• Verified traveler (4/5): 要盡快改善，最好能重新裝潢 - 剛到達發現飯店是位於一幢很舊的大廈時，已經開始有心理準備，飯店可能沒有想像中那麼好。到達後，職員告知自助登記入住機壞掉了，所以他連忙幫我辦理手續。態度友善有禮，效率蠻不錯。 但進到房間以後，發覺煙味破重，而且洗手間的污垢黑黑的藏了很久，覺得噁心。我連忙把自己帶來的殺蟲劑噴了整個房間，把一次性床單鋪在他們有污漬的床單上。我也用自己的一次性毛巾，沒有用到他們有着舊污漬的毛巾。所以第一晚睡得不錯。 但不知道第二天發生什麼事，回到房間以後便覺得有東西不斷咬我，皮膚紅腫了一大片。而我的殺蟲劑卻已經用完，所以只能硬着頭皮入睡，但痕癢的感覺久久不退，而且旁邊房間的人晨早六時已經在大吵大鬧。我受不了，連忙在網上尋找另外一間仍可預訂的飯店，連忙搬走了，連原本住在第三晚的房租也沒有跟他們要回。 總結，除非你真的找不到房間居住，否則要等到他們重新裝潢以後，才可考慮這間飯店。
• TAKAYUKI (6/5): - チェックインの際に部屋の準備が出来ておらず待たされた。また、その際にインターホン越しの対応なので、なかなか言葉が通じない状況。 チェックインの機械も日本語対応していたものの説明書きがないので手間取った。 ただ、通りかかった女性のスタッフが丁寧に対応して頂きその後はスムーズにチェックイン出 来ました。それ以外はテレビの故障などありましたが普通に過ごせました。

• ?? (2/5): - ホテルの選択を誤りました 満足できたのはベッドのシーツが清潔だったことと部屋の空調くらい　無人でインターホン越しで、おそらく会話が通じないまま開けてもらえた感じ　中に日本語対応チェックイン機があって、パスポート読み取りしカードキーが発行された 部屋は狭小、テレビが映らない、スリッパなし、内側からドアが開けにくい（閉じ込められたかと思った）、共用バスルームは不安だったので使用しませんでした 無人なので荷物を預けられず翌日は重い荷物を一日持って歩くことに…二度と利用しません

• Verified traveler (2/5): もう泊まることはない - 窓がない部屋にしたが、部屋が汚い。 ベット側だけは綺麗にされていたが、他の壁紙は剥がれ、汚れたまま。 天井にある換気とエアコンをつけるとゴーっとすごい音がする。眠れないのでエアコンを消すが、換気は切れない上に、キュルキュル音が止まない。 しかも、壊れた形跡があり、落ちないように透明なテープで貼り付けてあった。 初日の17時にホテルに戻ったら、まだ清掃がされていなかった。初日から床に落ちていたゴミはそのまま落ちていたし、洗面台に死んでいた蟻は最終日までいた。 2度と泊まらない。

Room was clean and quiet and the location is convenient to three different train line stations, within walking distance of shopping and night markets. Surrounded by many good restaurants for every budget. Front desk staff went out of their way to provide timely answers to our questions. As others have noted, the shower has no curtain, which makes using the toilet an adventure if you don't wipe the floor or commode when your shower is done. WiFi can be spotty or fast depending on the time of day.

• Erica (8/5): Simple but comfy & clean room - The room was simple but perfect for my need, which was a central place to stay on a 1 night stopover in Taipei. I just needed a comfy bed and a place to shower and clean up, and this fit the bill. The room is very simple but really provided everything I needed, a twin bed, a small desk, and a shared bathroom & shower. AC would've been nice but was not necessary with the fan in the room, however my one request / piece of advice would be to provide a top sheet as well as the thick comforter. With only a fan in the room the comforter was way too heavy, but I prefer to sleep covered so a sheet would've made it more comfortable. Front desk staff were great. Even though one guy was new and still figuring things out, he went out of his way to be as helpful and friendly as he could.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 概ね満足 - 中山駅から近いのに、この価格は驚きました。フロントの方も大変親切でした。 お部屋も共用のシャワールームもとても綺麗で清潔感があります。シャワールームには市販のシャンプーとボディソープがあり、助かりました。寝るだけなら充分です。 ただ今回宿泊した部屋はカードキーが壊れていて2、3回タッチしないとうまく鍵がかけられなかったのが残念な点でした。 総合的には良いのでまた1人で台北に来ることがあれば利用したいです。

• Hironie (8/5): - ホテルと言えば、ビル一棟全てがホテルというのを想像していたが、ここは、ビルのワンフロアだけ、しかも構造上、窓のない部屋も存在する（今回は窓ありの部屋だったが）。 MRTの駅からは遠いが、台北ではバスがたくさん走っており、ホテルからだいたい500メートル以内に複数のバス停があり、グーグルマップの経路検索で表示される番号のバスに乗れば良いので、非常に便利。中山の中心部で、飲食店もたくさんあり、観光拠点として便利。 部屋は、必要最低限のものだけでコンパクトにまとまっており、日本のビジネスホテル並みの小さい部屋と同程度を想像すればよい。豪華さは不要で、必要な機能だけ提供してほしい私には、ちょうどよいホテルだった。

