• Midhat (10/5): - The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport...this is very handy for first time - and even frequent - travellers to Dubai. It saves time, the hassle of tring to get data to order a ride-share or find a taxi. I also liked the helpfulness of the staff and readiness to accommodate reasonable requests. I also liked having the water supplied in glass bottles, the promptness of room service. A real nice gesture was leaving a new white room slippers when the cleaner noted the old ones I was using. I didn't find one supplied on arrival so this was nice :) I would have liked the room's amenities to revert to the old style small bottles etc. - these large dispensers are not my thing.

A hearty buffet breakfast was served by Robert who was extremely helpful and is an asset to Rove. As all the staff who were extremely professional and friendly. I will come back and stay here longer.

• Juniel (4/5): - Staying at this property felt like staying in an apartment and certainly not a hotel. This was by far the most basic of rooms I have ever stayed in at any hotel. The front desk staff made it quick and easy to check in. That process was great, quick and easy. There was a very noticeable unpleasant scent on the floor I stayed on. Not happy with the stay and won’t be going back.

I've stayed at the property four times; their performance has been consistently excellent. I love the relaxed, friendly vibe of the place. Everyone on the staff says hello all the time and are very helpful. Proximity to shopping and metro are a big plus. I'll certainly be back on my next trip to Dubai.

Rodica was truly exceptional—warm, cheerful, and genuinely kind. Sachin was equally impressive—attentive and incredibly helpful. The room and linens were spotless, fresh, and immaculately clean. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to this hotel.

The hotel was more than I expected it was clean, within close proximity to many facilities and had good amenities. Breakfast was good, wasn’t included in my package so had to pay every morning but it was worth it. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice swimming pool and fitness room. Our room very spacious, nice view, comfortable bed, very quiet and good amenities. Clean bathroom, air-condition worked well. Very friendly and helpful staff. We received welcome drink. Good value for the price. We will definitely stay here again.
