiling to the bathroom so it’s open above the wall between the bedroom and bathroom.

The breakfasts were delicious and the room clean, quiet and comfortable. The public areas were lovely too - especially the roof top pool area. A little oasis of tranquility smack bang in the middle of the romantic zone and a few minutes walk to the beach. We organized a hotel pick up from the hotel so avoided the chaos at the airport and from the minute we got into the car we were able to exhale and enjoy some well needed rest and rejuvenation. Thank you Logan, Rosa, and the rest of team. We will be back!

- Herman (9/5): Superb - A Mexican casa that's been redone into a seven or eight bedroom B&B. The location is perfect, close to the action of old town PV but surprisingly quiet. The two ladies who take care of the housekeeping and breakfast preparation are attentive without being intrusive. Check-in was handled by Logan and was a breeze. Staying at Villa Lola was a positive experience and I highly recommend it.
