• Birgit (8/5): Jag bodde på hotellet eftersom jag skulle kyrkovalkampanja på Kalmar stadsfest på lördagen - Det var ingen frukost. Det vackra designade huset var felplacerad. Ingen fin omgivning. Kaffebryggaren TV:n funkade inte på rum 1

• Ann (8/5): Great location, quiet. - The outdoor picnic tables and backyard were very appreciated. The kitchen was clean, large and well equipped. The location near the train/bus station was excellent. It was also very quiet. It was a surprise to find no toilet paper in either of the 2 bathrooms. I had to call Roze, get instructions to go outside to a lock box, use the special key from there to open the locked cabinet with toilet paper, and stock the bathrooms myself. Good thing it wasn’t an emergency. Secondly, we were in room #3 in early September - this room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. I got up at 3:30 am to take a cool shower. The problem was not the heaters - we turned them way down, but the windows - despite drawing all the curtains, the sun baked the whole wall and made it way too hot. The common rooms were delightfully air-conditioned, just not #3 I guess. We propped our door open with shoes. So #3 would be a good choice for a cold winter or rainy days but not if it is sunny.

• Roman (10/5): really nice, fresh, clean, well organized, strong wifi - fresh building, well designed interiour, very clean facilities, kitchen, bedrooms. bedrooms are separate with 2-3 beds inside. there is a table and two chairs in the room, with sockets for a phone or laptop. strong wifi. big shower with nice mirror. i was alone in the entire building, so can't vouch for noise everything was stellar. it is a little close to the port, so in the morning, there are trucks starting to pass, and it gets a little noisy, but not enough to wake me up