• MASAKI (10/5): 次回もここに滞在します。 - 凄く便利な場所でとても動きやすかったです。ホテルの入口は分かりずらいですが、館内はとても綺麗でスタッフもとても親切でした。友達同士の旅行にはピッタリだと思います。友達同士なら一人部屋をおススメします。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Property was a bit difficult to find for someone who has never been there. The entrance does not look like you are entering a hotel. You have to pass through an apothecary to get to the lifts. The lobby of Ours Inn 2 is actually on the third floor. Once you are there, the facility is very clean. Staff is very friendly and greets you when you leave and return. Their English skills are a bit limited, but they tried their best to converse with you. Overall I had a good stay and well worth the price.
• Chang-Chen (6/5): 與訂房資訊不符 - 訂房的時候是一館，但到了櫃檯才說客滿然後被安排到二館，希望hotel平台後續要有機置管理。房間跟公共空間都很乾淨，單人空間而浴室廁所是共用的，以"商務單人房"的概念和這樣的價位(可以訂到次一級飯店的普通雙人房)，卻沒有提供盥洗用品(毛巾牙刷)有點不是很妥當，希望飯店可以重新考慮一下定位和定價。

• jingee (8/5): 혼자 조용한 여행이라면 - 주변에 맛있는 음식점들이 많이 있습니다. 바로 앞에 자전거 대여소가 있어서 지하철타는데까지 자전거 타고 가면 5분내에 다 갈수 있습니다. 주변에 한국 관련된건 없어서 그게 힘드실 수는 있으나, 저는 편히 잘지내다 왔습니다.
• miri (10/5): 만족한 숙소 - 전철은 거리가 있지만 버스어플과 구글지도 어플만 잘 활용한다면 숙소주변에 있는 많은 버스정류장을 활용해 좋은 여행이 될 수 있음. 직원 4명 봤는데 다 친절하고 매일 청소해달라고 했더니 치워주고 잘 채워주고 센스가 있었음. 이 숙소 이용할때는 숙소가 두군대로 나뉘어져 있으니 파트1인지 파트2인지 확인하는게 좋음 그렇게 먼 거리는 아니지만 짐을 들고 이동하기에 가까운거리도 아님 그러니 사전에 잘 확인하는게 좋음. 1층에는 24시간 기념품샾이랑 화장품가게가 잇어서 쇼핑도 용이함. 숙소 옆에 로컬푸드도 잇고 숙소 맞은편에 있는 해산물집도 맛있음. 호텔을 생각하고 간다면 실망할 수 있으나, 가격대비 여행시에는 좋은 숙소라고 생각됨.
• Claire (10/5): Great value, great staff - Great find in Taipei. I must admit it is difficult to find but once inside its a wonderfully clean hotel, nice rooms, great staff and amenities and centrally located. I am staying again upon my return to Taipei.
• Golam (8/5): - This is a nice and decent place to crash and the staff is also helpful and kind. They didn't change sheets so better ask them to make sure they do. Washrooms are kinda small and get wet easily. I chose the windowless room and felt kinda claustrophobic not waking up with any natural light. Also it gets kinda humid quickly. Highly recommend if you just need somewhere clean and temporary to crash a night and are low on budget. But don't go here if you are traveling with your significant other. Location is great. Walkable from Taipei station and Zhongshan and lots of nice places to eat.
• Scott (10/5): Very nice, although compact rooms - Located in the middle of town, about 10 minutes walk from the main train station there are two Oursinn Hotels, both located on the same street, Linsen Road. This one is about 3 blocks further away from the train station. Odd entrance, located in what appears to be a lower floor of an apartment building, you have to watch for the sign on the street as the entrance is hard to notice. Enter a hallway without any signs for the hotel and go to the 3rd floor and the elevator opens onto the lobby. A very nice hotel, comfortable, clean and with high end beddings although the rooms are tiny. Wifi is fast but apparently dependent on usage as it slowed significantly during busy times. The hotel has 3 fire escapes, very nice to have in a town where the hotels on occasion don't have fire escapes at all. Our room didn't have any windows, because of this we slept really late once as no sunlight reaches the room. Lots of food in the immediate vicinity. Helpful, English speaking staff. Highly recommended.
• MH (2/5): - The rooms are very small. The rooms smell awefu. The facilities are either old or broken. The sound insulation is minimum. The prices were sky high. The location is convenient for getting something to eat

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The place was really clean and nice, the room a lot smaller than what they make it look on the picture, the staff very friendly, location is very good too but one can’t tell if it will b on part 1 or 2 which are 2 different locations, overall not bad but a bit less than promised on the pictures

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Hotel! - Nice hotel with good conditions - clean and comfortable. The staff is nice too! Just that it's quite far from the Zhongshan MRT Station, around 15 minutes of walking distance. Just that you need to know which Oursinn Hotel, there are Oursinn 1 and Oursinn 2. Perhaps the hotel should do 2 different review pages for these hotels
• Michael (10/5): Straightforward stay, easy check-in - Quick weekend trip - clean hotel. I checked in quickly around 1am without a problem which was nice after a long day of travel.
• greg (10/5): Good Location and room - VERY nice stay. Hotel is in a great location, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They will send you directions to the hotel in an email, but be careful: Exit 4 is under construction until about June 2018, so use Exit 3, and walk straight ahead, with Exit 4 behind you. Then follow the directions as usual. I will stay there again when I travel to Taipei
• Ann (8/5): Clean but small bathroom - Big room. Small bathroom. Clean. Courteous staff. Walk to mrt was about 10-13 minutes.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Comfort but cleanliness not enough. - The hotel is not far away from MRT station, and the security is well-managed. However, I found a small cockroach on my bed when I woke up in one of my stay. The cleanliness should be improved.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Do not get a windowless room - Water pipe burst in the middle of the night at 5 am, waking everyone up with the fire siren. The management then resettled us in its unlicensed outlet. Oh and def pay more for a room with windows unless you wish to experience solitary confinement. The only upside was that the male staff was nice and professional.
• Ronald (8/5): thumb up - Its lucky cooling weather else seem like the air con is not working.. For all, its quite a good stay... MRT able to walk but not very near.
