• LIOU SHIANG (8/5): - 住宿位置離JR三河島站很近，附近有超市、超商等，還蠻方便的 冷氣機建議要清洗一下，剛開冷氣時，飄出一些黑色灰塵到床上，感覺不OK，另外建議洗衣精應該放多一點給住宿者使用
• LIOU SHIANG (6/5): - 感謝公寓提供免費寄放一天行李，讓我們不用隔天還要拖著一堆行李去另一間飯店(後續我們接著住宿在這公寓5天) 房間明顯較為老舊，沙發上可看到明顯的汙漬，冷氣機雖可使用，但看到用繩子之類的吊著出風口，感覺很奇怪

• Rosalyn (8/5): Overall, a comfortable and convenient option for families visiting Tokyo. - It’s a short walk to Mikawashima Station, and you can also access Machiya Station with a slightly longer walk, which makes getting around quite convenient. While it’s more of an apartment than a typical hotel, it still provides basic amenities like slippers and toiletries. The online check-in process was smooth, and the staff were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. There’s a Lawson and supermarket nearby along with a few restaurants, which made meals and quick errands easy. What we really appreciated was the spacious layout—perfect for a family of four—with a comfortable bed configuration. Having a washing machine in the unit and a balcony to hang clothes was also very practical, especially for longer stays. The unit is a bit dated, but it was clean and well-maintained so not a big deal.

• Ariel (5/5): Poor Stay in Randor Classic. - Location and room space The property Randor Classic in Kyoto, is not maintained and not cleaned.The hallway carpet floor leading to the room is very dirty not cleaned and need changing.The first room they gave us had an AC heating not working and have loud noise and burning smell coming out, room 501 finally they moved us to another room 502 after a long night of chatting to them thru booking.com as the room is freezing .When we moved to the other room one bed looks like someone sleep on it.Then again the AC was not maintained the AC grills and cover are broken and you can see the accumulated dust not cleaned,the AC grills also was only tied with a plastic straw and packing tape just to make it hold. the heating are working though, as that night is freezing and already 2AM we decided to sleep.Though frustrating as this is the last leg of our travel in Japan as we just want to have a memorable experience.All the accomodations we went before gave us good memorable experience as the property is maintained.Hopefully that Randor Classic will improve and do something about it.After that long night no one even followed it up.

Luckily they provided air freshener to spray. Lots of stains inside unit and outside on carpet. Location kind of out of the way with slower local train service.

Easy check in process with information to enter the room sent one day prior to arrival. Did not see staff during the entire stay. Traffic sounds from outside can be heard very easily from inside the room.

• TOMOMI (8/5): 家のようなくつろぎがある部屋！ - 4人部屋に宿泊したのですが、ホテルより広々しており、まるで家のような安心感がありました。トイレや浴槽なども新しく心地よい空間でした。タオルも交換してくださって助かりました。台所用品もある程度あったので、助かりました。 エアコンと洗濯機の音が少々大きかったです。壁紙も所々めくれていました。洗濯物を干す場所がなかったので、部屋の仕切りの鴨居に干しました。カーテンや部屋の壁などに収納できる物干しがあれば、完璧だと思いました。

• Garry (10/5): Great value for the price,comfortable,clean room with good facilities - Room was great has a kitchen area seperat3 bathroom and toilet seperate bedrooms so we were very comfortable there The only thing I suppose we could possibly say to improve the hotel would be that the foyer rubberised flooring is a bit discoloured so it appears to be a bit of mess and the carpet rear outside our room on the 6th floor is pretty marked with stains,however this does not reflect on the room we stayed which was very clean and comfortable for us if they were to replace the foyer flooring and carpet outside the 6th floor I’d say that would make an even better impression upon guests.

We never interacted with any attendants and email communications were not immediate. I still give it a 4 though because not many have a room for 4 and the value was good.

Everything looked great for four of us. Two rooms, kitchen and bathroom were spacious. There is one thing that I don’t like it about the bathroom hasn’t nothing hang up towels.

• Keesha-lee (10/5): Great Stay with Convenient Location - I had a great stay at Randor Residence Tokyo Classic! The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was really convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities, making exploring the city super easy. It was also easy to get in touch with the staff if I needed anything, and they were helpful and responsive. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d definitely recommend it! The pillows were uncomfortable, and although they kindly provided extra ones on request, they remained quite firm. I also found the sirens passing by at night a bit disruptive to my sleep.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Not what I was expecting but good overall. - This was a nice spacious space, especially considering some of the other places that were significantly more expensive. My main complaint is that most the pictures on the hotel page are probably of the better furnished ones. Hard to tell unless you stay there. The layout was accurate but we did not have enough seating for dining. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, however I wish I could have seen accurate pictures of the space for our specific room (801), cause it seems they all have similar layout but vastly different furniture in terms of quality. We only had a small bench that you could only really sit on either end, as sitting in the middle felt not very secure. As a group of three, one of us had to sit on the floor a lot.

• Raymond (8/5): Good Hotel for a Great Price! - The location was great. Not far from the train station and the grocery store next door had a great variety. Self check-in was pretty easy. The room was a little warm during our stay, even with A/C on. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great either, and it was either really hot or a bit chilly.

