- Laplesa (3/5): Disappointed. Would not stay again. - The price I paid. The lobby was nicely renovated. We got in at 10:30pm and were exhausted after a6 hour drive. Room was dirty. It was not vacuumed, swept, or mopped. We didn’t even have towels. When I asked the lady said it would be an hour. My husband went down the next morning and the gave him 3 towels and hand towels. They were out of face rags. Upon inspection they actually gave us the floor towels as our bath towels. The lady at night was not pleasant to talk to. The area around air condition was broken as well as upon entrance into the room it was a musty smell. The area has alot of run down hotels, buildings boarded up and homeless walking around.

I guess that is why it was cheaper Probide the amenities you advertise online. At least sone coffee.

I was approved for early check-in which they had no regulation of The room I was given was not the size I asked and paid for The second room I was put in was not clean the toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in years the floors were disgusting it was hard to get anyone to the service desk I had to stand outside walk around the building looking for someone to let me in while calling the front desk and no one answered until until an existing guest accident I walked through still had to wait at the service desk ringing the doorbell looking and asking strangers for who works at the desk

- Emily (1/5): Worst experience would rate a zero!!!!!! - The beds Key entry to the main entrance to the lobby. There was a gust behind the desk trying to book his own room. The first room we got was filthy second room we got had no trash can no towels very small pillows. Lamps didn't work in the room. A guy was sleeping in his car we thought maybe he had a medical problem but he said he was going through withdraw.....everyone was nice and there was no break fast as stated at the hotel and online so false advertising. If you went to set on the patio the gate wouldn't open and the door is key entry but didn't work we had to climb over the fence and get to the front. House keeping came in our room at 5pm thinking our room was vacant . Overall the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel and I'm pretty sure it's a no tell motel now.

- Nakita (2/5): Will not be my first second nor third choice to stay again. - Nothing I arrived at this hotel and had to change to 4 different rooms before they got it right. The first room assigned to me, something was wrong with the lock, proceeded downstairs to check with front desk, she was brand new to the hotel, she had to call management about all these incidents happening, instead of putting a new comer on her own the second night of employment was insane, that is poor management like the hotel stay. My second room was horrible, room wasn’t cleaned, rust in the bottom of tub and found a dirty sock behind the door of bathroom. No towels or tissue. Changed to my third room that took me another 20 minutes, couldn’t get in that one either, I eventually got one on the upper floor, it was supposed to be a suite, it wasn’t sweet but it was decent. No sodas or chips or candy in the entire hotel to buy, no snacks period. Management never showed up to assist her or repair locks. Besides all the chaos the front desk representative was sweet and patient and kind. I think that was the best part of my 2 nights there. I wouldn’t stay there again unless it was free and on the top level where it was cleaner. Isn’t worth my coins again.

Although the hotel claims to be smoke-free, the entire floor reeked of strong cigarette smoke. The smell was unbearable and made the room feel suffocating throughout the night. My children were coughing badly and couldn’t sleep properly. In the morning, I tried to speak with the manager, but she said she wasn’t aware of the issue and offered no solution or apology. This kind of environment is unacceptable, especially for families with kids. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay.

NO COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST - The hall way was very clean and quiet The lady with the RED HAIR acted as if she was in a bad mood… I asked for towel to clean the bath tub which was horrible, she kept telling me one moment, went back 2 hours later, one minute… My husleft and came back no one was at the front for 30 minutes.. Didn’t get any fresh towels until the next morning.. Not to mention we didn’t have any toilet paper

The staff being away from desk at random times so you have to wait at the door for someone to walk out. There’s moldy water spots on the ceilings. The mirror light in our bathroom didn’t work. The AC/Heater smelled kinda funky, probably hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.

- Chris (2/5): - You know there's a problem when you have to knock to gain entry to the lobby at 5:00 PM. 1st room I was given was terrible. Tile portion of floor was sticky; bathroom light did not work; tub was rusty; weird stains and blobs on the walls; fire alarm was missing battery; I know this because the battery chamber was stick out, sans battery; all the metal in the room was rusty; the AC cover was broken, the furniture was broken, the mini fridge was missing and there was mold growing where it used to be. There was dirt and debris around the bedstand. The second room was marginally better, still disgusting. The pool was closed for "renovation." Staff was friendly but clueless. Breakfast was a joke. Do not recommend.

Went to my room and it looked as if someone was fighting the bathroom window was cracked and the latch on the room door was broken. Went back to the front and advised the clerk and went to another room. Checked the door to make sure nothing was wrong. And it checked out fine at the time. We them went out that day and can't back at night say in the truck and the new clerk was watching out the window as if something was going on., later a car pulls up in front of the hotel and we get out to go in and we get to our room and the latch wasn't working believe me we pay attention. We will NEVER EVER COME BACK

I asked her where was the bathroom while she was checking me in i was on the road for five hours and she told me it was locked! And the front door was locked when i was trying to get in to be checked in ! The stairs was full of trash ! It was a best western plus we would stay here then it was actually a nice property when it was franchised bbut whomever has it now don't give a f*ck how it looks !

So I left and did not return. The pool was algae infested and was looking more like a pond that was unkept. This also is in a bad part of town. The hotel next door had drug dealings in the parking lot. I would not stay here or recommend this hotel until it gets cleaned up. I can't comment on the room as I never made it that far.

- Melissa (2/5): Room 222 was FILTH! Never again - Well, the girl who checked us in was RUDE. She said no early check-ins even with me asking to pay the fee. Get into the room, NO LIGHT BULBS!!! Bathroom mirror doesn't work, no bath towel, floor wasn't vacuumed and the mirror wasn't wiped. The coffee pot had ashes in it. Absolutely TRASH! We ended up leaving after check-in and seeing the room.

- Ariana (6/5): - We just needed a place to sleep while waiting for our grandchild's arrival. Didnt have enough towels in room Was given keys to a room that was already occupied. That was fixed. Breakfast wasnt done until 7. Smelled of marijuana in hall in morning.
