She made me feel welcomed and even looked up my Bonvoy membership for me to ensure I earned my points. The only improvement I would suggest is to turn up the hot water temperature and water pressure in the shower. My shower water only got lukewarm.

I drove 6.5 hours and to get there at 6:11 pm to find out you cancelled my room because I didn’t respond to an email you sent me about I needed to pay in full before I get there?! Then you lie to my face and tell me you are the hotel on this side that have vacancy. Lies I went right into the Booking.com site and booked another pay at the property up the street! They never cancelled with Booking either, so had I not called Booking they would have tried to charge me for a no call no Shaw! SMH I’m driving idiots!!! Who checking email on the rd? At the end of the day I was suppose to pay at the property!

• Carla (9/5): It was a lovely stay. - Room size, the bed, pool, and the breakfast. The areas were we could go on the property to relax. The staff was great and I don't remember her name, but she was giving out cake in memory of her grandson Isaiah I believe was his name. She was great helping my grand baby out and when something was wrong it was fix so quick I loved it. There wasn't anything we didn't like, but we did get a scary experience from some guests. Someone act like they were trying to get in the room a couple times. I didn't say anything thing because I wasn't trying to scare my babies no more than they were. So I got them back to sleep the people stopped and we slept wonderfully.

The fact that I could not take a comfortable shower.

We were told that double beds room do not have a tub only the handicap rooms with a king bed. I informed them that when I booked the room it showed double bed with tub. Said new owners and that that combo wasn't available Took the King bed with tub due to wife needs the tub. We get doubles due to my moving around so much keeps wife awake. She ended up making bed on floor. See above notation regarding booking
