• Isabelle (9/5): - L'hôtel est très calme et le lit très confortable. Dans le quartier on trouve supermarché, bars, restaurants, métro. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. À mon arrivée. J'étais très fatigué et le Check in avec la machine est très impersonnel alors qu'il y a quelqu'un à l'accueil qui n'a pas été des plus accueillant. Le reste du personnel, tout le reste du séjour on été très agréable et serviable. La lumière de la chambre est très forte. Une petite lumière pour lire le soir serait très appréciable.

• Silvia (9/5): - Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The room has all that you may need, including bathrobes and slippers. Very good location. Rooms are very small, beds also. Bathrooms are not comfortable if you are a tall person.

• HIROKO (4/5): 昭和生まれの私が言うのもなんですが、昭和かな… - ホテルに辿り着くまで結構迷ってしまったのですが、電話も対面でも親切に対応してくれました それなりに清潔さには心がけているのでしょうけど、建物自体が古いのかな…部屋の絨毯も湿った感じがしていた

• Beatrice (7/5): Buono ma basso - La posizione era buona, in un quartiere vivo di notte e non troppo distante da Shibuya o Shinjuku. C'erano microonde (a piano terra) e bollitore (in stanza). La vista dalla stanza era buona. La stanza era molto bassa, io sono alta 1.80 m e dovevo stare attenta a non sbattere la testa per entrare in bagno, per lavarsi i capelli in doccia dovevo stare curva. Ma ho visto che stanze diverse avevano porte di altezze diverse, quindi forse era un problema della stanza. La receptionist non parlava minimamente inglese.

• Shiho (7/5): - 駅から近く、どこに行くのにも便利だった。 角部屋だったためか、静か。通りからの騒音もなかった。 宿泊日の前日にとったこともあって、宿泊費が高かった。お得感は全く感じなかった。

• ko (7/5): 割と部屋が広い＋アヒルがいる - 個人的に部屋は割と広かった。 友達と2人で荷物を広げられる。 あとお風呂にアヒルがいます。 排水溝が詰まってたんだと思います、お風呂に張ったお湯を流すと横のトイレの方に出てたようで、足拭きマット置いてたらびしょびしょになりました。 この構造のバスルームあるあるだと思いますが、そこだけちょっと残念でした。

• Thomas (8/5): Amazing stuff and very clean places to stay, but expect it to be very narrow for American standards - The staff were friendly and the room was clean. We were accommodated the same day for one night. Bathroom was nice too very clean and had a lot of amenities, including toothbrushes and soaps and conditioner. This is the smallest hotel. I’ve stayed in during my week in Japan, but maybe that’s just to be expected because we’re in the heart of the city. But once you get seated in the bed and have a one night sleep, then it doesn’t matter.

• Elana (7/5): Decent for 2 days - They were kind Japanese language only Thermostat totally not correct. You have to turn it on gets tooooo hot then turn off. The gage is not functioning. They gave me Japanese English directions the thermostat not the remote is broken.

• Konstantinos (9/5): Exceptional location with limited room space. - The hotel is located near the Tameike-sannō metro station of the Ginza line (3' walk). Moving from and to the hotel was extremelly easy and fast. The rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was ok, though not crazy comfortable. The bathroom had all the necesarry amenities. Like most rooms on this budget, the space inside the room is little. The room had barely enough space to open one luggage and most of the room was taken by the bed, which was a semi double one. For our case that was enough, but some couples might struggle to fit.

• Zainab (5/5): Would come back to the area but not the hotel, - The location was easy to find many bars ans restaurants nearby plus the harry potter station which was an experience. The older staff member was extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming they asked us to check out earlier than our time which was 11 and kept our luggage for 2 hours and was continuously pushing towards us leaving the facility. The bed is not for 2 people they’re just charging you the same price for 2 people in a person room. The mattress and pillows are extremely uncomfortable I had a back ache couldn’t sleep well. Not coming back and not recommended

• Grace (9/5): Great value, great location. - The location was great and we got really good rate for a single room. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Bathroom was small, as expected, but clean. Loved that the hotel is next to a grocery store. Several metro stations were within a few block radius with direct transit to many popular areas including Shibuya, Ginza, and Asakusa. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re ok with something that’s no frills, but convenient. It’s definitely not luxurious, but I still think it’s great value for what you’re paying for. Switching to warmer lighting and maybe nicer looking linens would improve the ambience.
