• Sylwia (10/5): The people make the difference. - The hotel is beautiful: the rooms are spacious, have balconies, and some even come with kitchens. But what truly makes the difference are the people. Friendly, attentive, and helpful — we were always greeted with a smile (except for one lady at breakfast), and all our wishes were fulfilled. I especially want to mention Carlos and the lady at the bar from Argentina, whose name I unfortunately don’t know. They made our stay even more special. Housekeeping was also excellent and surprised us with thoughtful little details. The only downside was that breakfast was not served as a buffet, which was a bit challenging for my little ones. Fortunately, a solution was found for that as well. I would like to thank the entire team for the wonderful stay. If we come back to Los Cabos again, we will definitely return to your hotel.
• Max (6/5): A short stay and the last for awhile. - By far my favorite property in Cabo. However, with the new pet fee of $50 a night, I won’t be staying nearly as often as I had been. When a room is $140 with breakfast to add $50 a day is way to much. Charge by dog size if there have been problems. Mine is 9 pounds and we always cover the bed. Other than the bowl and dog bed I don’t a maid has even noticed she was there. Very disappointing . Pool. Amenities. Location. Normally the staff.

That's exactly where I will stay the next time I'm in Cabo. I loved the location and the neighborhood. I felt really safe. I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. • Rachel (8/5): Great Value & Close to Medano Beach - We loved the value and close proximity to Medano Beach, the marina, Walmart, and lots of dining options. The staff was mostly great. Especially Matias, Carlos, and one of the restaurant managers whose name I didn’t get. It’s a little loud around the resort. AC compressors, the fire and police stations with occasional sirens, a night or 2 of loud music heard from downtown. But only if we opened the slider or windows or were in the balcony.

That a huge tour group of spring breakers arrived, took all the towels and took over the pool throwing the ball from the 5th floor to the pool and waking me up yelling at 3am. • BG_SG (9/5): Hotel im Zentrum von Cabo San Lucas - schönes Hotel an sehr guter Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Schöne helle Zimmer (ab Geschoss 3, Geschoss 2 auf Poolhöhe), guter großzügiger Fitnessbereich für Hotelgäste inklusive, schöne Balkone vor Zimmer, sehr gute Zimmerreinigung, richtiger Kühlschrank im Zimmer (kein Miniaturmodell!). Sehr gute Frühstückszeiten von 07.00 bis 11.30. Früchstück im angegliederten Restaurant völlig inkompetent und unprofessionell, anfangs à la carte, die weiteren war Tage Buffet. Speisen gut, aber Personal total unkoordiniert. Auf einem Tisch fehlen Löffel, auf dem andern Gläser und so weiter. Dafür rennen sie bei Buffetbetrieb laufend mit Kaffee rum und wollen Fruchtsaft nachschenken, was jeder selber machen könnte. Aber jedem Gast bei inkludiertem Frühstück die 0-Peso-Rechung bringen in Erwartung für Trinkgeld, das klappt dann hervorragend! Einfach nur peinlich und schade für alle guten Seiten des Hotels .....

• Estelle (9/5): Bel hôtel, excellent petit-déjeuner - Bel hotel avec une belle piscine de taille moyenne et un personnel très sympathique et serviable. La chambre était assez grande, assez similaire à ce qu'on trouve au Mexique en général. Le vrai plus c'est le petit déjeuner à la carte inclus. C'était excellent et avec une présentation très soignée. Très bon cocktail au bar de la piscine également. On a beaucoup aimé la margarita de bienvenue, ce n'est pas partout qu'on a ça. Assez bien situé à 10 mn de la plage et de la marina. Mais assez éloigné pour ne pas trop entendre le bruit des bars et discothèques. Rien en particulier. Mais ils pourraient améliorer la décoration des chambres et du lobby pour donner plus de charme.
• LeePetaluma (8/5): Good value hotel in Cabo San Lucas - A really good value for cost! Location is in a commercial rather than attractive area. But it is in walking distance to marina and old town. Pool area is quiet but nice. Good pool bar. The decor is plain.. nothing fancy. Room the same, but on plus side, it is large with lots of draw space. Staff is very good. • Philip (8/5): Exceptional staff….most everything in walking distance. - The facilities were spotless . Hand down the most accommodating staff in all of our 6+ visits to the Cabo area. The bedding was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. In our estimation it all needs to be replaced. If we were there to party, we wouldn’t care…but the older set may be unhappy.

• Mark (10/5): Great stay at Medano Suites ! - We just finished a wonderful one month stay at Medano Suites and loved it. The location was perfect close to Medano Beach and downtown. Our Jr suite was clean , comfortable, and ideal for a long stay. We used the pool a lot and also went to the beach often. Breakfast was a highlight, and Carlos was a fantastic waiter friendly, attentive and always welcoming.After a month, it truly felt like home.We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Nothing

• Beverly (9/5): Be prepared to exceed your expectations! - I was prepared for “acceptable” but I got exceptional! An attractive, modern, meticulous property. Location is very good, it has an easy safe walk 1 block to the beach, it has very clean and well appointed rooms, bonus the restaurants Chinese food at fat boys, and the main restaurant were both exceptional. The atmosphere was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. Nothing
