Die Betten waren sehr bequem und großzügig sowie die Zimmergröße war sehr gut. Stellplatz war inklusive. Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Ozean waren das i-Tüpfchen Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was das einzige Manko darstellt, insbesondere das Badezimmer (Wanne/WC).

- LEON (10/5): Train accessible, onsen plentiful, breakfast without comparison. - Onsen, so magnificent. I also had a conversation with the old staff member and the young staff member at the onsen when I had finished and that was fun and inciteful getting to know a couple of workers who were local to the area. The main attraction is the smorgasbord breakfast. It is so delicious, plentiful, such a broad menu. I Spent more than an hour enjoying breakfast and relaxing in the dining room both mornings.

- Kaleigh (9/5): - Location was absolutely beautiful. Just a short walk to a small station and 20 minutes to Kawazu. They also have a free shuttle that goes to the station. Breakfast was really good, but dinner was outstanding. Absolutely loved my stay here and can't wait to come back!
- Yumiko (9/5): One night stay at Kawazu - Everything was great, from the pickup to the drop-off at Kawazu Station. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. There was a decent selection for breakfast, but mostly Japanese and some western dishes. The overall value was good. If any, I hope they would upgrade the bathrooms, as they are a bit dated. But other than that, nothing else. Would love to go back in summer.
- Nil (10/5): Perfect beach vacation at Izu! - I was really happy to be offered an ocean view room even though I had to book a mountain view room. This elevated my experience quite a bit. I enjoyed sitting and looking at the amazing view. The rooms and food were also amazing. Kawazu Seven Waterfalls a definite must see! I couldn't use the onsens as I had tattoos but I respect Japan's onsen culture. Other than this, there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

- Vera (9/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Der Blick aufs Meer mit dem unvergesslichen Sonnenaufgang am Strand war wunderschön! Da kann das Hotel ruhig etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein. Die Lage ist zeitlos schön! Der Onsen war super. Die Anlage rundherum sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Kaiseki Menü im japanischen Restaurant ein Muss! Das französische Restaurant war überteuert und nicht besonders gut.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities for a great stay. The staff were all friendly and approachable. Can't comment on the onsen as we didn't have time to use it. Nothing

Taxi connectivity was tough, hotel had its own taxi operating only till 430PM local time after which you're on your own, there is no guarantee that Uber requests make through, there's a generic taxi number but I haven't tried that
- jfmm (8/5): Equipe pouco receptiva com ocidentais. - hotel muito bonito, ótima localização, seja para praia, seja para as cerejeiras de kawazu. equipe do restaurante pouco receptiva, tivemos uma péssima experiencia no jantar, onde a funcionaria iria ver se conseguia uma mesa par a6 pessoas, 4 adultos e 2 crianças e o outro funcionario não deixou ela ir ver e falou que não tinha. a cidade é muito pequena, quase ficamos sem jantar, péssima experiencia.

(The manager dealt with a particularly difficult guest ahead of me in the queue in a very polite and professional manner, more than the guest deserved in my opinion) the rooms are spacious, the outdoor baths delightful. View can’t get any better. The short ~1km walk into town was a bit much for my child’s legs. No problem for able bodied adults and more active children though. But it did mean we had to rely on the free shuttle bus which got quite crowded at times.

- Yoko (7/5): 景色をとるか、快適さをとるか。 - 海が目の前でリゾート気分が味わえる。加湿付きの空気清浄機があってよかった。コンセントがベッドの所に各2個あるのでスマホの充電が出来た。 部屋が暑くエアコンは18℃までしか出来ないので今の花粉時期は窓も開けられず寝苦しかった。おまけにベッドが柔らかくて腰が沈んで疲れた。シーリングファンがあれば快適だと思う。朝食が7時からで7時15分位に行ったが満席で違う場所を案内された。7時半前に来た人達は案内もなく立って待っていた。人手不足もあるのだろうが朝からこれは気分良く食べられないと思う。 温泉のジャグジーの泡が弱かった。

- Jena (4/5): Out of season but still a bit disappointing. - The rooms were big compared to Tokyo. Massages were very good! The air conditioning in the room didn't really work. Rooms were outdated. Bar wasn't open in the evening. The shuttle bus finishes at 4:50 which is a bit frustrating since taxis finish at 5pm and the trains also stop early. Couldn't find the vending machine either.

- Fumiko (9/5): 河津桜見るならここです！夜は金目鯛の鉄板焼き！ - 部屋の広さ、景色、ロケーション、従業員の方の対応どれも素晴らしかったです。河津へのシャトルバスが便利。鉄板焼きのお店最高😀 朝のバイキングでご飯が機械から出てくるのが残念。あまり美味しく無いです。

So close to the train station at Imaihamakaigan- just 250m away. Free shuttle to Kawazu where you can find the beautiful Zakura promenade. 3 restaurants in house although we didn’t eat in. Instead we bought from the supermarket and heated in the MW provided in the Ice-room. Little gift shop. Easy checkin and check out. All staff speaks English. Would have liked softer pillows

- 西六区 (9/5): We stayed here for the mid-February Kawazu sakura blossom. The hotel stay is memorable. - The onsite onsen is a must-try, and it has outdoor hot pool. Very enjoyable. The Japanese style dinner is a good choice, The hotel is situated near the JR station, and is about 5 minutes walking. Western style dinner is a bit pricey.
