Fusswege zu den Liften und der Busstation ausgeglichen. Verstaungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer und besonders im Badezimmer. Keine Haken. Wenig Schrankliegefläche. Mini-Safe. Nassreinungszeiten der Flure zur Frühstückszeit. Warum nicht warten bis alle ausser Haus sind? War wohl nur eine Ausnahme, aber Rezeptionistin am Abend war nur Italienischsprachig. Weder Deutsch, noch Englischsprachig. Da es nicht so wichtig war, Anfrage auf den nächsten Tag verlegt. Tagsüber alles Perfekt.

Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a family room, which made our stay even better.

Everything was perfect. We would love to go back there.

The location is perfect, you’re very close to both cable cars and right on the main road. I’d definitely recommend this hotel as a base in Ortisei. As in most hotels, the sound insulation isn’t great, and you can hear people in other rooms, which can be bothersome at night.

• Jeongmin (10/5): - 가르니 빌라 파크의 가장 큰 장점은 청결한 청소 서비스, 넓은 전용 주차장, 그리고 취사가 가능한 시설입니다. 특히 한국인 여행객에게 중요한 요소인 친절함, 객실 청결도와 취사 가능 여부가 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 게다가 렌터카를 이용해 돌로미티를 여행하는 경우라면 더욱이 추천합니다. 가르니 빌라파크는 오르티세이 중심부와 가깝고, ZTL 구역과 무관하게 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 넓은 전용 주차장을 갖추고 있어 큰 장점이 됩니다. 또한 카드키 하나로 모든 출입문과 주차장 셔터를 간편하게 열 수 있어, 매번 리셉션을 찾을 필요가 없다는 점 역시 빠른빠른 민족인 한국인 여행객들이 특히 선호할 만한 부분입니다. 청소 서비스의 수준은 기대 이상입니다. 매일 수건을 교체해 주는 것은 기본이며, 발코니의 목재에 먼지가 전혀 없을 정도로 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 창문 또한 매일 투명하게 닦여 있어 놀라움을 주었습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 교대 근무를 하더라도 모두가 차별 없이 친절한 응대를 보여 주었으며, 지하에 마련된 세탁실은 자유롭게 사용할 수 있어 장기 체류에도 편리합니다. 취사가 가능한 스튜디오룸은 마운틴뷰는 아니지만 크게 상관 없습니다. 오르티세이에서 머무는 시간동안 어차피 충분히 산을 볼 수 있으니까요.

• Tim (10/5): A lovely, comfortable, friendly hotel to stay. - A comfortable, lovely furnished place, with good facilities. Comfortable beds Breakfast had a good healthy choice, so fruit, yogurt and nuts. A local tart each day too. Breakfast staff ( the young man was very efficient and helpful) In the centre, so a 7 - 10 min walk to the bus stop Near the cable car station, as in walkable 15 mins or so. Umbrellas in a stand to borrow. Asked for a tea or hot water later at night, but wasn’t able to help.
• TING YI (8/5): - The location was amazing, in town with a grocery store right next door. Parking was also very convenient. However, our specific room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom, which featured a small, aging corner shower stall. The seal on the bottom of the shower sliding door had fallen off, which we reported to the hotel. Our patio had a very limited view and mostly looked right into the windows of other rooms.

• ABDUALRHMAN (9/5): فندق نظيف ومرتب في أورتيسي بموقع مثالي قرب وسط المدينة، غرف واسعة ومجهزة بالكامل، مواقف متوفرة دائمًا وخدمة طاقم متعاون - الفندق نظيف ومرتب، وموقعه ممتاز قريب جدًا من وسط المدينة بحيث ما تحتاج سيارة للوصول له. المواقف واسعة ومتوفرة دائمًا، وهذا ميزة كبيرة. الغرفة مساحتها ممتازة ويتم تنظيفها بشكل يومي، وفيها تجهيزات متكاملة مثل ثلاجة، فرن كهربائي، وغسالة صحون. الطاقم متعاون جدًا بالرغم من أن تحدثهم بالإنجليزية محدود. بشكل عام إقامة مريحة وأنصح فيه لمن يزور أورتيسي بالرغم من ان الموقع احد مميزاته، يقع على شارع رئيسي وبسبب ذلك ازعاج السيارات في الليل متعب احيانا إذا تركت النافذة مفتوحة.

