• Łukasz (8/5): Great value for money for a stay in the center of Singapore. - Great location in a walking distance to main attractions like Merlion or Gardens by the Bay. Close to Chinatown with great food and to some bars with a nightlife, yet very quiet inside the hotel. Room was nice and clean, with an option of self checkin and checkout which we needed to arrive at night.

Check in process a little complicated after a long travel day but the member of staff who was leaving stayed to help us. Room was a little dirty and there was some noise at night but only on one night of our stay.

• Louise (7/5): Overall the location, comfy bed and good AC meant this was good value for money. - The location was really good for all the key things to do in Singapore. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well! Very good blackout blinds, which makes a big difference. The front door of the hotel was always locked so it felt very secure, and we could use our key to get in anytime. It was great that they provide cooled (and hot) drinking water in the lobby. It meant we could refill out bottles and we didn't need to buy water at all. And we appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the reception on the last day, and the late check out time was great (11am). The room was a bit tired. There was a little bit of clever storage around the bed but almost all of the drawers/ doors were stiff, stuck or broken. This mean we couldn't unpack and had to live out of our cases, which wasn't ideal given the room was quite small. There was luggage storage under the bed, but as we couldn't unpack, that was a bit useless. It was also strange to me that there was no hand soap provided. There was shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower so we just used shower gel to wash out hands, but a bit annoying to have to open the shower every time we needed to wash our hands. I also hated that the bathroom door was opaque and there was a small gap around the bathroom door, meaning there was no privacy. You can see, hear and smell everything... glad we bought headphones! The tea and coffee facilities in the room was pretty useless. While a hot water dispenser pre-filled with water was provided, there was only one tea bag and one coffee sachet included and no creamer or milk pods. One final thing to note is that there was quite a lot of road noise (our room was at the front of the hotel). It didn't disturb our sleep because we were exhausted from a lot of walking and the heat, but may disturb some people. We got this place on a genius deal, which made it good value. Despite a positive stay, I'm glad we didn't pay full price because I would have been underwhelmed.

• Kate (9/5): Habyt Clarke Quay - The hotel was easy to find and close to the metro station. It is well located to get to other places. The room was modern, quiet and comfortable. I slept well there. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. I liked having a water machine in the lobby too. The only thing was a slight smell of drains when I first entered the room but it soon went. Everything else was great.

• Benjamin (7/5): Bon rapport emplacement prix dans Singapour - Hôtel très bien situé à côté des quais. Chambre certes petite, mais suffisante pour une personne. Le check-in se fait via une tablette à l’accueil hors des horaires d’ouverture de la réception. Personnel a l’écoute et efficace. La clim est bruyante et souffle directement sur le lit, ce qui n’est pas très agréable.

• Josh (7/5): Cheap and cheerful, good location, but clunky check-in - The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. I slept well because the noise was minimal. The check-in process was very cumbersome - they use a self-service mobile phone to check you in. It scans your passport, and because I’d booked using a shorter form of my first name, the mismatch caused an error meaning I couldn’t check in. I had to call someone on WhatsApp to have them remotely fix it for me, this was quite frustrating.

• Sandra (9/5): I really enjoy my stay there by the last morning - The location was perfect when I was at the property the staff were fantastic and I would go back there again. Yes I had a big incident that made me very upset. They were gonna book me a taxi at 4:30 in the morning to go to the airport. No taxi turned up. I had to run around the streets looking for other motels to help me because I was having a lot of trouble on my phone trying to book one myself. I was late to the airport. It ruined my stay there I was so stressed out.

The shower was dirty with visible mould, the room felt fusty with no ventilation, and there was a strong toilet smell that affected the whole room. We were also not informed about construction work, and loud banging from the floor above started as early as 7am, which was very disruptive.

De muren van de kamer waren zo dun dat het leek alsof het gesprek uit de naastgelegen kamer direct voor mijn deur plaatsvond, wat me urenlang wakker hield.

• Bruno (8/5): Bom - A localização é excelente e a equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e gentil. As especificações do quarto correspondiam às fotos e imagens da booking. O quarto é bem pequeno e o banheiro também, mas entrega o que promete.
• Niklas Hans (1/5): Enttäuscht und ekelig - Die Lage Leider ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer roch bereits beim Betreten extrem muffig und deutlich nach Schimmel. Wir haben dies sofort an der Rezeption gemeldet, woraufhin kurz nachgereinigt wurde – ohne spürbare Verbesserung. Als wir spät abends ins Hotel zurückkamen (Rezeption bereits geschlossen), war der Geruch sogar noch intensiver. Wir mussten nachts mehrfach die Tür öffnen, um überhaupt schlafen zu können. Bei der Suche nach der Ursache löste sich ein stark verschimmelter Abflussdeckel. Selbst nach dem Entfernen des Abflussdeckels blieb der Geruch unverändert, was auf ein tieferliegendes hygienisches Problem schließen lässt. Sehr enttäuschend – sowohl der Zustand des Zimmers als auch der Umgang mit der berechtigten Beschwerde.
• Christina (8/5): Great stay. Very small room but okay for 1 or 2 nights. Loved the acess to level - Cheap and modern look. Very good customer service and easy self check in when I arrived after hours. Room very small and didn’t love that I didn’t have a window but that is what I booked.

• David (3/5): Will not come back, better options around for better value - Although it says no children allowed, I was woken up at 5:30am by the room next door with children yelling and banging into the wall. It adversely impacted my stay as I checked in late the night prior. The photos were probably taken when the rooms were new. State of the rooms compared to photos has deteriorated with the passage of time, certainly my room would be due for a refresh.

The breakfast location was off-site - I cannot recall if this was explicit at the time of booking- but staff at the breakfast bar were always welcoming.

• Liam (10/5): Great location, great staff, cosy room - Very simple and comfortable accommodation right near some great attractions and hawker centres. Hasim was extremely helpful and made our short stay in Singapore very easy.

Room was very small, even for 1 person, no soap by the sink, so I had to keep getting it from the shower when I used the toilet. No space to put things.
