- Thomas (10/5): Great hotel with caring staff. - Beautiful place. I know no japanese, but it felt like it was no issue at all for me at this hotel. The hotel offered to pick me up at the train station, and i felt like i was taken very good care of. The onsen is amazing! Definitely use it for a relaxing time.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Experience the 90's and locality (not a bad way) - The hotel is quite old (guess built in 90's and never renovated) but generally clean and tidy, our room has nice view to the nearby river and housing. Our package includes dinner and breakfast (both in buffet style), local family style but not very special. The hotel is provided with a shared hot spring, and many local visitors have the meals wearing Japanese bathing clothes provided by the hotel, the good vibe makes me feel like staying a local family house. The souvenir shop in the hotel has a lot of products, opens until 9pm so you can still visit it after dinner or hot spring, the prices are same as you can get outside the hotel.
- ??? (8/5): - 30年ぶりくらいに行きました。建物は古い感じがしました。食事はバイキングで、前日の熊本県のホテルもそうだったので嫌だなと思いましたが、コンロを必要なだけ使ってテーブルの上で海産物を焼いたら、かやくご飯を炊いたり、鍋物をしたりと少量で色々出来て勿論、刺身や天ぷらやその他、一品料理もあり大満足でした。

- WEIMENG (4/5): 这是我在日本住过的最糟糕的酒店 - 房间老旧，感觉是四五十年前的风格，而且至少十年没有装修过，墙纸掉皮，家具掉漆，卫生间脏的不行，整个酒店弥漫着霉味，太可怕了！不过温泉水质意外的好，泡完皮肤好滑溜

- Verified traveler (8/5): 朝食の充実があれば - 夕食は素晴らしく充実していました、美味しくバラエティがあり郷土料理もあり堪能しました、仕事で利用しているので夕食はホッとするし疲れも取れます。温泉も良かった。期待して朝食も行ったのですが、夕食に比べて再考ありです。郷土の米も炊き方がわるいのかべたべた、少しにおいもしてました。夕食あれだけ力量が出せるのに残念です、でもまた利用させていただきます
