- 渡邉 (8/5): 快適でした。機器は交換すればいいですが、スタッフのサービスは、フロント、ラウンジ、レストランともに、丁寧なご対応とても気持ちが良かったです。 - 朝食のバイキング・アラカルトは、メニューも多く、おいしく食べさせていただきました。 朝、ランチ、ディナーと食事、デザート、ドリンクメニューが豊富で、現地に行ってからホームページよりも改善していて驚き、助かりました。周りに飲食店が少ないとのことだったので感謝です。 スイート部屋だったので、部屋からの景色は、川が見られ、桜がもう少し遅かったら、上からの花見が期待できます。 新幹線・在来線の東口、川沿いなので、静かでとてもいい感じでした。 妻は車いすなので、バリアフリー、部屋の大きさ、トイレのドアの向きなど、気にしていましたが、２階ラウンジからの導線だと、問題なく行けましたが、１階の宿泊駐車場に停めると階段しかなく、不便だと事前に聞いていたので、ご配慮いただきました。 部屋のトイレの機材が古いものだったので、スイートくらいは、最新の機器に交換されても良いかなと贅沢を申し上げます。 掃除の点についてですが、トイレの床のタイル、空気清浄機が置いてあるタイル周りの水滴や水垢の跡が拭き取れていないようなので、ちょっと気になりました。

- David (6/5): A real mixed bag of highs and lows. - Big room with giant window. Excellent breakfast. Excellent coffee-maker in the room. 11 am checkout time. About a 10-minute walk from the train station. Excellent value for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wi-fi is frustratingly unreliable; it’s slow and keeps dropping out. Dinner was disappointing, not the all-you-can-eat buffet I was expecting. I recommend opting for the excellent breakfast and skipping the dinner. The public bath is tiny; if there are more than 2 people in it, you can’t even stretch out your legs. No heated toilet seat.

- SACHIE (10/5): 最高な年越しを過ごせました。 - 家族旅行で大晦日に宿泊して、朝食はおせち料理もあり、地元の方々の獅子舞もロビーで観る事が出来て、旅の思い出になりました。次回は、桜の季節に滞在したいと思います。大変お世話になりました。 特にありません。

- Tathuya (9/5): オススメ出来るホテルです！ - スタッフの対応、ちょっと使用感はあるにせよ清潔感がある部屋、北上川が一望出来る景色が最高でした！ 和室だったのですが入口の床のきしみが気になりました。また朝食バイキングのメニューがある高さが高く感じました。最後にお部屋に備え付けのボディ用タオルが重く感じ、たぶん全部足拭きマットだったと思えました。私は改善してくれると思うのでまた利用したいと思います!

- CLAUDINE (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité /prix pour une étape ou visiter les temples de Haraizumi.pour une étape et vis - Établissement remis a neuf printemps 2025. Bien insonorisé . Personnel agréable et serviable. Proximité de la gare. Hall et salle de restaurant avec belle vue sur la rivière et les montagnes. Chambre peu spacieuse mais bien organisée avec frigo, bouilloire, machine Nespresso, café et thé, brosse a dents...... Buffet petit déjeuner avec toutes les options. Rapport qualité /prix imbattable. Éviter le restaurant. Les 3 plats proposés, d'esprit cuisine internationale, sont dignes des plus mauvaises cantines d'école. Pourquoi ne pas faire des plats de soba ou udons ?

- Kimberly (10/5): - It was raining heavily the day we checked in, so it made us cancel a lot of our plans causing us to arrive a lot earlier than our check in time. We had just planned on asking to store our luggage while we wait for the check in time. The front desk was so kind, and the cleaning staff were so efficient that our room was ready early, and they let us check in early. It was so nice to get out of our wet clothes and take a warm bath. We thank the staff for their hospitality. Also, the hotel is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to book another stay.