• S (9/5): Superb - We greatly enjoyed our stay at Randor Residence Tokyo Classic. It is very spacious with lots of room for a family of 5. The place is clean and fully stocked with everything you need, staff are very responsive, and close to a supermarket, convenience stores, and restaurants. Good location, just a few minutes away from two stations and 25 minutes from Ueno. Missing a dryer, full body mirror, and limited kitchen utensils like knives and scissors.

I was in room 701. 1) The toilet, no matter how many time the receptionist and I cleaned, the darn thing keeps have urine smell! 2) Some visible water damage on the wall. There is a huge piece of paper wall peeled off in one room. 3) NO room cleaning at all during your stay, regardless the number of days. 4) Staff is friendly, but can be hard to get hold of. Other than that, the place is nicely furnished and a washer to wash your clothes. I would return again, and hopefully not getting room 701 :-)

• Ace (7/5): It's a good budget family hotel - I like how close the hotel is to the train station (Mikawashima) and bus stops! Checking in and out was also a breeze. The AC is working, so if you are going to Japan in the summer, it's a plus! The room is outdated. You can tell by the walls and the room's floor. There's also an unpleasant smell when we first enter the room. We had to use the kitchen stove's exhaust the whole day.
• June (9/5): Great location and impeccable communication and service - 1) Communication and service was so prompt - we were out of toilet paper and Takamura-san immediately hand delivered us several rolls that evening. Same with our microwave not working. Super accommodating! 2) Close to two stations, several bus stops, and the Toden Arakawa tram! 3) Despite not having a staffed reception, they also agreed to receive our takuhaibin from Kyoto. Our luggage was waiting in our room when we arrived a few days later! 1) More hangers for our laundry! There were only five in our apartment. 2) Some wall hangers would have been very helpful. We had to hang our towels on the back of the single office chair and otherwise dump our raincoats in the cupboard.

• Nathaniel (8/5): - Perfect location for our family of 4 - we liked the quiet street, the proximity to the train station. The apartment unit itself is old, but it was clean and spacious.
• Samuel (8/5): - It’s an affordable accommodation ideal for those looking for a quiet and quick place to stay. The checkin is done electronically and without staff: it may be a little confusing at first but their instruction guide is clear and helpful. They also have umbrellas at the entrance for you to freely rent. You simply take an umbrella and they trust you to return it. For taking a hot shower, make sure the boiler is turned on (there are instructions). You might have to wait a little to use hot water if you just turned it on. Even once the boiler has been on for a while, when turning the knob for hot water, we had to let it run for 10-15 seconds before hot water came out. Overall, if you looking to save money on accommodations, i think it’s a good place!

• Christina (10/5): - Spacious accommodation with microwave, kitchen, seperate bathroom and toilet as well as a smal balcony. Mikawashima station is around 5 minutes walking away, trains going there every 10 minutes towards Nippori where you can change to the circle line and reach any part of Tokyo easy. The building next door is a big supermarket! We got our dinner there a couple of times! Very convenient! 7 eleven and Lawson are in the same street too! There's no staff at the front desk but there's a phone number provided to call if you have questions and a notebook to note any special wishes you have! We also shortened our booked stay by 4 days. I contacted Expedia support a month before arrival at the hotel, they told me i just need to tell the staff there and once i did i got a refound for the unused days the next day! Would stay there again!
• Deasis (9/5): Location was great, just some minior improvements needed. - Spacious place, 2 seperate bedrooms. Washing machine. Location is near train station, about 3 minute walk. Convenient stores (Lawson & 7-11 close by), grocery stores, restaurants walking distance. Had a vending machine in the entrance area. Fresh towels given if needed. We were able to forward our luggages to our room. Washing machine made loud noises, but worked. No dryer, had to hang clothes outside the balcony. I think new pillows are needed, the pillows were small for my liking. The place is by the street, so you can hear cars passby, esp at bedtime. Water pressure is low but there is warm water.

• Irwan (10/5): Impeccable service, cosy room and a prime location with nearby train stations made our stay both comfortable and enjoyab - Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The convenience of a walking distance train station made exploring the city a breeze. Mikawashima train station (JR) is 450m from the hotel, meanwhile Machiya underground station- subway is within 10 minutes walk. Having 2 supermarkets located next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise, especially the halal supermarket on the right side. Even next to the Mikawashima station, there are a few supermarkets including AEON supermarket. The staff was very attentive and helpful, we arrived at 1pm and surprisingly we were allowed to check in early. The best part was during check out at 10am, we were told by the admin staff to leave our luggage ( we have 7 check-in bags with 2 hand carry bags) in the room. They helped to bring down all our luggage to the lobby when our airport transfer arrived in the evening. Highly recommend for a hassle free and well-located experience. The water heater sometimes not working properly, we got to off and off the switch for a few times.

• Hsiung-Wei (8/5): - 這次旅遊的住宿體驗太棒了，房間整體超滿意，唯一美中不足是自助check in時因系統有問題輸入訂房名或預約編號都失敗，還好遇到日本人借用手機打客服直接提供房號及pin才可入住，浪費了快1小時，不然就是完美的。
