- Dempster (5/5): Good for a one night to see the Cameron Highlands. - Great location. 8 minutes walk from the Tanah Raya bud station. The street also has a large selection of eateries.
The shower was hot, accessible from the room. The staff provided toast and jam for breakfast plus coffee and tea 24-7. The beds were hard and had not been flipped regularly so you could feel the wear. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.
Additionally the water filter in the hotel didn’t work, you were able to refill your bottle at their sister hostel down the road so this is a minor issue.

- Amira (4/5): - Bilik berbau. X safety sebab kunci bilik rosak, hanya boleh kunci guna kunci tombol sahaja. Sekali kena tendang terus terbuka. Dah bagitau owner tapi dia kata xpa sbb masih boleh kunci guna tombol. Tidur malam xlena sbb takut ada orang masuk. Air panas pun x berfungsi. Sekejap je panas lepas tu terus sejuk. Remote tv pun dah habis bateri. Tuala yg diberikan dah nampak sangat uzurnya.

- Mike (1/5): Inhumane - We arrived and it was cold, damp, and dirty! We immediately contacted Booking.com, but they weren't able to help us, so we stayed three nights with our small children. We noticed that when the rooms were cleaned, the red blankets weren't washed, but simply folded up for the next guests. They smell and feel like that, too. The pillows and mattresses are black with other people's sweat! Many thanks to Booking.com for their continued support and the great experience during our vacation. Simply sad.
- Julia (7/5): Comfortable stay in good location - Great room in a great location. Breakfast was included (simple bread with butter and jam), and there’s free coffee and tea at all times. The room was comfortable and good temperature, but our window faced the common area with no glass but it still felt private since it had curtains. The WiFi was not too great, and we had to go to the common areas to access it.

- Kelly (7/5): A very good value budget option - This is a really good budget accommodation. Rooms 4/5 face a not too busy road and have small balconies with a sofa chair, lovely when the weather is sunny. Rooms 8/9 the same though they face the back shopping centre. It’s very green but not off putting. The plants are a lovely addition. Free hot/cold water and toast/jam for breakfast. Great location in tanna Rata and very good value for money. It was a little damp, the shower was cold (please rectify this, it will make such a difference to the stay!) and the beds were hit and miss for comfort. Unwashed blankets will never compete with duvets which can be washed.
- Bonett (5/5): Passable - Location Place needs a good renovation
- Elizabeth (4/5): Disappointing - I booked 2 single bed n double bed but I got double bed and bunk bed, difficult with kids
- Suriati (8/5): Very good - Facilities is good, got surau, the toilet is muslim friendly got pail n dipper, water pressure is good,tv with suffice channel No breakfast during my 2nd day of staying, maybe run out of bread at 9pm, also water heater is not so hot even at the max level, iron is not properly functioning, the queen bed is dented at the centre, wifi is slow at night when everybody is in... No
