- shimanuki (8/5): - 福島駅西口の目の前でエレベーターに乗ると駅の様子がすぐわかる。 外国人がいなかった。フロントでドリンク(缶ビールか烏龍茶)を頂き、牛丼やカレーの夜食無料、ホテルの地下の居酒屋のサービス券を頂きました。ホテルから出かけたくない時の夜ご飯は本当に助かります。 廊下が全体的に暗く、緊急避難の際にパニックになりそう。朝食会場の天井の換気扇がほこりだらけだった。

- Rosa Leung (9/5): - Location is excellent, just opposite to the train station. We left our luggage at the reception before checking in. The staff took them directly to our room when we came back after 3pm. Very impressed. The free curry rice in the evening is yummy and an extra bonus for guests. Definitely will be back next time. We try to turn up the room temperature but cannot find the switch. Finally we just open the window.

- Yoshimi (6/5): 値段と立地はいいのにフロントが残念 - 安い、駅近、1階に居酒屋(新時代)がある 宅配便を依頼した際、宅配便伝票の客控えを渡してくれなかった。伝票番号を知りたいし、こちらから担当フロントへ伝票控えをくれるよう丁重に依頼するが、言い訳をされ、結果伝票控えをもらえないままチェックアウトとなった。

- 留美子 (8/5): ⭕️ - 駅近で、利用しやすかった。 春から車の駐車場が、無くなるのが残念です。 近隣のパーキングが利用できるのか？が今後の利用時に 空いてなかったら？どうしようとか。考えてしまいます。
- gg2 (6/5): - 駅近 予約が喫煙の部屋しか取れなかったのですが匂いがきつく頭痛を引き起こすくらい強烈でした。もう一部屋予約しましたが、ベッドに髪の毛が落ちており清潔感はありませんでした。
- nokaa (10/5): またぜひ！泊まりたいです - スタッフさん全員親切でした。朝ごはんの際のフロア担当者さんはキビキビ働いてらしてこちらも気が引き締まる素敵な朝を迎えることが出来ました なし！

- Melissa (9/5): - The breakfast was wonderful! A mix of both western and eastern foods. We also were treated to curry upon our arrival. The location was super convenient being right by the train station.
- Catherine (9/5): - Excellent hotel, fantastic breakfast included. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Right near the train station but still quiet. Small criticism is that there isn't a bar or lobby area to sit in at the end of the day. It advertises a bar but when we asked they just pointed to the vending machines (no alcohol).
