- Wendy (6/5): Good location - Great location close to convention centre, Southwark and the city centre. Spacious apartment. Bathroom needs a good clean, there is mould in the grout. Also a handle on the wall to help climb out of the bath would be useful to avoid slipping. Unfortunately there is a construction site directly outside the apartment, starting at 7:00am every day except Sunday. Reception does provide earplugs if required.

Very close to Convention Centre, lots of little bars and cafes close by Couple of niggly maintenance issues. One bedside lamp not working due to faulty switch, which was reported but not repaired in our time there. Hot water was off one afternoon without warning, right when we were preparing for Graduation.

The apartment seemed a bit run down - lots of scuff marks and the noise from the construction site was annoying on Friday night and Saturday morning.

The apartment is very roomy but located next door to building works. Ok if youre not wanting to sleep in during the week. The pool was not heated and I thought it would be. There is a great kitchen but bring your own salt and pepper, tongs, oil and a sharp knife if you want to cook.

- Lynda (8/5): Great location but apartment needs some upgrading - The location is great, right near West End restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The view from higher floors is fabulous. The apartment was not very clean, dusty and smudges on furniture and the tv. Also, the kitchen was poorly equipped with only one all-purpose knife, no paring knife, no scissors. The bed in the second bedroom was lumpy and the bed in the main bedroom was hard. The so-called smart tv was very old and we were not able to access Netflix despite having our own account. We reported this to reception and the maintenance guy came but was not able to help.

- Sally (8/5): Very convenient location for everything South! - Fantastic location - easy walk to everything we needed! We locked our key in the room and the staff were lovely about taking us up and letting us in. No one was there when we arrived so had to wait a while to unload bags and get car parking sorted. Balcony furniture was a table and one broken chair - not great m. The sofa was very uncomfortable / probs my needs an upgrade.

- Susan (10/5): Queensland adventure - Good apartment, good range of equipment for basic cooking, but didn't plan to do much on holiday. Good location, easy walk to bus, train and the waterfront. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Good to have access to the pool area, it's small so need to pick your timings. Very responsive when we reported a faulty light, repaired in less than 30 minutes. Dishwasher needs to be secured, it tips forward too easily and could be a problem if lots in it.

Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment itself was not very good and it appeared quite worn and in need of some maintenance. With some improvements and better upkeep, it could be a much nicer place to stay.

- Tahlia (3/5): - Door to my room couldn't lock and when this was raised with the duty manager / reception team after hours (given reception was closed) I had to spend 3 hours on calls before being relocated to another property (atlas). I had finished a huge day of work from 6pm, had not eaten and I could not stay the night or even leave my room till the door was fixed or acknowledged. It was a huge safety concern for me. When i was finally told I could move to another location, the duty manager did not apologies or say sorry when taking me up to my room, i felt like i was almost like a burden to him?? Mind you it took 3 HOURS for them to get the duty manager on the phone, inspect my room and lock, and multiple calls for me ask them what they're going to do about the situation. I also had to constantly re-tell them my booking and name which was annoying. The team on the phone were apologetic, but it really put my experience in bad taste.

- Teena (1/5): The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. - WORST HOTEL EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE! We were staying for a work conference as three guests in a two bedroom apartment, and from the moment we arrived, the apartment was stiflingly hot and smelled strongly of mould and sewage. One bedroom had no air conditioning and the other bedroom’s air conditioning wasn’t working, with no one sent to fix it, there was black mould on the bathroom ceiling, and the tap water smelled so bad we had to buy bottled water just to brush our teeth. When we complained, staff showed little concern and simply offered a refund if we checked out despite it being last minute during a conference and extremely difficult to find alternative accommodation. The worst stay we’ve ever experienced. This property was absolutely filthy and unsafe, and should not be operating as accommodation. The overwhelming stench of sewerage and damp mould was constant and nauseating, the apartment was unbearably hot with no functioning air conditioning in either bedroom, and visible black mould covered the bathroom ceiling, leaving all of us feeling unwell with sore throats each day. Hygiene was completely neglected with stained towels, dirty surfaces, rubbish left under the beds, and facilities that clearly had not been properly cleaned. It was only after speaking with multiple angry guests and seeing numerous complaints that we discovered the building had recently flooded, information that was never disclosed before our stay despite the high price we paid, and staff were dismissive, indifferent, and unwilling to assist beyond suggesting we check out last minute during a busy conference period.
- Carole (1/5): WORST STAY SO FAR. - Location to centre good. Customer service was awful. Manger grumpy and rude. Twin room booked. Given a 2 bed apartment instead but the second room had a water leak. This bed was soaked. When I told reception the rude staff member said I had only booked a one bed apartment so shouldn’t be using the other bedroom anyway! The carpets were very stained and the room looked tired. Only one bedroom had air conditioning which was the flooded room. The other bedroom had a ceiling fan only. By far the worst was the building works next door to the hotel. These started at 6.30am every day except Sunday. Sadly the worst accommodation booked this trip of over 20 different accommodations. A shame as we have not experienced this kind of service at any other accommodations. Nearly all are interested in having a conversation about your travels. CLLIX needs to give the manager some customer service training.

Still waiting on security pre authorisation to be returned 7 days later, parking fee is steep

- Serina (3/5): Horrible smell - The location was great, fish lane was close by and lots of different restaurants The level I was staying on smelt horrible, I had to hold my breath every time I had to leave the room to catch the lift. The apartment itself had a weird smell and as there were no screen doors, I wasn't able to air it out very well. My fire alarm kept going off a day after they had apparently been inspected (very loud whooping sound) but was told no one could come and check on them and it was just the battery going flat (even though that's a low beeping sound)
