• Verified traveler (6/5): They don't respect the rent they're asking for. - The bathroom was not clean. The fridge broke down and the whole kitchen was full of stinky water all night long. We called them and said we will check it the next day.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Not as advertised, avoid at all costs! - It was in a good location but the condition of the property was terrible. We were put into two different rooms, both of which stank of mould and there was black mould all over the bathroom and the rooms. The shower was so disgusting and the water lasted for less than 30 seconds before it completely ran out and nothing would come out of any of the taps etc. I felt dirtier leaving the shower than I did whenever I entered it. So disappointed with it, was completely not as advertised and would not stay again.

• Tina (2/5): - Das zimmer war überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern. Der boden ist kaputt. Die Betten und die toilette ebenso. Außerdem gibt es viele Ameisen und andere Insekten. Die wände sind verschimmelt.
• Annie (2/5): skulle aldrig bo här igen. - Avskyvärt! Trasiga väggar, småkryp på toaletten, smutsigt överlag. Spindelnät och damm hängde i taket. Bilderna stämmer inte alls. Mögel på toaletterna. Rangliga bord och stolar på rummen. En fruktansvärd stank på toaletten där vattnet inte funkade.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Mete is scam - Mete is a scam. Do not reserve his apartments. Based on the pictures in the website, I reserved an aparrments for two days. Once we arrived there, he said that apartment was mistakenly rented out to someone else. Then, he found a crapy aparrment for us. We had no choice but accept as we were so tired and it was late. He did the same to another family. Also, his place does not have Mete on it. It took us 30 mins to find it. Honestly, hotel.com should remove him from its app.
• Margot (2/5): - first of all the taxi driver spent 10 minutes looking and asking for these apartments.. then we finally arrived to a poor neighborhood. No one to help you with luggage, a man was "cleaning" the office next to the apartment, he phoned Mete, and showed us the "room". WE DIDN'T EVEN MEET METE!!!! unethical it was a DISASTER! it smells like pee, they haven't changed the sheets for like the past 2 years. we placed our luggage, and went to look for another hotel. luckily we found another affordable hotel to stay in, not a 5 stars hotel, but at least it smells really good, and clean and in a better hood next to Taksim square. Mete is far far away from the centre.. when we came back to take our luggage, there was noone, so we simply took our stuff and left the keys in the door, and took off! we didnt even get a call from Mete asking why!! unethical!!! THE PHOTOS HERE ARE NOT REAL!!! we had a cracked mirror and a smelly bathroom!!! Who can get me my money back?!
• Verified traveler (4/5): - De kamers waren zeerrrr oud de badkamer was helemaal beschimmeld. De koelkast deed het niet moest naar een waterkoker vragen. Terwijl er bij de omschrijving stond dat er een koelkast en er een waterkoker was. En als je in de avond binnen kwam kon je geen WiFi ontvangen. De eigenaar zei dat hij de probleem ging oplossen ivm koelkast na 4 dagen niemand langs geweest
• zaki C. (2/5): Pas conforme à ce qui était prévu sur web - Photos à la réservation ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Confort sommaire avec TV en Panne, vaisselle manquante et il fallait la demander, hygiène absente, douches sans parois et sans aération d'où moisissure partout.Mauvais contact puisque aucune réponse à 3 messages envoyés au propriétaire. Adresse non conforme à ce qui était indiqué. 1 chambre au sous-sol et sans aération. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. A déconseiller.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Positiv: -Die zentrale Lage zu Hagia Sofia, blauer Mosche, Topkapi und Wasser. -Die Größe: zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Doppelbett, einmal zwei Einzelbetten), ein großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei Schlafsofas, Waschmaschine und Esstisch. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und es war wirklich ausreichend groß -Das Bad/Dusche (ist getrennter Raum von Toilette): Sehr groß und viel warmes Wasser, Fön war auch vorhanden. -Es war alles sehr sauber und gut geheizt (wir waren im Dezember dort) -Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und schnell zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab und sehr hilfsbereit. Check-in und Check-out waren unproblematisch Negativ: -Die Küche war extrem klein und sehr bescheiden ausgestattet (nur 5 Suppenteller, noch 5 Schalen, 2 Messer, keine Tassen, nur Gläser, nur 2 Elektroplatten) und sie war extrem abgenutzt.. Es war gut genug, um Frühstück zu machen. Aber es wäre schwierig gewesen, dort wirklich ein Familienessen zu kochen (was wir nicht vorhatten, deshalb war es für uns ok) -Die Toilette. Man darf, wie oft in der Türkei kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen. Trotzdem ist sie fast jeden Tag verstopft gewesen und wir mussten den Vermieter holen. Bei sechs Lueten, war das wirklich schweirig, Am Ende haben wir uns nicht mehr getraut, die Toilette zu benutzen. Das war wirklich etwas unangenehm. Insgesamt war es aber ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und wir würden es wieder nehmen.

• Fardin (8/5): Good place. - The address is actually the office address and I think they have many apartments. When arrived there, a man from the office took us to an apartment which was really far from the office. By the way, the apartment was good, clean and equipped with everything which is needed in a house.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Mete Apartments - our stay - Location is good if you can walk up the hill to get to the T1 tram. It is a local neighbourhood area so bear that in mind also but none the less it was a very enjoyable stay. Downside was that there was no lift (we were on the second floor) and the Wifi was very slow. Brother mete was very welcoming 👌
