- marsjanet (10/5): Wonderul stay - We stayed here for the 5th time and it felt like coming home again. It is so nice to see all the familiar faces every year. Katie and her team deliver hospitality at its best, especially Jen, Katie, German and Sarah. All areas all we kept and maintained. The breakfast area is bright, the food offerings vary daily and are tasty. Yuli, Arely and the other ladies keep everything filled up and clean, it was a pleasure to see them as well every morning. The 2 Bedroom suites have a good size and storage places. They are also clean, although the only minus was that in 10 days there was no vacuum cleaner used. There is also a laundry room which is very useful, now you just use an app instead of having to get a lot of quarters. We already to look forward to our next stay!

Especially Jakayla (the front desk worker on the evening shift and the Manager Kaitlin Gay that worked the morning shift the following day. The room was very nice, clean and accommodating.

Lady name Ariel’s Lopez was so sweet very helpful. My daughter has competitions this season nearby and we have stayed there for the last three times and we love it every single time. The room itself was the nicest suite I've ever seen in a "highway" situation. Well done! It is nothing you can control, but there was a great deal of cigarette smoke in the lobby area. I saw no one smoking, so I assume it came inside in the hair and clothing of smokers.

- Victoria (10/5): - The front desk person went above and beyond, we were celebrating my daughter’s 9th birthday and she gave her a birthday card, which really made her day and she thought was so cool. She’s gone on to tell our entire family the hotel for a card just for her birthday. It was something so simple but so sweet and really meaningful. I wish I could remember her name! She was there when we checked in and she also checked us out! Anyways, huge thank you to her. No complaints

- BailesinAL (10/5): Great Experience Every Time - Our family has stayed at this hotel the week of Thanksgiving several times and it is always a great experience. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good (go early if possible). The front desk staff and the breakfast staff never failed to greet us when we arrived and wish us a good day when we left. The room was clean, location is great although the Blvd does get very busy on Black Friday so plan accordingly. We had no issues with traffic. Note that Rooms ending in 04,06, 08, 10 face the boulevard and you can watch the sunrise over the Speedway. Very pretty.

- Michelle (9/5): Great Hotel would stay here again! - 4 min drive to The Dirt Track!! Was given option to select which floor we would like our room on when checking in. Room was as expected; it was nice to have full size fridge, stove, and dish washer in the room. Easy parking and access to building with key cards. Staff member Gen was amazing with helping us unexpectedly needing to extend our stay another night. She always greeted us with a smile and willing to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast could have had better options but it was a busy, full house weekend with racers and fans staying. Breakfast area was very small (which is usual for hotels) but with as many people that was at breakfast it was hard to maneuver around.

- Kameshnie (10/5): - Hotel location, facilities and amenities was great and met our short stay in Charlotte. The staff and service provided was excellent. Close to lot of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The room was spacious and bonus to have a kitchen. It served our purposes for a quick visit. I would definitely stay here again👍

- Robert (10/5): - Everything was great except for two items. 1. The in-room coffee maker was broken. 2. The "free breakfast" was pretty much the generic type that you might get at a lesser hotel chain. At these prices you should get fresh scrambled eggs and actual sausages and real bacon. The fake bacon and soy sausage took away from the experience. Otherwise the facilities and staff were excellent. Thankyou for your attention to these minor issues.

- Susan (8/5): Great place to stay near PNC music pavilion and the Charlotte speedway. - The hotel is new and the rooms (suites) are large. It is a short drive from the PNC music pavilion.

- Jatinkumar (4/5): - Our room’s bathroom got clogged on second evening. I asked for help and they handed over plunger which I am not supposed to do. I did it but didn’t help. So they told me they can ask their plumber to do next day until we have to use first floor general toilet which is lame excuse . We asked them to give us different type of room we will adjust they we had new room even though we had paid more for better room.
- lchjr (10/5): Another Very Good Stay at a Homewood Suites - We have stayed in many Homewood's, and found this chain to be one of the best for spacious rooms (suites) and overall service. This one is located just a mile or so from Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Concord Mills outlet mall. There are a great number of restaurants just a short driving distance from the hotel (mostly comfort food and fast food places). Our two room double queen suite was, as expected, very nice---two TV's, nice walk-in shower, etc. The free breakfast was fine, fitness room good, and there is a nice outdoor pool. One unique feature here is that they have a basketball court outside. Overall, another very nice stay at a Homewood.

- Michael (10/5): We had 4 people in 2 rooms and we all highly recommend this hotel - Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were very clean & modern. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was very good also. We were there for a show at the PNC Music Pavilion, which was a 7 minute drive away. Also conveniently located to shopping and Charlotte Speedway was a walkable distance away. The price was also great.
- Kayla (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, spacious, felt safe, and had an amazing huge variety included breakfast with our stay. We stayed here because we needed a room that had 3 sleeping areas in one suite, and it did not disappoint!
