- sachie (10/5): 大満足 - スタッフの方のホスピタリティーの高さに感動しました。急な延泊について問い合わせしたところ、繁忙期にも関わらず、なんとか同じお部屋で延泊出来るよう奔走してくださったようです。結局延泊はしませんでしたが、ご配慮いただいたことが大変嬉しく、また信頼出来るホテルだと感じました。 数十年前、従姉妹がこちらで結婚式を挙げた思い出とご縁もあり、山形を訪れる際には是非また伺いたいと思います。 ポットでお湯を沸かそうとしたところ、近くのコンセントに届かずポットを移動して使用しました。できればそのまま使えたら便利だと思います。（鏡の前の台はお化粧品や何やらでいっぱいになってしまうため） ですが、人気のコーヒーメーカーがありとても良かったのと、こちらは近くのコンセントが使える長さで美味しく頂けて良かったです。

- Franklin (10/5): Lovely - I have stayed here several times over the past decade when I go back to Yamagata to visit friends. It is in a convenient location. It is comfortable. It has a lovely view of the mountains. The staff is helpful. They have laundry facilities. Overall a lovely place to stay.

- SHI WEI (10/5): Dated but still standing strong. - Very very spacious, definitely larger than usual Japan hotel room size. Wide spread of breakfast, taken 3 rounds to try all the food. Fill up the stomach for the journey. The toilet has some cracks on the tiles. Used the provided bathroom floor mat to cover it.

- ゆかり (9/5): - スタッフさんの皆さんにわからなかった事等聞くと丁寧に教えて頂けました。また、近隣のお食事処の地図や定休日なども載せている案内の紙を用意して下さってたのが良かったです 全国各地にあるグランドホテル。 宴会も毎日入っていて人の出入りがある分、スタッフさんも背筋もピンとしていた印象ありました。 駐車場がわからなくて電話で確認する事に。対応して下さったスタッフさんも改善の話をしていたので今後に期待。また、サイトにも駐車場の場所を載せてくれると良かったと思いました。（車で来る、公共機関で来る等は自分の見落としかも知れませんが、記入無かったと思います）

- YUCHIAO (9/5): Great place with reasonable prices for Yamagata! - Not sure but I believe that they upgraded my room for me since I stayed for 8 nights. As staying in that room alone, I was well relaxed and comfortable.
