- Alessandra (9/5): Great palce to stay in Rainbow beach - Easy checkin after hours and the only problem with the hot water was resolved quickly by the management. It's a small apartment with nice and complete kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and bunk beds (a little squicky), everything super clean. Great parking spot, strategical position to reach the diving center and a close distance to the village. ---

- Aine (9/5): Great Value - We were only there for one night and arrived late so hard to say too much. The chalet was basic but clean and had everything you need. It was very good for the price we paid. Bunk beds may need to be updated as squeaked every time someone moved. No aircon in the bedrooms so we just left the doors open. It's a bit out from the main town so you would definitely need a car. Perfect for a short stay, especially if heading to K'Gari island. Can't comment on facilities as we weren't there long enough to see or use them. Squeaky bunk beds! But for the price we paid you can't complain

- Michelle (8/5): Comfortable stay in a cozy cabin - The cabin was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. The amenities are great and there's a big camp kitchen with lots of space. It's not directly in town and there's nothing to do around the Holiday Park. But that probably doesn't matter anyway since most people travel with a car and it's only a three minute drive to Rainbow Beach.

- Jaime (7/5): Had a lovely time even though it was raining the staff were fantastic will be visiting again - Location, staff, convenience being so close to the beach , safety of the gates, facilities The fridge - the door was too low there is no clearance and I hit my foot on it twice and I bruised my toe doing so. The door opens the wrong way into the room so would recommend switching the door hinges as it was difficult bending down in a large space to use the fridge at all being the couch is right there too, there was also no light in the fridge so was hard to see at night.

Uncomfortable hot , when we arrived. Light out in main room , wardrobe door off rollers . Sorry wont be back , for the money asking . 🙄🙄🙄

- Stephanie (5/5): Apart from check in, overall our stay was nice. We are return customers to the park and have been visiting for many year - The cabins are always clean and comfortable when we stay. The welcome my partner received from Merle upon checking in. The rudest person we’ve dealt with at any stay we have ever had. Not a great start to our one night getaway with our kids. My partner had just driven 10 hours from ahis best mates funeral to be with us and the way Merle spoke to him was unacceptable,

- Lynn (8/5): Great location and pet friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking to book the dogs in with you - Staff were very helpful and were on hand when we had issues with the barrier code. The games room and little go karts for the kids were a great option to keep the kids occupied on site. The BBQ was also a great facility Fantastic location for getting in to rainbow beach. Great option to take the dogs with us too There was only an ac unit in one of the bedrooms, but generally this was the only downside

- Katie (6/5): Okay, but cabins need some deeeeep cleaning…. - Playground, camp facilities and just generally, the property was well maintenance and stuff were friendly. We had x2 one bedroom superior cabins, 2 adults + 2 small kids in each. The cabins ceilings are open, meaning light and noise easily travels from lounge area to bedroom, tricky with small kids. Just to note this property is not in town, it’s located on an estuary/wetland area that is muddy and tidal. The cabins were really dirty. The floors were sticky and sandy upon entry, the dishes weren’t washed properly, rather than making the bunks, there were just left sheets out to DIY. The toilet brush and a thick sludge of what smelt like raw sewage in the bottom. The bathroom basin tap when used would push water over the sink and all of the person, vanity and floor. The shower is tiny. The mattresses are poor, the couch and bedding was smelly. We were all covered in bushman’s highest deet bug spray and got mauled by midgies. We respect this a budget friendly accommodation option, but cleanliness shouldn’t be sacrificed. Cabin 12 door doesn’t lock.

- Gary (1/5): Horrible besides rainbow it was beautiful - It was close to the barge for rainbow beach and that’s about it kids had fun Room was filthy fan are not cleaned regularly also had smoke alarm go off all night due to low battery call up at 3:30am to get it sorted comes up with flat batteries and leaves me a ladder to sort it myself then comes up next day to replace it in our almost 500 a night for staff to be in our room for over 40 min then left the power off had to wait another 15 min for come back and flick it on We asked about reimbursing us for half our stay or something and all the new manager ( mourd) or however it’s spelt if a rude very confused person who didn’t even no the speed limit of her own park she been there 2 weeks I been goin there for over 15yrs New manager is no good period

- Melisa (9/5): Pleasant stay, would come again! - We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for one night while passing through to K’gari. Had a quick but lovely stay. After hours check in was straight forward and simple. Unit was spacious and actually really nice. One room had a queen bed and the other 2x double bunk beds. Bathroom was good with seperate toilet. Air con worked really well to cool down the whole unit. Parking next to unit. The on the wall attached fan in the bunk bed room was not working, so we were sweating a lot until the aircon by the entrance finally cooled down the whole apartment.

- Isabella (4/5): Ok… - Location, play area for kids The place itself is very nice, and the towels and bed linens were clean. However, we couldn’t use one of the bedrooms because one of the beds was broken. Someone was supposedly going to fix it while we were out, but when we came back, the bed was a mess and had not been repaired. In the end, we were only able to use one bedroom. We had to move the mattresses from the other room into the living room, and nothing was done about it. We only received an apology, and that was it. I was quite disappointed. As I mentioned, we paid for a two-bedroom chalet, but we ended up using only one room. Proper maintenance should have been carried out. The bed was clearly broken — anyone making the bed could see how unstable it was and hear the noise it made. It could have been repaired beforehand, or the chalet should have been closed until the issue was fixed rather than being sold in that condition. We slept very poorly because of this, especially on the first night. And, as I said, nothing was done to resolve the problem. My family own a hotel, and they told me that in situations like this, the guest should always be compensated in some way. A common approach would be to offer a complimentary night for a future stay to ensure a good impression, or even a partial refund of the amount paid. But none of that was offered, and we also weren’t moved to another chalet. There was also a dead cockroach on the bedroom floor and a toy under the sofa, the floor could be cleaned up better.

- Sonya (7/5): I enjoyed the cabin and the campgrounds. This park was just let down by no attention to detail with the housekeeping. - Good size deluxe cabin. Good location This property has been let down by bad housekeeping Floor was gritty. There were missing cooking utensils and a severely scratched non stick frypan that should not have been in the cupboard. Dead cockroach stuck to spare toilet roll at back of cupboard

- LoriL (6/5): Clean and comfy cabin - The staff were very helpful and the park was quiet. The camp kitchen was well stocked though not much seating inside, outside was the home of the midgees so could not sit out there at night. The cabin we had was a 2 bedroom deluxe and was well provisioned, the beds comfy and quite roomy. Unable to connect with wi-fi, was told that it was a bad spot and it either worked or it didn't....it didn't. There was no pool. it appeared that the pool had been converted to a jumping castle. The park is situated a little out of town so had to drive everywhere.
