- Douglas (8/5): Great Value Hotel in Brooklyn - Clean and modern in a quiet area. Less expensive than many other Brooklyn hotels. Good access to bus lines. Pretty far from a subway station. Rooms are very small and tight.

- Sydni (10/5): - The staff was super kind and EXTREMELY helpful. I ran into a situation with some boxes I had to move and they were more than happy to house my boxes until the next morning. They even helped me and my sister bring the boxes in and take them out. When I say, I was truly grateful, and I couldn’t thank them enough!!

- Keshla (5/5): Terrible - Location The sheets, towels, the bathroom was very untidy. Called for new towels and they were dirtier. The bed had a bunch of different hair colors; black, red, blonde, etc. The sheets smelled like no sanitizer(oxiclean or bleach for colors) was used to wash them. I took those sheets out immediately. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

- Tony (4/5): They charge you too much money for a halfway hotel nowhere near grade a people always smoking - The manager in about two other people, they was OK communication but the rest of the staff I don’t know. It’s already say communication if you tell them something about people smoking and Nightshift Guy they really don’t do anything about it is one of the staff don’t care you can understand his his language. Clean towels and rags bath rage room service do not clean up real good. They do not mop floor real good and clean bathrooms. They just make bed give you halfway sheet some of the sheets have a lot of things on. I have to call every time to get clean sheets and clean bath rag and towels And the cleaning. They just don’t clean up real good a lot of times the women that clean up they have be everywhere in the room. They need to have her over their hair for hair won’t be all over the place when they make your bed up or cleaning up the bathroom And they charge too much for a half decent hotel charging $400-$300 for just a room a standard room that is very very inconsiderate even if you is a regular customer they don’t cut you no deal at all especially if you come here every week seven days a week they should be charging you good price instead of charging you 300 and $400 a day

- Nayara (10/5): Foi excelente! - Gostei de tudo. Funcionários respeitosos e atenciosos. As roupas de cama são trocadas a cada 2 dias. As toalhas eram trocadas quase todos os dias. Tinha frigobar no quarto. Próximo ao hotel tem inúmeros restaurantes com preços excelentes. O metrô fica a 5 quarteirões do hotel e no caminho do metrô, bem de esquina, tem uma cafeteria que chama Tesas’s Bagel café onde tomávamos o café da manhã todos os dias. Lá tem o melhor bagel da vida! O hotel é bem limpinho e não tenho do que reclamar, especialmente pelo custo benefício. O aquecedor estava bem empoeirado, mas não usamos. A rua do hotel é bem barulhenta, mas Nova York em si é barulhenta. Muitas buzinas, carros e sirenes (o bombeiro fica na rua do hotel no quarteirão de baixo) , mas o hotel não tem culpa. Nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Estava com muito medo em razão das avaliações ruins que tinham aqui, mas me surpreendi positivamente e ainda pudemos realizar o check in mais cedo pagando 10 dólares por hora adiantada! Não tenho do que reclamar!

- jorge (1/5): Worse mistake I made, it would have been better to sleep in my car - There is nothing to like about this place I came to use this motel because I was in town for a funeral. Parking entrance is really small. Place has 30 or more rooms and 8 parking places for this amount of guest, but all this I would live with I can understand and let it go, but what really took me over the edge, we requested 2 rooms, both rooms where supposed to be together. The front desk attendant was trying to convince me my reservation was 1 room with 2 beds not 2 rooms when I clearly know we had 2 rooms in our reservation, if that was not bad enough both rooms where dirty and disgusting, both rooms the bed sheets where dirty with stains and my bed even had blood on it.. in the entire hallway there was a heavy smell of weed
- Claudine (3/5): Je n’y retournerais pas et demande un dédommagement - Près des restos et McDo à 7 minutes à pied et 23 minutes en voiture au port de Brooklyn Ascenseur brisé donc monter et descendre 49 marches car nous étions au 3 ieme étages on a 70 et 75 ans et tué blatte dans la salle de bain et avoir payé de plus de $400.00 pour une nuit avoir su que l’ascenseur n’était pas fonctionnel et qu’il y avait des blattes c’est sur que n’aurais jamais réservé cet hôtel

- Haley (1/5): - I enjoyed having a place to lay my head. The hotel was dirty and there were absolutely no frills. For the greater part of the night, I heard my fellow guests loudly roaming the halls, and the door to my room barely shut. Additionally, upon arrival, the window to my room was left open and the AC turned off so the room was stuffy and filled with mosquitoes. It was the most unpleasant stay I have experienced to date.

- Maribel (3/5): MALO - No cuenta con servicio de desayuno, la limpieza mal, no hacían aseo en la habitación, lo que lleva a que la gente deja sus bolsas de basura en los pasillos, hace falta una cafetera en la habitación para poder hacerse un café como mínimo, considerando el frio en la temporada que fui. Tampoco hubo cambio de toallas y el secador de pelo, tuve que pedirlo como 3 veces para recibir uno. La habitación demasiado pequeña, no cuenta con closet ni colgadores para la ropa. No compensa el precio versus comodidad.

Red wine spots on the wall, brown spots under the window, fridge not that clean too, some dirt in the corners of the bathroom, graffitti, dryed-up candy sticking in the curtain. Old building can't change and is normal if the price is lower, but they can at least clean it, no?

- Arlan (8/5): Estadia tranquila, próximo ao metrô e a NY - Localização próximo ao metrô, limpeza diária, frigobar, boa iluminação, camas e travesseiros confortáveis em uma suíte agradável recém reformada, próximo a supermercados e restaurantes. O check-in é tarde e as portas das suítes poderiam ter uma vedação melhor, uma vez que, escuta-se os barulhos provenientes de outros quartos. Se tivesse um micro-ondas nos quartos ajudaria muito também.