• Daniel (9/5): We would definitely come back. - Breakfast buffet options are typical of Austrian / South German breakfast: Cold cuts, cheese, smoked fishes, yogurts, variety of nuts, seeds, and fruit toppings, fruit juices, light pastries / buns, dry cereals, coffee, and tea. There were two fresh juice making machines, one specific to oranges, and the other a general purpose juices accompanied with a variety of fresh fruit / vegetables, and roots like ginger. And of course, scrambled eggs, and other hot items. Staff is most helpful and friendly. Multi-lingual capable and very willing to help. If you get a room on the south side, you have a rushing alpine creek burbling 24/7 - makes a wonderfully soothing sound. Restaurants, shopping, and 3 ski lifts are within a few minutes walk - very convenient. Checking in when arriving with private auto can be a bit tricky because there is virtually no parking on the reception level of the property. Plenty of parking on the ground level, but you have to know how to access parking area via automatic gate.

• Jollie (9/5): Ortesei mu favorite town in the Dolomites, and this may be my favorite hotel in the Dolomites. - Only 300 meters from Antonius Square, very well located. Staff courteous and knowledgeable, breakfast excellent. Room clean, bathroom well appointed, and washer/dryer in lowest level! No complaints! Average price for a resort town, but much better than average hotel!

Everything is walking distance, the seceda hiking trail, suesi Alps lift, and seceda lift is walking distance too. Restaurants, churches, and town center are walkable. The hotel is nice and clean. The buffet breakfast offers good options and a good view of the mountains which make you just sit around and linger. The front staff Carmen is very helpful. There is a washer and dryer in the hotel for fee 4 Euro.

• Yuri (10/5): Great location, cozy rooms, excellent service! - We were very happy with our stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient—right in the center of the village, very close to the main bus stop (important for those, like us, traveling without a car). Nearby, there are also shops, cafés, and a supermarket. Our room was warm, comfortable, and cozy, with access to an open terrace and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. A special mention goes to the bathroom—it was very spacious and well-thought-out (plenty of hooks, hangers, towel racks), with good bright lighting, two hair dryers, a heated towel rack, and a strong flow of hot water. The room was always clean—housekeeping was regular and thorough. There were enough outlets for charging gadgets, and they were conveniently located. Wi-Fi was available, and the signal was strong. The breakfast was very good—a nice variety and delicious coffee. Some other pleasant features: there was a large fridge (in the common corridor) stocked with various soft drinks. A special warm thanks go to the friendly and welcoming hotel staff! This is more of a suggestion than a downside: it would be great to have the option to make coffee or tea in the evening when the canteen is closed (for example, a small capsule coffee machine in the room or a coffee machine in the patio).

• Richard (10/5): - The hotel is in a former villa that was converted into the hotel so the building is very impressive. The grounds of the former villa is now a park. It is located within 5 mins of the airport. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves complimentary breakfast and dinner. The quality of our dinner was OK, not great, but it was convenient. We returned our rental car the night before we were scheduled to depart and hotel sent a van to pick us up. We also took the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Very efficient and convenient.

• Scarlett (8/5): Very central location with great breakfast! - Located right in ortisei- walking distance to gondolas to alpe di suisi and Seceda, as well as restaurants. Good breakfast with an awesome breakfast room space/view. Breakfast had great variety and was available from 8-10. The room had a fridge. Staff were friendly and courteous- it was easy to communicate even though we do not speak any Italian. Our room on the upper floor was very quiet. It is right next to two grocery stores to pick up any snacks/supplies you may need. Overall the place was very good but some things other guests may find useful to know in packing/planning: Finding the parking was a little confusing as google maps directed us to the wrong side of the building- call ahead for directions about the parking to save yourself some potential confusion. You initially have to buzz in to have the gate lift but your room key will let you in after that. Be aware many places in the area do not seem to provide conditioner. The room does not have black out curtains (in case you are a very light sensitive sleeper). It was unclear how to adjust the temperature in the rooms though it seemed to be kept at a comfortable temp at baseline.

• Adrian (9/5): Nice stay near the city center - The hotel is near the city centre. The Hotel is near the main road and very close to all attractions. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious . Breakfast has variety. The room had a balcony and I’m glad it had shutters because they blocked all traffic noise. The soundproofing between rooms was a little bad. Every time someone from above used the bathroom you could hear the water running in the pipes. Not a deal breaker.

• Ben (9/5): Superb - The location to the town centre is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk away from lots of shops and places to eat. The cable cars and chair lifts are also only 10 minutes away. Parking was easy and safe. The room was perfect, comfy bed, clean and and incredible view. Couldn't recommend this place more to other. Nothing, I can't fault the place at all.
