In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All extra charges must be paid in advance. The property manager will contact you with details after booking. Please note that check-in takes place from 16:00 onwards. Keys can be collected from the office from Monday to Friday, between 16:00 and 18:00. Outside these times or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, keys can be collected from the security boxes outside the office. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that from 15 June to 30 September air conditioning carries a mandatory surcharge of EUR 10 per day. Please note that from 15 October to 23 April heating carries a mandatory surcharge of EUR 10 per day.
