- Gordon Misuk (8/5): Our stay was great, we felt at home. - The location of the Hotel is perfect. The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms are spacious, the water for drinking fantastic. Hyggiene was good. Hospitality was perfect, the staff are very receptive, time keeping is superb. Thanks for the warm water for bathing and percolater provided hot water for us at night. The internet was sometimes off. The TV was not easy to operate and we would like to see the TV working and even watch soccer Premier league.

- Awad (7/5): -
- Ritah (7/5): - Spacious room and good staff The breakfast options are limited, and cold milk tea.

- Daniel (8/5): - The staff was really nice. Security good. Breakfast good. Much noise from the mosk at 05:00, 17:30, 19:45. Bring earplugs! If you want to sleep
- Tony (10/5): Exceptional - As the first hotel I've stayed in, in Africa, I could not possibly complain. Very friendly staff provided a comfortable environment. My room featured a king size bed, 2 singles, tables, chairs, fridge, tv, mozzie net around the bed, etc. For a budget stay, it proved far superior..
The Parklands location was fantastic. A shopping centre just a minute walk with supermarket, bottle shop, fruits shop, phone shops, and all necessary others. A bar within 300 metres also.
Highly recommend Sky Hotel. A nice African introduction
- Shireen (6/5): Pleasant -

- Nessaa (5/5): Good - Imrove on breakfast Security
- Gamal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Koen (6/5): Staff is great. The hotel could use some updates. - Spacious room. Steady warm water. Staff is very friendly and flexible. Right next door at Diamond Plaza food court you can find amazing Indian food options. It can be noisy and the rooms are not the most modern.
- Bhatt (5/5): Location and safety sky hotel is the best - The room was very big. Indian restaurants are on the ground floor , so no worries for pure vegetarians. Property is Guarded by security 24/7. Half n hour free parking for the guest car was allowed at parking. Nice staff. The bed and cupboard needs repairing as both are damaged. Small cockroaches are also observed, pest control needed. No air conditioning in the room alloted to me. Poor wi fi connection, speed was not enough. August and September being pleasant climate.
- Insya (8/5): Very good -
- Lin (6/5): Pleasant - In a area where can feel safe, staff are very friendly and helpful Water pressure was bad and the water didn’t get warm. Can be pretty cold at night
- Maureen (5/5): Passable -
- Baskin (5/5): Passable -
- Charity (10/5): Exceptional - Okay
- Nishil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joshi (8/5): Very good -
- Chen (7/5): Decent - Room is spacious. The free breakfast is simple but good. Most staff are friendly. There are restaurants close by. Not really. But it would be more convenient if the sockets are close to the bed.
Credit card machine was not working when I was there.
- Scott (9/5): Little India in Kenya - I love traveling in India. I felt I was in India in this neighborhood with the speech and dress of the clientele .
The colors and smells, the food, it is like India in Kenya.
Very nice, hospitable staff.
Jared, front desk, bends over backwards to accomidate you.
I enjoyed all the small restaurants in the open courtyard area.
- Shweta (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jackline (10/5): very comfy! excellent - The location was awesome. we didnt wait for breakfast time as we were in a hurry! everything was fine
- Salam (8/5): Very good -
- Sanjay (6/5): Pleasant -
- Khan (7/5): Good - Excellent Clean and capable
- Eulalee (8/5): A nice place for short term stay. - The location was perfect. Excellent staff.
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Large clean and comfy hotel room, next to bustling Diamond Plaza, with Uber cars readily available. Jared at reception was most pleasant and helpful and arranged for no-cost early check-in. This mid-range hotel with breakfast included is great value, and a simple Uber ride to key locations throughout Nairobi. Call to prayers from the adjacent mosque was not possible to ignore, but not a great issue.
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Sylvia (9/5): Good welcome back to Kenya after 4 long Covid years. - The staff were very kind. I had hurt my back and they were willing to look after my every need. The breakfast was wholesome and satisfying. I appreciated the Gurajti breakfast mixed with continental. Perhaps to improve give us the mosquito repellents or spray? Maybe some carpets and fix the cupboard. But the staff made up from the small inconvenience. Many thanks to Lydia! And the gentleman for evening - I forget his name.
- Shah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carey (7/5): Good - The price was good for this hotel since I got it on sale. There are some coffee shops and restaurants in the area that you can walk to. Because it is a muslim area of the city there is a very load horn of call to prayer at 5am which wakes everyone for many blocks which was annoying.
- Retreat (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were all friendly and helpful.
- Aliasgar (7/5): Good -
- Amandin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aayan (7/5): Good -
- Gatwiri (8/5): Very good -
- Ashish (8/5): Very good - I hope they have to add room service
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Puneet (10/5): Exceptional -

- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Shubham (4/5): Disappointing -
- Pinakin (8/5): - Comfortable stay
- Davinder (5/5): Passable -
- Gohil (9/5): Superb -
- Mahmood (8/5): Very good -
- Patel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Biruk (2/5): - It was poor quality accommodation with 4 beds in one room, unclean bathrooms etc.I lost my money for nothing. We moved to other hotel the same day knowing that my money will not be refunded
- Marissa (1/5): Bad - Disgusting.
- KlausW367 (2/5): Disgusting - Did a normal booking through booking.com. I had a confirmation-/reservation number. Went there. 8.30pm. Receptionist left already. Only a Watchman. Watchman called someone (don't know who that was, called himself Kevin)). First I was told they are fully booked. Then after 2 minutes of discussion there was a room all of a sudden. I was shown. No towels, no mosquitoe net. I asked for the price. The guy on the phone tells me to cancel my booking first. Not mentioning the price. Me over n over asking. Him: cancel the booking. I left. Weird people. Not at all recommendable this place.
- Roam26461229383 (4/5): Poor customer care - I got a problem with the door of my room, and it started making a beep sound, continuously. No one at the reception was willing to help me fix it or change my room.
Very DISSATISFIED with the customer care as i was unable to sleep during that night due to the unsettling sound
- U7288OTvictoro (10/5): Best hotel ever - Most secure, best location, best service. We stayed here during august holiday and we enjoyed the best service ever. The staff were great, always willing to help. The hotel is located along the leafy parklands suburb and near to the UNEP.
- tommaingi (10/5): Very good service,excellent staff - Stayed here during September 23rd-28th 2019.
Very spacious rooms
Faster WFI internet
Very secure
Very clean hotel
Staff always willing to help
Very convenient,shopping malls nearby
The hotel has various restaurants nearby offering many dishes.
I would recommend this hotel to any person willing to go to Nairobi Kenya.
- congomichael (10/5): BEST HOTEL EVER,BEST SERVICE - We stayed here during April Holidays and we found the place to be very friendly. The staff too were very friendly and willing to help. The area is very secure with 24hr security.
i would reccomend this hotel to any client.
- mafunw (2/5): Terrible management.. - It was a big mistake to have booked with the hotel. They have low quality of service to their clients, but most of all Jared was so arrogant and unworthy of his positoin in the hotel. He didn't even show any little respect to us actually there was no respect at all i won't book with the hotel again and please i don't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or clients going to use it... Ignore ignore..
- TINAKEMY777 (8/5): The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. - the rooms are spacious and clean even the beds are comfortable and the sheets are in good condition .The location is perfect as there are shopping centers around which are easily accessible. The amenities at the hotel are up to per.
- sanjayo693 (10/5): East Africa Open Traditional Volleyball Tournament - The team comprising over 50 players, officials and their families put up at Sky Hotel in single, double andvtriple rooms combinations. It proved to be an excellent choice for all ,convenience of food and choice of cuisines, proximity to playing venues, access to shopping malls etc. The rooms were extremely spacious, well kept and amenities were functional. A few complaints though minor were promptly rectified by housekeeping.
Breakfast choice and other food choices within the mall in which this hotel is situated, is restricted to vegetarian meals only. However, most of us were vegetarians and therefore this was a real plus.
Room had fans only and no air conditioning noise from the mall area and smell from the food court can be a little disturbing but after closing hours it is very cosy and quiet.
Staff were ever so helpful and always there to address any issues.
- azhark14 (8/5): Spacious rooms in an amenity area of Nairobi - Location
The hotel is located next door to the Sky Plaza /Diamond Plaza so provides easy access to a great number of shops (particularly Indian shops). The juices are great and there is places for money exchange.
Breakfast
The breakfast is very basic and nothing special. Could improve. Only really had the chai as the rest did not look that great.
Rooms
The rooms are clean and very spacious and was perfect for what we required.Large beds, plenty of space for storage. The showers were powerful however they were on the cold side and this was not resolved whilst we stayed here.Room service is regular and
Hotel Staff
The hotel staff are great and very friendly.Diana in particular was very helpful and the hotel general manager, Jared I think, was accommodating to assist with our needs such as late check out and responsive if we had questions or problems. Responded well to an alcoholic comedian who was part of our friendship group.
The staff are all great to have a chat with.
Other
The hotel really needs another iron so guests are able to use when required. I think there is only one for the whole hotel.
- REA-Eastafrica (8/5): Very spacious - Two floors of spacious, neat, well decorated hotel rooms (third and fourth floors).
The shower/toilets need urgent upgrade as well as the wifi system as the code generation every couple of days gets annoying.
The place isn't advertised much, the rates are good value for money compared to other dingy hotels in the area.
Overall very quiet and peaceful and polite staff.
- kinyuasusan890 (10/5): great customer service - The ladies at the reception are so friendly and ready to assist. The staff as a team made sure I was at ease during my stay. The rooms are also spacious and constantly kept clean. I really recommend their services.
- Njari_Franc (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Very pleasant stay with greatly improved rooms.I requested a quiet room and got it all three stays here.Staff very helpful..I would recommend this to friends passing through Nairobi City. nice to have known skyhotel
- 212mansip (10/5): Fantastic and comfortable stay - Very huge spacious rooms and fantastic services. It was a very pleasant stay. With a good and tasty variety Breakfast I had a perfect start of the day. You rarely find so many amenities in hotel in Africa. The food court on the ground floor was Cherry on the cake..after a long day at work just a perfect place to crash with dinner.
- Marcodamm (6/5): Nice but too expensive!!! - I've been to sky hotel with my gf before leaving for a safari, just for one night. The service in general was good and the room was really huge but the rest was pretty average and a bit expensive I'd say. Breakfast was really poor and the structure of the hotel in general was strange, it was actually some rooms inside a mall instead of a hotel.
- bettyo910 (8/5): Different but cosy - This caught me by surprise. Located from the 4th floor of Sky Mall. Rooms are very spacious - I joked that one could hold a conference in them. Service was great. Being a meat-eater I didn't enjoy their breakfast as it's vegetarian so even eggs are not served - hence my score of 4/5. Having said that, one can order takeaways which is a plus as most hotels do not allow this. The locality is also safe as it's near high security areas. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.
- 249dr (10/5): Dr.s - I am so glad I found this place. The management is up to date. If you are looking for a homely place then without any worries book sky accommodation. I was here with my 3 children and were so happy. We were assisted by the manager Mr Aggrey M. Balanga, he made our stay really comfortable through out the stay.
The rooms are big and very clean the toilet are so clean. Very secure and safe.
