- Stefania (7/5): Relax in natura - Innanzitutto la disponibilità e la cordialità dei proprietari che ci hanno permesso di effettuare il check-in in tarda mattinata seppur non fosse previsto. Buona la posizione seppur appartato in una stradina per cui molto silenzioso anche la notte. Discreta la colazione con prodotti tutti fatti in casa. Parcheggio privato con cancello. In mezzo alla natura con alcuni animaletti simpatici per i bambini. È presente anche un piccolo frigo in camera. La luce della stanza era un pò fioca seppur durante la giornata dalla finestra entra un bellissimo sole. Il bagno un pò stretto ma con tutto il necessario.

Camera accogliente e simpaticamente arredata. Migliorabile nei particolari. La camera necessiterebbe di qualche piccola dotazione in più per una maggiore praticità, tipo una panchetta per valigie, mensola per le cose da bagno e appendi o porta asciugamani.

La struttura è accogliente, curata nei dettagli e situata in una posizione ideale per esplorare la zona. La camera era pulitissima, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. La colazione è stata uno dei punti forti: abbondante, varia e preparata con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, sempre gentili, disponibili e pronti a dare consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chi cerca un luogo tranquillo, pulito e gestito con passione. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Gli animali da cortile vicino agli alloggi sono stati veramente una bella distrazione per la nostra bambina, così ci siamo potuti rilassare un po' anche noi. Spero che non sia letta come una critica, ma trovare qualche cuscino un po' più rigido sarebbe stato bello. Anche un po' di cura in più per gli esterni renderebbe magnifica la struttura.

The room was nice and clean. This was a business trip, so I need a VAT invoice with my company details. Despite the accommodation being in VAT system (which is obvious from the reservation details), and having "providing invoice" listed under facilities, I have not yet received the invoice that I have requested multiple times. I was given a receipt, and promised the invoice would arrive later, but I am still waiting for my invoice. Should the invoice be provided, I will update my review and review score as soon as I receive the invoice.

Apartment was a good base for us, near to wedding venue, the beach and pretty towns and villages. Basically equipped but clean. Anything missing was provided quickly when requested. Lovely area with animals and fresh fruit. Basic accommodation but would recommend. Only negatives were, it was not equipped for the amount of beds provided. Kitchen equipment very basic and need updating, and pillows etc. If you are going by car bring your own.

But before we met him we felt very meh about the place which was for an overnight before our flight as the property felt more like a motel with outside doors and deadbolts. I can't say the surroundings are charming nor the last bit of drive there. It was fall, perhaps summer is a bit more inviting. Host was super attentive, arrange check-in, few items we needed, breakfast was great with homemade sweets. Overall good memories because of him.

This winery gives you actual insights and gives you a proper feeling what it’s like to stay at a winery. Mind you the place isn’t a modern style winery room with fancy stuff. This place that gives you pure traditional family grown wine experience. You can’t beat the price for the room and the wine is great. If I ever come back to Italy .. I will definitely plan another stay here.!

- Nadezda (8/5): Good for one night, close to the airport. - The staff was polite and gave me all needed instructions how to check-out by myself at late night. The location was perfect for me as it was 30 minutes ride from the airport, so I quickly got to the toll-road from there. Also there is a big parking near the house. The room was clean and equipped with anti-mosquito thing. The area is quiet. No conditioner in the room, and it was really hot outside. At night was already okay, but in the evening there was only one option to sleep with the open window. And even that was too hot. I mean for one night stay, as in my case, it was okay, but for at a long stay you will die in day time.

The hosts were friendly and helpful although we arrived late. Pretty vineyard and surroundings. Very nice breakfast. It could use a few repairs here and there and a little updating but for the price we were very happy.

- Lizanne (9/5): Superb - For us it was a more authentic type of stay. The only complaint is that it was difficult to get to and from anything, but would have been ideal to have a vehicle. It is a good 35 min walk to the nearest town, on a road that does not feel very safe to walk (narrow, no shoulders, fast moving vehicles). Otherwise, it is a comfortable and quiet space to unwind.
- Yelena (6/5): Unpleasant stay in the smelly apartment - Separate entrance to apartment, nature around. The smell was very unpleasant as somebody smoked in the bedroom. Noisy air-conditioning. Not a comfortable bed. No warm water.

