The reception lady is arrogant and doesnot speak well . We come to enjoy the holiday with family paying so much money. If they cannot provide good service all money is waste. We will not suggest to anybody in future. please improve.

The resort is huge and even has its own water park, which was a lot of fun. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to upgrade us to a room with plenty of sunlight, which we appreciated since we were traveling with a baby. The garden and open spaces were perfect for our little one to walk around and explore. We had all our meals at the resort, and the food was consistently good. Overall, a lovely place to stay with great hospitality.

Trying to place a room service order when the dining hall looks so so crowded, the call was not getting picked and when we called the reception, they barely listened. I understand that there are big groups but that is none of our concern. Each guest is as important. If you are a small family , stay away from this place.

The rooms were really spacious and clean. They were more than worth the money we paid. I went with my extended family of 28 people and the staff along with Sujith and Rani, handled our stay beautifully. They gave us 6 interconnected rooms which we really appreciated as a family. Sujith was really sweet and helpful. They provided us an early check in on request and that felt nice. The only hiccup we faced was with the food. We had asked for an additional dinner. I thought it was slightly overpriced for the spread they provided. The complimentary breakfast on the other hand was really good. The pool is huge and they have a great indoor games setup. Water seeps inside the games room when it rains really heavily. They could maybe fix that. Also, windows could use a little bit of cleaning on the outside to help get a better view.
