- dawn watson (9/5): Nice hotel - We stayed from 5 nights. The hotel was clean and tidy . Nice breakfast and friendly staff. The pool was nice and graden well kept. The fish were interesting. Very good value of money Although the swimming was good the water was very cloudy suggesting that the ph levels were out of range. The Air-conditioning unit was dripping water on to electric light in room . This was soon fixed by staff.

We went to Starbucks to get breakfast instead and watched tv on our phone. Go get yourself a different place if you wanna have a nice stay.

- Morales (3/5): Overall, our stay was unfortunately not as comfortable as we expected due to issues with room mainte - The free breakfast being offered is very limited. They said it’s because of the crisis, but honestly, it wasn’t clearly stated from the beginning, so it feels like guests are being forced to buy a proper breakfast instead. We also experienced concerns with mosquitoes inside the room, possibly because the exit doors were not properly secured, which made it difficult for us to rest comfortably. Another concern was that once our allotted time ended, the lights/power in the room were turned off abruptly without prior notice. A simple reminder beforehand would have been greatly appreciated. We also felt that some interactions could have been handled in a more courteous and accommodating manner to provide a better guest experience.

Love the pool area, free breakfast, and anything you need like drinking water and extra towels the staffs are accommodating. I guess a signage on the corner part would be helpful so Grab Drivers can see the going in to the property.

- Amanda (10/5): - Incredible hotel in Central Manila. We were really suprised to see how large and spacious our apartment ended up being! It had everything! A kitchen, dining table, kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, strong WiFi, netflix, hot water, soap/shampoo! The hotel also provides free drinking water for guests. The pool is the highlight with a really nice hang out area and even an aquarium! We were able to hangout and use the pool before/after check out while we waited for our flight which was such a bonus for us! They will also store your luggage if needed. Only a 20 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute walk to a LRT station. Robinson mall was also within a 10 minute walk. Everything was very clean, the staff were quite friendly and there is a 24/7 security guard. The breakfast was simple but good. The free options are quite basic or you can upgrade for 350 pesos. We've enjoyed the Lugaw and pancakes, but would recommend bringing your own fruit with you as there is none available. Overall we had a really lovely stay here!

- Lauren (10/5): - We had a really nice stay here. We arrived late on our check in day, when the reception was closed, and was greeted by the security guard who assisted us to our room. The room was very spacious and had cooking facilities. The bed room again was spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We had breakfast included and this was very delicious. The pool area was clean too. When we checked out we were able to leave or bags at reception for a few hours before our taxi picked us up. It was tucked in an alley way and we were lost at some point. It would have been better to provide more information about landmarks to avoid confusion.

Our apartment was quite big dining-kitchen, and bedroom, bathroom, clean and most importantly quiet! Finaly a place where you don’t hear constant noise even in the night! Staff were really nice, polite and helpful, they let us take our room earlier and helped getting a Grab taxi to get to the airport. None

- Carol (9/5): Small but perfectly formed. - Nice part of town in Korea town, a smaller sized property, tucked up a small road meant it was less noisy and polluted. Really friendly staff. I had a suite in the annex which had everything you would need for self sufficiency. Had both fan and AC. The pool was fabulous - especially when so few places have them. And loved the frangipani trees. Breakfast is decent too - lots of choices. Nothing.

Отель удобно расположен, бонусом бассейн если хочется освежиться. На входе постоянная охрана. Добирались Грабом из аэропорта 330 песо, в аэропорт 260. По городу тоже катались на Грабе: Макати, Интромурос, Чайнатаун. В парке Ayala Triangle Gardens посмотрели радужные эвкалипты)

- Stavroula (1/5): Very disappointing stay – misleading description and poor condition - Absolutely nothing. We booked this property specifically because the listing clearly stated that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, upon arrival, we discovered that it only has one bathroom. This was the main reason we chose this property over others, and we feel misled. When I raised this with reception, I was simply told that it was a “mistake in the description.” No solution or compensation was offered. The overall condition of the apartment was very poor. It was outdated, had an unpleasant smell, and did not match the photos shown on Booking at all. The images online are completely different from the reality. We stayed for three nights, and during that time: No towels were changed No rubbish was collected No cleaning service was provided One of the air conditioning units was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The windows did not close properly, so there was constant outside noise. The room was also full of mosquitoes, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this felt very misleading and disappointing. I would not have booked this property had the description been accurate.

- Gerard (7/5): - Wij kwamen s'nachts aan en werden vriendelijk door de nachtwaker ontvangen. Airco in de kamer werkte al bij aankomst. Ligt in uitgaansbuurt maar geen last van lawaai of onveilig gevoel. Lekker ontbijt. Slechts half uurtje te voet naar Intramuros.
