加藤 (2/5): 常宿にしようと思ったが、そろそろ他のホテルも考えている。 - 部屋の広さなどは満足できる。お風呂のコーティングのところに赤カビや、黒カビが見えて、もっと清掃に気を付けてほしい。駐車場が解体されていて、他の駐車場を借りる料金が自己負担なのが納得出来ない。最低料金で構わないので、一部負担をしてもいいのでは。
Erik (6/5): - Location is good. Near the castle, arcade and Starbucks. Station at 2.5 km. Staff is very kind. Shower is old but good with good hot water and easily adjustable temperatures. I booked because of presence of a bar, which was closed. Standard vending machines in the lobby and alcoholic beverages to be bought at the counter. Bed was very hard to lie on, tatami with futon is more comfortable. Bathroom outdated and sink was cracked and glued in stead of replaced. No closet and just one chair in the room. Checked with other people but it seems this quality of hotel is all there id in Yatsushiro.

Atsushi (1/5): - シングルルームの予約でしたがツインの部屋になっていて少し広かったです。何回も利用していますが受付に飲み物サーバーが置いてあってコーヒーやお茶を飲めるのは嬉しいです元々あった駐車場が改装の為無くなっていたのですが近くのコインパーキングに自費で停めるように言われました。予約の時点ではそのような情報は見つけられなかったのですが確認したら載せていました。と強めに言われてしまいました。改めて予約サイトの確認も行ったのですが改装中の為駐車場が使えないという情報は見つけることが出来ませんでした。改装中で仕方が無いことかもしれませんがせめてその分の金額を一部でも負担して頂けるとまた印象は違いました。

Koh (7/5): - 묘견제를 즐기기에 매우 좋은 위치였습니다. 전야제도 바로 옆이고 다른 장소로 가기에도 좋았어요. 쿠마모토 공항에서 바로 오가는 버스가 있다는건 매우 중요하고 좋은 지점이었습니다. 시설에서 연식이 느껴졌으나 대체적으로 청결하고 좋았습니다. 금연방이 없어서 흡연방을 이용할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 대체적으로 모두 깨끗하고 좋았으나 담배냄새는 어쩔수가 없네요. 금연방이었으면 더할나위없이 좋았겠습니다.

Christian (10/5): A Nice Stay - After missing the last bus and a 30+ minute walk from the station, relaxing a hotel never felt so good. In terms of design, it looked like an older hotel. It was clean and suited my needs. I booked a non-smoking room and the staff did their best to get rid of the smoke smell. However, it was still there after my last night but it didn’t bother me.
