- Davud (1/5): Extrem schlecht, Zimmer im Keller, kein ordentlicher Fluchtweg, Bett wird nicht gemacht - Parkplatz vor der Hoteltür. Zimmer war im Keller ohne Außenbezug, das war bei der Buchung nicht bekannt. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und das Bett nicht gemacht. Fluchtweg durch dunkle nicht ausgeleuchtete Keller von anderen Nachbargebäuden.

- Tanja (10/5): Ich reise wieder hin - Das Frühstück in dem kooperierenden Cafe war super. Die Hotelfachleute waren sehr freundlich. Das man die Zifferntasten beim eingeben des Pins, um ins Hotel zu kommen im Dunkeln nicht sehen konnte.

- Hendricks (10/5): Top! - Ich wurde super freundlich empfangen! Das Zimmer entsprach voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen. Ich war rundum zufrieden und komme gern wieder.
- Kevin (9/5): - L’emplacement de l’établissement et le confort de ce dernier au top. Une belle salle de bain, un jacuzzi dans la chambre au top. Malheureusement nous n’avons vu personne à l’accueil à notre arrivée (assez tardive 21h) ni même à notre départ. Bien que le jacuzzi est top à avoir dans la chambre pour ce détendre, ce dernier c’est allumer en pleine nuit et nous a réveillé (à 5h du matin) nous coupant dans notre nuit.

- Karin (9/5): nett, sehr nett und …gerne wieder mal! - Sehr gute Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, Autofahren nicht nötig: ÖPNV Florastraße quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten das Apartment im Innenhof, sehr ruhig. Sehr sehr freundlicher Empfang. So klein das Apartment ist: gefüllter Minikühlschrank, Tassen, Teller, Besteck, „richtige“ Gläser, funktionierende Geräte, gute Kaffee- und Teeauswahl. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Betten, Kissenauswahl, Licht, wo man es braucht. Ob auf der Neusser Straße das Brauhaus oder eine Straße weiter zu Schnackertz: gute Kölner Küche ganz in der Nähe. Für uns alles perfekt. Klar, ein Schrank wäre nett, aber der passt ja nicht mehr hinein und zwei oder drei Nächte „aus dem Koffer“ leben, ist ja gut möglich.

Le parking est un plus également. Attention dans la chambre 5 quand on actionné les jets des côtes du jacuzzi, il y a risque d'éclaboussure partout 😬

Дуже сподобалася велика ванна з джакузі — ідеально для відпочинку. Зручне розташування, все необхідне було під рукою. Ліжко комфортне, постільна білизна свіжа. Все сподобалося, суттєвих недоліків не було.

Die Klimaanlage macht Geräusch aber nicht kalt. Das Gerät stand direkt neben dem Bett. Die mitten im Raum befindliche Badewanne kann man bei der Belüftungssituation eigentlich nicht nutzen. Kein brauchbarer Schreibtisch. Das Internet ist langsam.
