Stayed for 4 weeks - it would have been nice with more hangers, kitchen utensils and hooks in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen were a bit outdated. As we were 5 adults in the apartment, we missed armchairs in the living room (there were only one sofa) Wondered why there were so many TV channels, but not a single English speaking channel.

Also, the price is reasonable. we can also can get the good view from the river and it's safe. Moreover, it is really close to 7-11 which we can walk around no more than 200 meters.

Happiness22861953697 (8/5): Good for price - We booked a 3-room apartment for 5 nights but could only stay in 3 out of the 5 as for the first two nights the room needed maintenance. Overall the stay was good. It is an old hotel but the amenities are good enough. We don’t spend much time in the apartment anyway as we were out enjoying Songkran.

Although lated check in, in the midnight, bur very warm welcome from all staffs :) Absolutely loved my stay at The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel’s atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was amazing! Plus, it’s in a great location, making it easy to go to my early morning event. Would definitely stay here again!

You get all amenities like swimming pool , gym, sports court etc. The staff are quite helpful and polite. The room is very spacious and have all amenities one can look for. With an amazing view.

Barrault (6/5): Un peu déçu par l'accueil - L'équipement de la cuisine est minimal. Pas d'ouvre cannette ou de tire bouchon, de couteau et de torchon pour s'essuyer les mains. Le confort de la literie est très bien. L'amabilité du personnel est moyen et celle du personnel de la piscine est exécrable. Dommage. Par contre, le personnel du restaurant est très aimable et poli. Aux alentours, il n'y a pas beaucoup de solutions de restauration proches. La piscine est très grande et semble bien entretenue. La vue sur le fleuve est sympa.

The meeting room had all we needed and the service was very good. My family also came and the kids enjoyed the outside area--pool, playground, basketball court.

Food was great, I had access to all the nice amenities including a pool on the second floor, gym, very nice view over the Chao Phraya River. I will definitely recommend and come back too.
Michael (8/5): - Overall it was nice, out of the tourist areas. There were plenty of places to find food, most shopping spots were a 15 to 30 minute drive. The hotel was clean and quiet, the maid was excellent. However our AC stopped working about 7 days in to our 3 week stay and I called the front desk to report it. They said they would send maintenance up to fix it but no one ever came and for the last 2 weeks of our stay there was no AC in the living room area of our room. Luckily the AC in the bedroom still worked so it was only a minor problem.

The restaurant was good value and a great selection of western and Thai cuisine. The condo with the two rooms is large and comfortable.

morir399 (2/5): Customer service 0 star - Very very unhappy with the customer service. I made a booking yesterday SEP 26, and I paid a deposit. I didn't notice I made a mistake with the date, so instead of 5 night next week, I booked one night same say as booking day. Not sure how that happened but it did. So I called them next day early morning as soon as I noticed the mistake, and they asked me to email them. No reply for few hours and I called the again and again, and I asked a Thai friend to talk to them in Thai. All I was asking was to correct the wrong day and I wanted to refund 1600 baht that I paid as deposit and pay the rest of the fee for correct days. Unfortunately after few times calling them and talking to the manager, they refused to refund and their policy is the deposit is non- refundable. With respect to their policy, in some situations like this you need to have a better customer service as a 3.5-4 star hotel. If I wanted to book for SEP 26, I should have shown up n check in, which I obviously didn't, and they had my number and email, but they didn't contact me to see why I didn't check in??? You might not like it but it's nothing but a rip off and cheating. Very unhappy. Not recommended at all. SEP 27,2024.

JungHo (2/5): - Big cockroaches found two days in a row. Do not book here if you are afraid of those. We stayed at room number 1903 for 3 nights(1st to 3rd of Feb). The superior two bedroom size was good enough for 4 people and kid but added extra bed. The every pictures showing from their website I would say easily 50 years old. Walls have moulds and the rooms smells just like 100 years old haunted house. There's no built-in closet, they have the closets you would found on the free-on-street pick ups. I stored my clothes there I have to wash it next day cause the bad smell of the closet just soaked to all my clothes. Showers are with old faded blinds of course, toilet seats are all faded to yellow, carbon & soap scums were everywhere. Air-conditioner is so old that the filter needs to be cleaned as we instantly smell something unpleasant as soon as we switched on. They got cooktops & fridges but of course you would find those for free on Gumtree or Craigslist. I dared to use utensils or anything cause just they don't look clean. Also if you sit on couch you will instantly have dust wrapping around your pants so beware of it. The most shocking part was the cockroaches. 2nd night my sister found cockroach crawling around and killed it. 3rd night, we saw it and it disappeared. We decided to just review here instead of asking the staff to do something cause we know they can't do anything and didn't want to ruin our holiday vibe. But it was shocking those roaches can live on 19th floor so

Intact I had to go to reception to complain and show the picture of what I was expecting from the website. Then offer me an upgrade with no extra cost which the room was a lot bigger and did have a view looking towards the river and the swimming pool. They also showed me an apartment that would of cost me an extra £35 a night and that was very bad all the rooms and apartments very tired and old definitely in need of a refurbishment! The breakfast was the same everyday and very basic just ok ! The outside space was the best a lovely swimming pool and garden also a good gym, also the approach to the hotel was good and the staff were friendly and would try to help.

The river ferries are quite handy, the bts rail system less so but is accessible via taxi. Well priced and suited our purpose well

R Hutchinson (10/5): quiet and peaceful - I enjoyed my stay at the Riverine place very peaceful nice view over the river I would definitely advise people to stay here. But the only bad point is location you need to get taxi everywhere and with the bangkok traffic it can be a bit much.
