• Fabrizio (6/5): Buon monolocale ma...... - Il monolocale si presenta molto carino e confortevole, purtroppo è situato tra la ferrovia e un strada principale a scorrimento veloce quindi abbastanza caotica, se si arriva da Milano bisogna arrivare fino a Como centro (questura) per fare inversione di marcia. Consiglio a persone con buone conoscenze di telefonia (pagamento e apertura porte tramite cellulare) il proprietario non è presente al check in e check out
• Joseph (8/5): Good appartment with slightly tricky key! - The apartment is very clean and comfortable but it is located between a main road in front and railway behind, so it can be bit noisy. It is an automated appartment were you need to do an online check in, download an app on your smartphone to open the gate and the appartment main door, so you will need a smartphone with data connection and bluetooth. If you end up with a flat battery on your smartphone you are in trouble. Altough I beleive there is a way to pay something extra to have a key. We didn't use the kitchen but it seems well built.
• Lucy (8/5): Good for a night out in Como - Very clean apartment. Bit of a pain sorting out how to get in - you have to download an app and open the gate and door using it. However, they texted/ WhatsApp a lot of support including a tutorial on how to use the app. It's on a very busy road but quiet when door shut. A 20 min walk into Como. Great for what we needed - a night out. No soap or shower gel so take your own. We didn't use the kitchen but looked like it was well appointed. Left us a bottle of water in the fridge which was nice.
• Steffen (2/5): - Holder ikke det annonsen lover. Ligger midt mellom togskinner og trafikkert vei. Hagen er bare et filtteppe. Vi valgte å dra med en gang.
• Paul (8/5): - Very comfortable accomadation. Bit of a walk into town (30 mins). Only negative is the train and traffic noise, a bit like the moto gp with all the bikes racing past! Would stay again.

• Ebru (6/5): - While booking this apartment, there is a tiny warning section, almost hidden, that says you have to contact the owner 24 hours before arriving about the time you will arrive. Nonetheless the system allows you to book just on the evening of your stay. So we had to wait almost an hour in front of the apartment outside in the cold before someone could come to check us in. Right at the aparment’s front it is almost a highway and right at its back the railway. So, it is highly noisy. However, the interior seems recently renovates and it was very clean. There were several buses

• stephane (4/5): À éviter - Une route 4 voies et une voie feree se trouve de chaque côté des appartements avec une sirculation sans interruptions Le matelas à ressort se sentent très bien. Un amas de poubelles se trouve derrières les appartements et provoqué une odeur insupportable. À éviter
• Doris (2/5): Schlechteste Unterkunft die wir je hatten - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und dahinter geht ein Zug. Das Zimmer ist 3 km vom See entfernt, wo man keine Chance hat ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wir sind nach 2Tagen enttäuscht abgereist und haben lieber 9 Std. Fahrt in Kauf genommen, als die gebuchte Woche zu bleiben. Eine Reiserückerstattung wäre wohl angebracht aber Niemand fühlt sich zuständig für die Reklamation. Die Telefonnummer in Italien ist nicht zu erreichen. Fühle mich betrogen.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Bon séjour, propre pratique mais un peu bruyant - Bon séjour au Royal Suits Appartment. Pratique car parking et toutes les commodités nécessaires à disposition. Très propre, climatisé et confortable. Légèrement éloigné du centre mais largement faisable à pied et/ou bien desservi. Un peu bruyant car collé à côté de la route principale.
• Steve (8/5): Nice and clean - There are 3 apartments set behind an electronic gate. They are a good size and about 10-15 minutes walk from Lake Como. The owner visited each day and was very attentive and helpful. There is a busy road outside and it's not really set up for sitting outside to eat or drink, but why would you need to with Lake Como down the road. We had a great stay and would come again
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, Frau Tania war super und hatt uns herzlich empfangen und war stets immer für uns da! Die Sauberkeit im Appartement war nicht gut.
• Maurizio (8/5): Bella soluzione in brutta posizione - Ho pernottato una notte con 2 bimbi di 2 anni e mezzo. È un monolocale gradevole, moderno e pulito. L'angolo cottura ha il necessario. C'è un cortiletto recintato esterno dove si parcheggia ed i bimbi possono giocare. Non è troppo distante dal centro. La strada su cui affaccia è molto trafficata, alle spalle passano i treni, di notte pochi.
