• Narayanan (5/5): Don't get away with the photographs on the website. - Staying rooms are in the midst of the trees. Place is quite and outdoors are well maintained. Courteous Staff at the Restaurant, Front Desk and the House keeping. Located away from traffic area. No noise pollution. A small stream of water running close by, not a big attraction but yet adds to the beautiful view. The wooden material used to make the room flooring,walls and ceiling. Fresh food served at the restaurant. Seperate Car Parking space outside the premises but available. Tiny size of the Bath Enclosure. Toilet not smelling but needs stain Free closets. Hot water is insufficient and the water coming out of shower is dead slow. Shows poor Plumbing system. The linen in the Bed is clean but not bright white. The same complaint on the bath Towels. They have such a dull appearance. So dull appearance. We are All Senior citizens and the room allocated in the First floor. Front desk must have considerations. We managed to climb up and down. Breakfast spread should have the Taste of Kerala items. Please provide sign boards atleast 5 kms on the way ahead of the property. Indoor games room is so Small to find it busy All the time. Swimming pools is also so Small to see it. crowded. Sterling property has a standard above rest of the resorts in the Market. Kindly, make it impressive and unique.

Rooms are smaller especially the shower is so tiny. White Towels turned to brown - time to replace with new towels. Dinner was very expensive and it doesn’t worth the money.

Special callout to Angel from Front Desk, Debashish from the restaurant and the security for helping us with the luggage. The property grounds are also nice, close to the river. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast was nice as well. Dirty bed linens and bathroom towels! Got the bed linens and towels changed but the new set of towels were equally bad. The bathroom was ok, but not as clean as you would expect in a reputed resort. The housekeeping staff seem to be doing their best, I believe the neglect here is on part of the management.

The pools are dirty, no control by hotel staff, people with out swimming dress enters The pool ND there is no one to take care....The location of property doesn't seems to be good....apart from suruvani river flowing nearby there is nothing much The property offers, I felt the climate is too normal as in any place in Palakkad...limited food options..and its costly...break fast also roo normal ...and felt rates are too overpriced fir what they provide

Very bad taste. i saw the reviews saying the food is good. But when we went there, we understood that most of the reviews were written by North Indians. They thought they were having proper south Indian food. I feel sorry for them.

• Duff (10/5): Serene setting, unique experience with caring and skilled staff. - The breakfast was varied, fresh and beautifully presented. I think that the staff went out of their way to help me be comfortable. I was particularly impressed with Debasis. Nothing.
