Location a bit difficult to navigate but not too demanding. - Staff "Can Do" attitude-seamless check-in, cleanliness, food at breakfast Smoking area outside adjacent to entryway not good planning. Handicapped paeking spaces considerable distance from entrance. Window air conditioning units loud and would blow cold air directly onto sleeping area without ability to redirect.

Also, I paid more for a "Superior" studio room on Bookings.com and it was the same size room as the regular suite. I could have got it for less by booking with the BonVoy app. Not a big fan of sliding doors on the bathroom, the lock never works. The walk in closet is nice but there is no bar with enough space to properly hang clothes.

- Wendy (10/5): - The room was very spacious! Everything was nice. Nice, clean bathroom. I LOVED the closet area. The breakfast was good with lots of options. It smelled clean and inviting as soon as we entered. Friendly staff at the desk.

- Tiffany (4/5): - Expected better service and cleanliness in this hotel especially since they are serving our military. Front desk personnel were typically solo so if you needed anything (like an extra towel) you had to go down and get it. Lobby area was clean but rooms were quick swipe clean.

We will definitely stay here again. My only negative were the pillows, would definitely bring my own next time, otherwise I would give this place a 10.

- TouringSM (8/5): Very clean and comfortable - The staff here is amazing. Friendly, informative and willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located off I-40 and near a lot of restaurants. Pros: The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby because the beds were so comfortable. THE STAFF! Cons: The room design is weird. The bathroom door is frosted glass which lets light into the room at night when someone uses it. Bad design, Also, the TV is off to the side of where the bed is. Watching is rather odd from the bed. Our toilet wouldn't flush in the first room they gave us and the front desk moved us immediately to a larger room on a higher floor. I'd stay here again because of the staff and the beds.

- Royce (6/5): Nice room, but below average for the money - Most rooms for half the price are better than this. It's a nice place, but it's average for hotels, but charging premium room prices. The towels were rough and really just terrible for a 3 star. It's what I expect at a 2 star. The bed and bedding was ok, really just average. The room itself, was attractive and clean. One thing I can say is that the insulation in the room was perfect. Was about 100 screaming kids in the lobby when I showed up on a Saturday night. So loud, the receptionist and I had to yell at each other to get my information pulled up. Kids were running and yelling through the halls where my room was, but when I closed my door, it was nearly absolute silence. I'm the morning, breakfast was almost what you'd expect. Eggs, sausage, cereal, some fruit, bagels and cream cheese. No bacon, No pancakes, No biscuits and gravy, no toast. I would stay there again but only at $90-$100 including taxes and fees a night, as it's not a $175 room.

They have laundry, which is one reason I booked, but no change available and only one dryer and one washer for the huge hotel. I couldn't do the laundry until a day after I arrived because it was occupied for 4 hours straight. I finally gave up. We were there 3 nights. I asked for clean towels, trash taken out and beds to be made up after our first night and was told we don't do that.because the policy was tgat I was only allowed a refresh after my second night???? The front desk clerk acted like I should know this. However, I was able to take my trash out myself, make my own bed, and bring all my dirty towels to the front desk, and they would give me more. I find this unacceptable. You are in the service industry, and I was under the assumption that I was paying for a room and service. It's very frustrating. I also saw housekeeping staff sitting in the area where the luggage carts are on their phones and in the lobby at the small tables, I assume on break. After the morning shift in the early evening, late afternoon. If you have staff at those hours, why could you not honor my request. In addition, I got service one day for 3 nights. Come on??? The day I was scheduled for service, a housekeeper came to my room at 8 am. We were still there. I was unable to ask her to come back later or ask for our beds to be made due to the language barrier. However, she was very nice and gave us clean towels. Is that what a refresh is? Disappointed, this marriot property did not live up to my brand expectations. I forgot to mention the pool needs attention. Smelled weird strange color. Cabinets in bathroom chipped and peeling. Please see above.

- leek177 (6/5): Stayed here 2 years in a row, this year was not a great experience! - Sports team travelers beware! This hotel has a zero tolerance policy with alcohol in their lobby. Zero, none! Their front desk employee was extremely rude and threatened to kick our entire team block out of the hotel, and call the police because we gathered in the lobby to watch college baseball, and have a drink all because it was downpouring outside. This employee made a huge scene, and treated our entire group of parents like a bunch of kids. Telling us to "go to our rooms"! Our group wasn't loud or causing any issues. This was all around 3pm in the afternoon. This employee referenced the language in our contract, but also went onto say this was a "state law". Funny, the hotel next door knew nothing about this law, and welcomed out team over there to have a drink. Secondly, we were never informed of this when we did the team block. Even after we all left the area, this same rude employee felt is necessary to threaten to charge families full price + additional fees because we were breaking our contract. One of these families threatened, wasn't even part of our hotel block. This employee was just trying to make a point. It took the manager coming out to the front to get things straightened out. Ridiculous! Preface: We've stayed at this hotel now two years in a row during the WCWS. We didn't have this issue last year. Last year the stay was great, rooms were clean, location was great, staff was great. They even let us check out a night early with no penalties which was awesome. We booked this hotel almost a year in advance to ensure we had the same great experience, This year was much different! Outdoor patio furniture is extremely worn, and looks terrible. Rooms & hotel overall was very clean. They had staff cleaning at all times. Room keys/mobile keys were an issue the entire stay. The room keys worked 50% of the time, so you'd have to go to the front desk and get new keys all the time. Mobile keys never worked. Needless to say, we will NEVER be staying at this hotel again. This particular location gives the Marriott brand a very bad name. There are plenty of hotel options in the Del City area, so I'd suggest looking at other locations before you consider staying here.

- Shaymon (6/5): Always Follow Through…. . - They look good when I booked it when I got there it wouldn’t as tidy as it should’ve been, the sofa had stains from the previous stay, the bathroom amenities were not replenished, there were strands of hair throughout the room I kept finding but before I unpack at any hotel, I always check to make sure there’s no bedbugs and there were no big bugs there. The shower was awesome but all that for the price I paid wasn’t worth it.

- Cara (7/5): Nice hotel - I liked the suite. It was very nice! Everything seemed very clean, and I like how they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in case you forget your own even though our conditioner was empty. Nice swimming pool and gym! Beds were hard! It was ridiculous how we had to pay $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry clothes after we already paid $140 to stay there. And then I forgot dryer sheets, so the lady at the front desk charged me $3.00 for 2 little dryer sheets. More than it was to wash a load of clothes. And the breakfast wasn't much. Not even a waffle maker. Most hotels at least have that. There was sausage, eggs, and bagels. 🫤
