• Washington (9/5): 9/10 stars. next time we will probably bring a fan so we have some white noise to sleep a little better. But we will - It was very homey. The staff was welcoming and kind. breakfast was very accommodating for people with food allergies. There is a lot of gluten and dairy free options. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was even better. I forgot our toothbrushes at home but they gave us complementary ones when I asked. we were on the third floor so we could easily hear people running around on the floor above us. And because the heating and cooling unit in the room did not have any fan blowing noises, we did keep waking up from the other guests. also our shower gel was empty.

• Carolyn (10/5): - We travel to this hotel almost every month. The housekeeping staff does exceptional work on keeping the facilities beautiful as well as the room we are given accumulate. The breakfast staff who replenish the food items and keep everything tidy are AMAZING! We have always been greeted with a good morning, and how are you today. The front desk staff sometimes need to be a little more friendly, not just doing their job. When the ladies check us in great, but their was a man who was on the night shift when we last stayed, who was not so pleasant. There is nothing that we can think of but the night staff member.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Must get better! - Breakfast was good. Same mattresses; lumpy or hard as a rock. Same room temp control; too cold or warm and stuffy. Friendly staff all the way around. No parking lot security cameras, told to park at my own risk. Snacks and beverages offered at high prices. Bathroom /closet barn door, totally stupid design. Vanity, sink, faucet , under vanity storage and pull-out makeup shelves need a more functional design. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Bathroom was spotless. Carpet and poor room lighting conceals alot of dirt. I will probably try a Hampton Inn in a different location, but only one more try.

• tomsA4276RC (8/5): One of the better Hampton Inns - I travel all the time for business, and always stay at Hilton properties. This is one of the better Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Pretty quiet. Clean. And even though they don’t change the sheets like they used to, housekeeping does come in every day and gives you new towels. I rarely see this in other hotels this day and time. The only downfall with this hotel are the elevators. Hilton is famous for the slowest elevators in the business but this hotel has one that takes forever

What I did not care for was the obvious dismissive attitude some guests must employ about cleaning up after their own pets. What a sad state of mind when provided with such a comfortable and safe envoronment for myself and my pet.

• Robert (6/5): Best place to stay in Alliance but… - We always stay at the Hampton when we are in town. This was a three day trip and it seems like each time we stay, the stay is not quite as good as the time before. Issues that we had on this trip: Very slow elevator, the smell of weed by the elevators and specifically around one room on our floor (I know the hotel is not responsible for people smoking, but they are responsible for it being dealt with… no smoking means no smoking, and clearly smoking was going on in the room), lack of service and food for breakfast (the place was very busy and no one brought out fresh food in the 20 minutes we were at breakfast), a room that needed better cleaning (I hate finding reminders of the previous reservation - hair on the floor and in the bed). I hope I don’t sound overly negative, but I have been coming to this hotel since it opened, and like I said, it is not the same place with the same service. It is the best Alliance has to offer, but hopefully next time, the stay will be better.
• Amy (6/5): - Beds very comfortable, clean hotel. Breakfast was not amazing this year (we’ve stayed the last 2 years for a sports tournament). Went down at 7 and they were out of almost everything. Stayed down for about an hour and everyone coming through also seemed upset as the basics were not filled (cups, napkins). One employee was working on it so I’m not sure if there was just a call off and only one person was doing multiple jobs or it was just not organized and prepped for the shift.

Location worked well as we went to an event at the University of Mt. Union. Close to many restaurants and stores.

• Maurice (10/5): - This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. We have stayed here 6 times this past year. We are always pleased with our stay. The room is clean and service is great. The only negative I have is I called in advance to get the same room we had on our last visit. The woman I spoke to said not a problem we have you in the same room (202). When we checked in we were told we couldn’t stay in that room and that there was someone already in there and has been for weeks. So I’m not sure what happened but that was in no way a big deal, but a bit frustrating. Other than that our stay was great.

• Dusty (10/5): - The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, the woman that set it all up did a great job and was also very friendly. My children and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Absolutely no complaints for this stay!

• Paul (8/5): Definitely recommend - Best hotel I've been to in a while. Only problem was people above us, sounded like a stampede at 3 a.m. Saturday morning. Pool and hot tub clean, breakfast hot and fresh with different items every day, unlike Comfort Inns I've been to. Pet friendly also, with $75 nightly fee.
• Michael (8/5): - The breakfast offered had a lot of variety. It was nice having options that could be filling for a vegan. The room had a couple of issues, mainly the bathroom, but nothing that ruined the stay. It was a very nice stay overall.
• William (6/5): TV and breakfast issues - The TV was a disaster. The remote was not user friendly. The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were runny and the sausage was as cheap as could be found.
• Cassandra (8/5): Great service and very well kept - Very clean and comfortable atmosphere and rooms. I usually bring my own blankets, pillows, and a can of disinfectant spray to hotels because you never know what youre going to walk into and not have time to change plans. The only complaints I have are about the wifi and not having full use of the smart TV with Netflix. And the pool was too cold for us to enjoy and the hot tub was out of order, which were the main requirements of which hotel we wanted to book. The rooms, hallways, breakfast, and employees provided one of the best stays I have ever had at a hotel, which redeemed the disappointment of the pool and hot tub accommodations advertised.
