The location of the hotel is great plus, in a quiet zone but close enough to reach the animated city center on foot The sofa bed for the kids were not comfortable, the pillows and the towels are aged and could be renewed for more comfort.

- Ricardo (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof in Düsseldorf aber ist trotzdem gefühlt auch weit entfernt. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Rewe Markt der eher nicht so gesittetes Publikum anlockt wodurch es draußen laut ist und auch bisschen unsicher. Auf dem Fußweg Richtung Hauptbahnhof/Tram muss man auch über einen Platz mit Drogenjunkies, das erweckt ebenfalls kein Vertrauen. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Allerdings war für den hohen Preis die Ausstattung eher spärlich. Großes Manko: Das WLAN vom Hotel hat Größtenteils nicht funktioniert und wenn dann nur sehr langsam und sporadisch. Aber auch der reguläre Internetempfang war nicht sehr gut, das Hotel hat definitiv eine schlechte Internetverbindung egal ob mobile Daten oder WLAN. Das war natürlich schon arg, gerade weil der Preis pro Nacht schon heftig war. Da hätte ich mehr erwartet.

The towels provided were in different colors and old and dingy on top of that. And we were charges for every tiny little “extra” thing. We had to pay almost €100 extra because our rooms were short of one bed, even though I initially booked for the right amount of people in my family. Very bizar. Even a small coffee from their breakfast bar in the morning was €3,50.

The service was very good, 24/7 reception and flexibility. The hotel was very quiet and private, there was a market just a few meters from the hotel, facilities were very good and clean, standard in line with expectations. The hotel lies in a rough neighborhood. There are some sights and scenes on the way to the hotel a person would like to avoid, but we didn't run into any trouble even at night. We were hoping to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, to enjoy the rest of our time in Dusseldorf before we headed back to the airport, but the hotel didn't offer that on that day.

Nice small compartments to put small possessions by your bedside. Also two chairs, sizeable windows which opened. A table to rest things on. A cupboard, a tv (which needed new batteries, but I still managed to operate it manually). Bathroom clean throughout, good shower, a few soaps, towels, small seat (useful), sink, a few mirrors. Has all the basics and is clean throughout. Helpful staff at the reception. Quite close to train station, roughly 5-10 minutes walk. Also close to Rewe and nearby corner shop.
