I didn’t like the sliding door that didn’t lock for the bathroom door. Traveling with kids who don’t fully understand privacy, doesn’t bode well with a bathroom door that even when closed has space you can peek through.

- Brooke (6/5): - unfortunately the first night we arrived after a long day in the car, and wanted to get to sleep by 10pm, but there was a large family/group occupying the room next to us and across from us. They were living it up let's just say. They were slamming the doors, running up and down the halls, knocking on doors and running, well into the early hours of the morning. We called the front desk, but all they could do was ask them to be quiet. I've never experienced that at a hotel before. I wished management would have been a little more firm because this went on for hours. The breakfast was a hit == appreciated the warm food options.... Didn't know that we had to request clean towels and trash to be emptied each day (we stayed a few nights). So we had to take out trash out each day and request towels each day. Just something I didn't realize. No biggie. Overall the place was decent, nice big bathroom/shower, room was pleasant, beds were perfect (no back ache) and the location was very close to food, shopping, etc.

- Q9657ULpattyc (10/5): Nice hotel in the Westborough MA area! - Stayed here with my husband for one night a few days ago to attend a party in town. Several people from the party stayed here as well. Its very clean and looks like it was updated very recently. Its nicely decorated too. The towels are very nice as well as the toiletries The staff is great and the breakfast was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. The price was very fair too so look no further!

Enjoyed the all day coffe and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips

- Aurneaja (10/5): - It’s was clean and well staffed. At breakfast there was a lady constantly cleaning each table as guests departed and replenished all the food as it had gotten consumed she was great at her job.
- Maps32563528133 (2/5): POOR Customer Service! - We left a phone cable charger and asked that it please be shipped to our home. Tammy Adams informed us, "It's company policy that the guest pays for the items that were left behind. I can hold it for as long as you'd like, maybe you're coming back to the area in the future, but the hotel is not responsible for shipping items left behind by guests. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and own a Hampton mattress. On this roadtrip, besides your Westborough location, we also stayed in Hampton Inns in Nashua, NJ, Portland, ME. To charge $50 to return an item to a longtime, repeat customer is obscene. In the future we will be looking at other accommodations.