- Joseph (2/5): Disappointed travelers - The surrounding area had many historical attractions and the small towns we're quaint. We had booked a two bed apartment, which was changed last minute for a dirty, smelly one bed with sofa bed 1 by 1, so no living space. Other guests said they also had bookings changed with poor excuses. Our "kitchen" was minimal and in a cupboard, not functional. Barely any utensils, not even a bottle opener and it is a vineyard. There were no amenities and staff only present for a couple of hours a day. Honesty is the best policy, they shouldn't advertise rooms which they have obviously double booked, then cheat their guest. Very disappointed. Compared to other agricola / agriturismos this was just not good enough for the price.

- Christina (9/5): Perfect place to relax and start our travels of Italy. - Beautiful, country location. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Wish we had more time to explore the farm. You need to have a personal car for this area. Walking is not really possible on the narrow roads (no side walks).
- Marte (8/5): quiet, beautiful location in walking distance to Cerveteri - Nice and helpful staff who will do their best to make your stay comfortable Homemade cakes for breakfast and some other items like fruit, bread, cheese and ham Good wine Quiet and peaceful location Well functioning aircondition Had my own little apartment in a separate building, with a small patio Lovely garden and surroundings Nice view and lovely sounds from birds and bees in the garden Apartment was probably clean, but somehow it didn’t feel TOTALLY so because there was all kinds of insects dead and alive inside (not so much in the bedroom fortunately. Bedroom felt fresh and comfortable). The mousquito-nets in front of the windows could probably be more modern/ fit better as insects seemed to get past it and maybe it’s an old building all together which makes it harder to keep insects out. I learned to ignore it though, spent most of the day outside and had faith in the geckos to take care of them. It’s a farm anyway, and I suppose one have to expect some creatures there, living in one with nature, and ovner has insect poison etc. available. Wi-fi didn’t work inside, and was poor outside, but I didn’t come there to scroll…

- Peter (10/5): Lugnt och stillsamt - Underbara och omtänksamma värdar. Jag blev förkyld under vistelsen så de uppmärksammade det. Fint rum med väl fungerande dusch och toalett. Det serverades frukost varje morgon. Tror att det fanns möjlighet att få individuella önskemål tillgodosedda om man frågade. Närheten till Rom var ett plus. Om man ska bo här krävs det bil då det ligger lite i utkanten av staden.
- Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - After a year I visited the already known sites again. And it is always very pleasant to stay in Azienda Sinisi. After visiting chaotic Rome all day, it's fantastic to come for an overnight stay in an oasis of peace and friendly people in the evening.
- Linda (8/5): Comfortable stay - The bed and bedding were amazing. It is so comfortable and a treat to have two pillows. Our host was very kind and spoiled us with a glass of wine tasting on arrival. No hairdryer and only to discover this after washing my hair. The place is in need of some TLC. There is so much potential, but there is a lack of small details and maintenance. The door key was a challenge, and plastic cups for breakfast juice are not acceptable. The WIFI signal is poor in the room, but fine in the public areas.

- José (5/5): OK for one night. - Good and quiet location, nice cakes for breakfast. Nature in close vicinity. Comfortable beds. Paid for deluxe room but were allocated a basic one. No blackout curtains (sky window), so woke up very early as bright. Thin walls, so could hear everything from next room. Smell from drains, and floor not clean.

- Martina (10/5): Pernottamento - Ci siamo trovati molto bene, seppur per una sola notte. Sono stati gentilissimi perché ci hanno permesso di fare il check in anticipato in modo da poterci sistemare e raggiungere subito la nostra meta della giornata. La struttura tra l’altro è davvero molto bella, dovessi ritornare da quelle parti riprenoterei qui! L’unica cosa che abbiamo un pochino patito è stata l’assenza dell’aria condizionata ma per il resto davvero tutto perfetto.
